Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfection, and particularly relates to a foam cleaning agent for a farm.
Background
At any time, the social progress and the rapid development of scientific technology make the living standard of people develop rapidly, so people begin to study the balance of nutrition, namely egg, milk and meat provide the protein source for people, the breeding industry is gradually expanded along with the needs of people, and in order to make livestock and poultry exert the maximum production performance, the principle of a biological safety system with strict isolation, cleaning, disinfection and epidemic prevention as central ideas must be always followed in the whole production period. Taking broiler breeding as an example, large-scale and large-scale farms begin to consciously manage themselves from cleaning and disinfection, even hire cleaning institutions, and carry out regular maintenance by means of special cleaning and disinfection equipment. However, the small and medium-sized farmers who are listed less than 5 ten thousand year by year still account for nearly 95% of the whole country, and due to limited breeding cost and different products for selection, even if the awareness of reducing the occurrence of biological epidemic diseases through environmental maintenance exists, the small and medium-sized farmers are difficult to screen special clean products which are cheap, environment-friendly and effective in the domestic market.
The existing cleaning disinfectant mainly utilizes strong acid, strong base or strong oxidizing property in disinfectant components for disinfection, can cause serious damage to disinfection objects, and can cause corrosion to buildings, metal appliances and the like after long-term use. The traditional cleaning agent such as caustic soda has stronger corrosivity, can reduce the service life of pig house equipment such as cast iron obstetric table by 20 percent, and is also unsafe for operators. The traditional disinfection needs about 500mL of disinfection water per square meter, the flowing speed is high, the disinfection water is difficult to remain on the ground, a large amount of disinfection liquid flows into a sewer, the disinfection water is seriously wasted, the killing is not thorough, the water consumption is remarkable, and the utilization rate is less than 80%.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a foam cleanser for farms to solve the above existing problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a foam cleaning agent for a farm, which has the advantages of high decontamination efficiency, environmental friendliness, harmlessness, low price and easy obtainment.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a foam cleaning agent for a farm, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 6-8% of degreasing agent, 7.5-8.5% of alpha-sodium alkenyl sulfonate, 20-28% of AOS surfactant, 16-20% of sodium hydroxide, 3-5% of bactericide, 1-5% of amphoteric surfactant, 1-3% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, 1-3% of phosphonobutane tricarboxylic acid and deionized water, and the balance being deionized water.
Further, the degreasing agent is one or more of sulfonate, alcohol ether and alkylphenol ether; the sulfonate is one or more of dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid, alpha-sodium olefin sulfonate, sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate and sodium fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate, and the alcohol ether is one or more of O-7, O-8, O-9, O-10, O-15, O-20 and O-30; the alkylphenol ethers are one or more of OP-10, NP-8, NP-9, NP-10, NP-12, NP-15 and NP-20.
Further, the AOS surfactant is an α -alkenyl sulfonate, the main components of which are an alkenyl sulfonate, a hydroxyalkyl sulfonate and a small amount of a disulfonate.
Further, the bactericide is one or more of triclocarban, p-chloro-m-dimethylphenol and iodopropynyl butyl carbamate.
Further, the amphoteric surfactant is prepared from phosphate ester betaine: imidazoline is mixed according to the proportion of 1-2: 1-2.
Further, the foam cleaning agent for the farm comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 6-8% of degreasing agent, 7.5-8.5% of alpha-sodium alkenyl sulfonate, 20-28% of AOS surfactant, 16-20% of sodium hydroxide, 3-5% of bactericide, 1-5% of amphoteric surfactant, 1-3% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, 1-3% of phosphonobutane tricarboxylic acid and deionized water, and the balance being deionized water.
Further, the foam cleaning agent for the farm comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: the detergent comprises, by weight, 7% of a degreasing agent, 8% of sodium alpha-alkenyl sulfonate, 24% of an AOS surfactant, 16% of sodium hydroxide, 3% of a bactericide, 2% of an amphoteric surfactant, 2% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, 1.5% of phosphonobutane tricarboxylic acid and deionized water, wherein the balance is the deionized water.
The technical scheme of the invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
1. the foaming agent has rich and fine foaming, good visibility, no dead angle, strong foam adhesion, and firm and long adhesion on the surfaces of vertical walls and smooth pipelines, so that the product can be covered on the surfaces of articles for a long time.
2. The corrosion resistance is avoided, the service life of metal equipment is prolonged, and the environment is protected due to a phosphorus-free formula; contains no heavy metal and has high safety.
