The frosted hand sanitizer for industrial heavy oil removal consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 6.3 percent of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1.9 percent of sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate, 2.1 percent of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, 2.1 percent of sodium di-sec-octyl sulfosuccinate, 1.1 percent of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.05 percent of anionic polyacrylamide, 2.9 percent of chitosan modified bamboo charcoal particles, 0.7 percent of sodium metasilicate, 0.5 percent of EDTA-2Na, 9.0 percent of ethanol, 0.03 percent of dimethylol hydantoin, 5300.5 percent of polyacrylic acid thickener adjusting system viscosity, 7.5 percent of pH value of pH adjusting agent citric acid adjusting system and the balance of water.

2) mixing ethanol and water according to the formula amount to prepare an ethanol aqueous solution, adding the chitosan modified bamboo charcoal particles obtained in the step 1) according to the formula amount, uniformly dispersing, adding the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonic acid sodium, isotridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, di-sec-octyl sulfosuccinate sodium salt, cocamidopropyl betaine, an anionic polyacrylamide aqueous solution, sodium metasilicate, a chelating agent EDTA-2Na and a preservative dimethylolhydantoin according to the formula amount under the conditions of a water bath at 60 ℃ and stirring, uniformly dispersing, cooling, adding a polyacrylic acid thickening agent to adjust the viscosity of the system, and adjusting the pH value of the system by using a pH adjusting agent citric acid to obtain the frosted hand sanitizer.

The frosted hand sanitizer for industrial heavy oil removal consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 6.5 percent of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 2.0 percent of sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate, 2.0 percent of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, 2.0 percent of sodium di-sec-octyl sulfosuccinate, 1.1 percent of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.04 percent of anionic polyacrylamide, 3.0 percent of chitosan modified bamboo charcoal particles, 0.6 percent of sodium metasilicate, 0.6 percent of EDTA-2Na, 8.0 percent of ethanol, 0.03 percent of dimethylol hydantoin, 5000mPa & s of polyacrylic acid thickener adjusting system viscosity, 7.5 percent of pH value of pH adjusting agent citric acid adjusting system and the balance of water.

2) mixing ethanol and water according to the formula amount to prepare an ethanol aqueous solution, adding chitosan modified bamboo charcoal particles obtained in the step 1) according to the formula amount, uniformly dispersing, adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonic acid sodium, isotridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, di-sec-octyl sulfosuccinate sodium salt, cocamidopropyl betaine, an anionic polyacrylamide aqueous solution, sodium metasilicate, a chelating agent EDTA-2Na and a preservative dimethylolhydantoin according to the formula amount under the conditions of a water bath at 60 ℃ and stirring, uniformly dispersing, cooling, adding a polyacrylic acid thickening agent to adjust the viscosity of the system, and adjusting the pH value of the system by using a pH adjusting agent citric acid to obtain the frosted hand sanitizer.
Experimental example 1
The basic performance of the frosted hand sanitizer for industrial heavy oil stain removal obtained in examples 1 to 3 was tested, and the results are shown in table 1.
The stability detection is carried out according to GB19877.1-2005 special hand sanitizer, and the state stability of the sample under the conditions of high temperature and low temperature is detected.
The foaming property test is that a sample is prepared into a solution with the mass concentration of 0.1 percent, 50ml of the solution is placed in a measuring cylinder, the measuring cylinder is shaken up and down three times in a plug port, the height of foam is recorded, and the average value is obtained by repeating the measurement 3 times.
And (3) testing the bacteriostasis rate of the hand sanitizer sample on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli according to C4.2 in QB15979-2002 hygienic Standard for Disposable sanitary products.
Irritation test skin irritation experiments were performed on the samples according to the Disinfection protocol (2002) and local skin reactions were observed in rabbits for 48 h.

