Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation with antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and acne removing effects and application thereof.
Background
The disclosure of this background section is only intended to increase the understanding of the general background of the invention and is not necessarily to be construed as an admission or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to those of ordinary skill in the art.
Acne is also known as "vaccinia," a chronic inflammatory skin disease that is well developed in the pilo-sebaceous unit of the human face, with prevalence at position 8 worldwide. Acne marks are manifested by damaged local skin barriers, inflammatory pigmentation, severe acne scars, etc. It was found that more than 95% of people had varying degrees of acne, and 3% -7% of acne patients had scars, affecting the appearance and physical and mental health of the patients. Its main etiology is as follows: (1) sebaceous gland hyperfunction caused by abnormal androgen secretion; (2) abnormal keratinization of hair follicles; (3) bacterial abnormal proliferation, commonly known as Propionibacterium acnesP. acnes) Staphylococcus aureus @ sS. aureus) Etc., most hazardous isP. acnesThe method comprises the steps of carrying out a first treatment on the surface of the (4) Inflammation. Acne may be inflammatory or non-inflammatory. Non-inflammatory lesions are also known as comedones, including blackheads (open comedones) and whiteheads (closed comedones). Most of inflammatory lesions develop from acne, propionibacterium acnes induce local inflammatory reaction of skin, so that acne wall is broken, discharged contents enter dermis to generate local inflammatory reaction again, and finally the structure of pilosebaceous glands is destroyed, and erythema is left, pigmentation or scar is often generated even after inflammation is eliminated.
The clinical treatment means for acne patients mainly comprise external medicines (such as tretinoin and benzoyl peroxide), oral medicines (such as antibiotics and hormone), physical treatments (such as red blue light, laser and radio frequency), chemical stripping (if acid and salicylic acid), traditional Chinese medicine treatments (including internal treatment and external treatment), and the like. Although the current medicine has obvious curative effect on acne, the toxic and side effects are not quite small, such as allergy, kidney function damage, even malformation and the like. Thus, searching for drugs or cosmetics that are safe and effective for treating acne is a research hotspot. The acne-removing external medicine is a common and effective tool for treating acne, and the existing acne-removing raw materials are various in variety and uneven in product quality, so that reasonable selection and compounding of raw materials have important effects when the acne-removing preparation is developed according to the pathogenesis of acne and characteristics of different raw materials.
Traditional Chinese medicine is a hot trend in the development of acne treatment all the time by virtue of the mild and safe characteristics. According to ancient Fang Duo recorded by classical medical books for treating acne, the traditional Chinese medicine mainly has the effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, resolving masses and detumescence, dispelling wind and removing dampness and removing blood stasis, and the modern clinical external medicine for treating acne mainly has the effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, activating blood and removing obstruction in collaterals, and reducing phlegm and removing dampness.
According to Huangdi's interior channel, lingqiu: the tenth stomach-foot-yangming pulse of the meridian starts from the point of the nose, the side of the pulse of the sun, the lower circulation is outside the nose, the upper circulation enters the teeth, the mouth pinching ring lip, the lower circulation is used for carrying pulp, the lower circulation is cheap, the upper circulation is welcome, the lower circulation is used for carrying the cheek, the upper ear is in front of the passenger, the host is used for carrying the hair to the forehead; the patient who receives the light from the front of the big head receives the light, the throat is in the absence of the basin, and the lower diaphragm pertains to the stomach, collaterals and spleen; the patient who is straight, who is low in milk from the lack of basin, is attached to the umbilicus and enters the qi street; the patient starts from the stomach opening, runs down the abdomen, runs down the qi street and merges with the stomach, runs down the thigh, runs against the rabbit, runs down the knee in the knee, runs down the outer part of the tibia, runs down the tarsal region, runs into the middle finger and the middle finger; for those with branch, three cun below, the lower one is placed in the middle-finger space; its branch is marked by the fact that it enters the middle of the big finger and exits its tip. The disease is caused by movement, the disease is caused by sprinkling and shaking cold, the disease is caused by groan and is caused by lack of vigor, the disease is caused by bad people and fire, the smell of wood is caused by vigilance, the heart is intended to move, the user is closed singly, the user is in the place of the user's head, the user is even required to get up and singe, the user is required to discard the clothing and walk, the heart sounds and the abdominal distention are syncope. Is a patient with primary blood disease, and has symptoms of warm malaria, hemorrhage due to sweats, gizzard with lip and mouth, neck swelling and sore throat, edema of the large abdomen, swelling and pain of the knee and the leg, pain of the foot and the tarsal bone due to the circulation of blood, milk, qi streets, thigh, lying rabbit, external cheat, and pain of the middle finger. Excessive qi is warm before it is, if it is left in the stomach, it will promote the digestion and hunger, and it will be yellow. Deficient qi may lead to cold chestnut before the body is full of stomach cold. For these reasons, excessive heat is used to purge, deficient heat is used to supplement, cold is used to leave, and excessive heat is used to treat the excessive heat. The patients with excessive people are three times larger than cun-kou and the patients with deficiency people are smaller than cun-kou.
The stomach meridian of foot yangming can be used for walking on the face of human body, for example, if stomach meridian is not descending, the face is acne, etc. the face is pimpled in front of human body. The disease is caused by main blood, is the main and the action as if two people fight, the strong fight the weak, the disease is the "action" when the strong fights the weak, the healthy qi attacks the external pathogenic qi, the disease is the "main" when the weak is injured and continuously groan, the disease is the "main", and the healthy qi can not resist the pathogenic qi, and the healthy qi can be used for the blood supply. The stomach of foot-yangming absorbs and eats food and turns into qi and blood, spleen moves and transforms qi and blood to nourish the whole body, yangming channels descend and discharge metabolism, and when normal metabolism can not discharge, qi diseases are in channels, and blood is accumulated into pimples. When qi and blood are not nourished, facial spots, acne marks and the like are caused. Through the analysis, the facial acnes, the color spots and the like are related to the stomach meridian of the foot yangming, and the facial acnes and the color spots can be broken through by regulating the stomach meridian of the foot yangming. The medicine is processed into paste capable of being absorbed by the face, stimulates the stomach meridian point of the foot yangming, improves the operation of qi and blood of channels and collaterals, ensures that the paste staying on the face is removed from the body, and achieves the aim of improving acnes, acne marks, acnes and spots on the face of a human body.
Along with the continuous enhancement of the health concept of people, the demand for safe and effective acne-removing products is also increasing. At present, most acne-removing raw materials generally have the problems of low effective rate, poor skin tolerance, single action mechanism and the like, and based on the current research situation of acne pathology, the novel natural compound acne-removing raw materials are used for adjusting the stomach meridian and face acupoints so as to break up skin problems such as facial acne, acne marks, acnes, spots and the like.
