The subjects filled out the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scale before the start of the test, the test period was one month, and after the test was completed, the PSQI was filled out again and scored according to the scoring criteria.

As can be seen from the data in table 1, the mattress for improving sleep prepared in examples 1-2 has an antibacterial rate of 99.5% or more against staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli, the commercially available aloe extract is used in example 3, the commercially available lavender essential oil is used as the raw material in example 4, the antibacterial rate is about 98%, and the antibacterial effect is significantly lower than that of the mattress prepared in examples 1-2; examples 5 to 8 showed a bacteriostatic ratio of more than 99.3% in comparison with the composition ratio of the filling layer changed in example 1, whereas examples 9 to 10 showed a bacteriostatic ratio of less than 98.9% in comparison with the preparation process of the filling layer changed in example 1, and it was found that the composition ratio of the filling layer and the preparation process of the filling layer affected the bacteriostatic ratio of the mattress, examples 11 to 13 showed a change in the ratio between lavender essential oil, ethanol and corn starch, whereas example 13 showed a bacteriostatic ratio less than examples 11 to 12, examples 14 to 16 showed a change in the ratio between buckwheat hull, platycladi seed and ginkgo seed hull, whereas example 16 showed a bacteriostatic ratio less than examples 14 to 15.
In the comparative example 1, the aloe extract is not added in the components of the filling layer, the antibacterial rate of the prepared mattress for improving sleep to staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli is about 97.4%, and is obviously smaller than the antibacterial effect in the example 1, so that the aloe extract influences the bactericidal effect of the filling layer.
In the comparative example 2, the components of the filling layer are not added with the nerve-soothing composition, the antibacterial rate of the prepared mattress for improving sleep to staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli is about 99.4%, the difference between the antibacterial rate and the antibacterial effect in the example 1 is not large, and the influence of the nerve-soothing composition on the antibacterial effect of the filling layer is small.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition is not added into the components of the filling layer in the comparative example 3, the antibacterial rate of the prepared mattress for improving sleep to staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli is about 99.1%, the difference of the antibacterial effect of the prepared mattress and the antibacterial effect of the prepared mattress in the example 1 is not large, and the influence of the traditional Chinese medicine composition on the antibacterial effect of the filling layer is small.
Comparative example 4 is the sleep-aiding mattress prepared in the prior art, and the prepared sleep-improving mattress has the antibacterial rate of about 96.1% for staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli, which is obviously smaller than the antibacterial effect in example 1.
The mattress prepared in example 1 was tested for sleep aid effect, and it can be seen from table 2 that the PSQI score before the test was about 11-15, and the PSQI score after one month of the test was about 7-11, and the score of the subject was generally decreased by about 3-5 points, indicating that the sense of the subject was improved, and the mattress prepared in example 1 for improving sleep was helpful to the sleep of the subject.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.
Claims (8)
1. The mattress for improving sleep comprises a spring layer, a filling layer and a fabric layer, and is characterized in that the filling layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of polyester fiber, 16-32 parts of loofah sponge, 20-30 parts of natural latex, 10-25 parts of aloe extract, 5-12 parts of porous carbon, 7-15 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 12-25 parts of nerve-soothing composition, 10-30 parts of traditional Chinese medicine composition and 2-15 parts of adhesive.
2. A mattress for improving sleep as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the filling layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-85 parts of polyester fiber, 20-28 parts of loofah sponge, 22-26 parts of natural latex, 15-20 parts of aloe extract, 8-10 parts of porous carbon, 9-12 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 15-20 parts of nerve-soothing composition, 15-25 parts of traditional Chinese medicine composition and 5-10 parts of adhesive.

A mattress for improving sleep as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the preparation method of the aloe extract comprises the following steps: washing 5-20 weight parts of folium Aloe with water, removing upper and lower epidermis on both sides of the folium Aloe to obtain pulp, pulverizing the pulp, adding 15-30 weight parts of glycerol and 5-10 weight parts of citric acid, stirring, heating in water bath at 80-85 deg.C for 1-3 hr, and filtering to obtain Aloe extractive solution.
4. A mattress for improving sleep as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the nerve soothing composition comprises lavender essential oil, ethanol and corn starch in a weight ratio of 1:5-20: 1-8.

A mattress for improving sleep as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the preparation method of the lavender essential oil comprises the following steps: washing dry Lavender flower with water, pulverizing to obtain pulverized material, adding 20-25% sodium chloride solution and ethanol into the pulverized material, performing ultrasonic treatment at 55-70 deg.C for 30-90min, and distilling to obtain Lavender essential oil.
6. A mattress for improving sleep as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises buckwheat husks, platycladi seeds and ginkgo biloba testa, and the weight ratio of the buckwheat husks to the platycladi seeds to the ginkgo testa is 10-30:5-15: 1.
7. A mattress for improving sleep as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the adhesive is selected from one or more of starch adhesive, lignin adhesive, plant adhesive and cellulose adhesive.
8. A mattress for improving sleep as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the preparation method of the filling layer comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing the polyester fiber, the loofah sponge and the natural latex, and heating and stirring at the temperature of 180-220 ℃ to obtain a first mixture;
s2, adding the aloe extracting solution, the porous carbon, the nano titanium dioxide and the adhesive into the mixture I obtained in the step S1, and heating and stirring at the temperature of 80-100 ℃ to obtain a mixture II;
s3, mixing the nerve-soothing composition and the traditional Chinese medicine composition, crushing to 50-100 meshes, adding into the mixture II obtained in the step S2, heating and stirring at the temperature of 100-130 ℃, finally drying for 8-12h at the temperature of 40-60 ℃, and spraying glue and carrying out hot extrusion to obtain the filling layer.
