6. Simulated field experiment for fabric disinfection
Samples of the sanitized laundry detergents prepared in examples 1-5 were used according to sample: dilutions were prepared in a 1:50 manner, divided into five groups according to the designation of examples 1-5, and 5 pieces of white cotton cloth stained with staphylococcus aureus were exposed for 20min, with the results shown in table 6.

And (4) conclusion: as can be seen from table 6, the sanitized laundry detergent samples prepared in this example 1-5: the diluted solution with the ratio of 1:50 has the disinfection effect on staphylococcus aureus dyed on white cotton cloth for 20min, the killing logarithm of the staphylococcus aureus in all experimental results is more than 3.00, and the qualified disinfection requirement is met

Claims (8)

1. A disinfection laundry detergent is characterized in that: the preparation method comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-6 parts of anionic surfactant, 1-5 parts of coconut oil potassium soap, 5-30 parts of nonionic surfactant, 3-25 parts of polymer of methyl ethylene oxide and ethylene oxide mono (2-propyl heptane) ether, 1-5 parts of cationic surfactant, 0.1-2 parts of inorganic bactericide, 0.1-1 part of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, 0.05-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.6 part of essence and 10-75 parts of water;
the anionic surfactant is ethoxylated sodium sulfate or sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate, the cationic surfactant is dodecyl dipropylene triamine, and the nonionic surfactant is fatty alcohol-C12-15-polyoxyethylene ether or alkyl glycoside; the inorganic bactericide is silver ions.

The sanitizing laundry detergent of claim 1, wherein: the weight parts of the raw materials are respectively as follows: 2-5 parts of anionic surfactant, 2-4 parts of coconut oil potassium soap, 10-25 parts of nonionic surfactant, 8-20 parts of polymer of methyl ethylene oxide and ethylene oxide mono (2-propyl heptane) ether, 2.5-3.5 parts of cationic surfactant, 0.5-1.5 parts of inorganic bactericide, 0.2-0.8 part of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, 0.08-0.15 part of defoaming agent, 0.2-0.5 part of essence and 30-55 parts of water.

The sanitizing laundry detergent of claim 2, wherein: the weight parts of the raw materials are respectively as follows: 3 parts of anionic surfactant, 3 parts of coconut oil potassium soap, 18 parts of nonionic surfactant, 15 parts of polymer of methyl ethylene oxide and ethylene oxide mono (2-propyl heptane) ether, 3 parts of cationic surfactant, 1 part of inorganic bactericide, 0.5 part of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, 0.1 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of essence and 45 parts of water.
4. The sanitizing laundry detergent of any of claims 1-3, wherein: the defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent.
5. The method of preparing a sanitizing laundry detergent according to any of claims 1-4, wherein: comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials according to a ratio; pre-dispersing the prepared defoaming agent by using water to obtain a pre-dispersed defoaming agent;
(2) adding the water left in the step (1) into a batching pot;
(3) adding the tetrasodium glutamate diacetate prepared in the step (1) into a dosing kettle in a stirring state until the tetrasodium glutamate diacetate is completely dissolved;
(4) sequentially adding the anionic surfactant prepared in the step (1), the coconut oil potassium soap, the nonionic surfactant, the polymer of methyl ethylene oxide and ethylene oxide mono (2-propyl heptane) ether, the cationic surfactant and silver ions into a proportioning pot under the stirring state; then stirring is continued until the raw materials added into the proportioning pot are completely dissolved;
(5) and (3) adding the pre-dispersed antifoaming agent and the essence prepared in the step (1) under the stirring state, and uniformly stirring to obtain the finished disinfection laundry detergent.
6. The method for preparing a sanitizing laundry detergent as claimed in claim 5, wherein: in the step (1), the volume ratio of water used in the pre-dispersion defoaming agent to the defoaming agent is 8-10: 1.
7. The method for preparing a sanitizing laundry detergent as set forth in claim 6, wherein: in the step (1), the volume ratio of water used in the pre-dispersion antifoaming agent to the antifoaming agent is 9: 1.
8. The method for preparing a sanitizing laundry detergent as claimed in claim 7, wherein: in the step (4), the temperature needs to be controlled at 30-35 ℃ when the raw materials are added, and the stirring speed needs to be controlled at 30-60 r/min after the raw materials are added.
