5. A method for preparing the weight-reducing milk containing theaflavin as described in any one of claims 1-4, comprising the steps of:

s1, weighing the raw materials in parts by weight;

s2, putting achyranthes root, rhubarb, bitter orange, costustoot, concha arcae, talcum powder, poria cocos, white mustard seed, galangal, radish seed, liquorice, giant knotweed, cassia twig and lotus leaf into a boiling pot, adding water to boil, decocting for 2-3h with slow fire after boiling, filtering to obtain filtrate A, remaining filter residue in the boiling pot, continuously adding water to boil, decocting for 1-2h with slow fire after boiling, filtering again to obtain filtrate B, and fully mixing the filtrate A and the filtrate B to obtain an extract mixture;

s3, adding cetostearyl alcohol, grape seed oil, peony seed oil, glycerol and the mixture of the extracting solutions obtained in the step S1 into a reactor, heating to 65-75 ℃, uniformly stirring, and cooling to 40-50 ℃ to obtain a mixture;

s4, adding cetostearyl alcohol, grape seed oil, peony seed oil and capsaicin into the mixture obtained in the step S1, keeping the temperature at 50-55 ℃, uniformly stirring, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding theanine and capsaicin, uniformly stirring, homogenizing for 10-15min, and cooling to room temperature.