As can be seen from Table 1, the frosted hand sanitizer for industrial heavy oil stain removal obtained in examples 1-3 has no flocculation, delamination or precipitation phenomenon, no change in smell, good heat and cold resistance and stable properties in the process of heat preservation at high temperature of 40 ℃ and low temperature of-5 ℃ for 24h and then returning to normal temperature. The foam height of the frosted hand sanitizer reaches above 576mm, and the frosted hand sanitizer meets and is greatly superior to the physical and chemical performance index of the hand sanitizer (the foam height of the hand sanitizer is more than or equal to 100 mm). According to bacteriostasis experiments, the frosted hand sanitizer has the bacteriostasis rate of over 90.64 percent to escherichia coli and over 94.80 percent to staphylococcus aureus, and has good bacteriostasis performance. The scrub type hand sanitizer sample is observed for 48 hours through a rabbit skin irritation test, and the smearing part has no adverse reaction.
Experimental example 2
The experimental example detects the service performance of the frosted hand sanitizer for industrial heavy oil stain removal obtained in the examples 1 to 3, and detects the heavy oil stain removal performance of the frosted hand sanitizer.
The experimental contents are as follows: randomly selecting 40 workers engaged in machine repair and automobile repair as volunteers to be tested, smearing simulated oil stains on clean and dry hands, wherein the amount of the smeared films is 2 g/two hands (marked as initial heavy oil stain), standing for 10min at normal temperature, and waiting for cleaning. The simulated oil stain is a mixture of mechanical punching oil, lubricating oil and dust in a mass ratio of 1:1:0.2 and is used for simulating heavy oil stain.
The cleaning process simulates the use process of the conventional hand sanitizer: wetting hands of each person in the experimental group by using water, placing the sand grinding type hand sanitizer obtained in the embodiment at the palm, kneading the hand sanitizer into foam with the use amount of 0.6g per hand, carefully kneading the hand sanitizer for 30s according to the sequence of palm center to palm center, palm center to palm back, finger seam to finger seam and finger abdomen to palm center, washing the hand sanitizer by using water, and marking as one-time cleaning; the hand sanitizer of the sand-milled mold obtained in the example was put into a glove with an amount of 0.6 g/hand, kneaded to foam, then kneaded carefully for 30 seconds in the same order, rinsed with water, and recorded as a second rinse. The experimental groups 1 to 3 respectively adopt the hand sanitizer of the sand grinding mold obtained in the embodiments 1 to 3; the comparative example was washed twice with a commercial industrial degreasing liquid soap (a Tibet liquid soap), and the specific procedures and amounts were as above.
And cleaning hands of the experimental group and the comparative example, naturally airing, soaking by using ethanol, thoroughly cleaning two hands, collecting ethanol washing liquor, concentrating, performing rotary evaporation, collecting residues, weighing and calculating, and recording as the residual oil stain amount. The heavy oil stain removal rate is (initial heavy oil stain amount-residual oil stain amount)/initial heavy oil stain amount × 100%.
The results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, after the frosted liquid soap for removing heavy oil stains industrially obtained in examples 1-3 is used for cleaning once, the oil stain removal rate reaches more than 97.85 percent, and most heavy oil stains are removed; in the comparative example, after the commercially available industrial degreasing liquid soap is used for cleaning once, the degreasing rate is only 82.71%, the degreasing rate after repeated cleaning for two times is only 95.48%, a small amount of grease dirt still remains on the hand, and the hand is not cleaned; and because a small part of heavy oil dirt is remained on the hands and has sticky feeling, the foam is difficult to wash clean when being washed by water; the skin of the hand is dry and tight after the hand is dried, and the skin of the hand of the testee is dry and tight and is slightly stabbing and painful. After the frosted liquid soap for removing the heavy oil stains in the industry obtained in the embodiment 1-3 is used for secondary cleaning, the oil stain removal rate reaches 100%, no grease stain remains on hands, and the heavy oil stains are cleaned; because the hands have no grease dirt residue, the foam is easy to flow away with water when the hands are washed by water; after the hands are dried, the skin is not dry, not tight and not stabbing. Experimental results show that the frosted hand sanitizer disclosed by the invention is stable in quality, mild in action, high in removal rate of heavy oil stains, free of grease and dirt residue after hand washing, easy to wash, free of adverse reactions such as dryness, tightness, irritation, allergy and the like on hand skin after hand washing, high in heavy oil stain removal efficiency and good in hand washing effect, and is suitable for workers in the industries such as machine repair, steam repair, oil extraction, printing ink, printing, petrochemical industry and machining to remove the heavy oil stains on the hands.

Claims (6)

1. the frosted particles are chitosan modified bamboo charcoal particles; the preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing bamboo charcoal particles with particle size of 0.8-1.0mm in water, adding acetic acid solution of chitosan, mixing, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain chitosan modified bamboo charcoal particles, i.e. frosted particles; the mass ratio of the bamboo charcoal particles to the chitosan is 1 (0.2-0.25).

2) mixing ethanol and water according to a formula amount to prepare an ethanol water solution, adding chitosan modified bamboo charcoal particles obtained in the step 1) according to the formula amount, uniformly dispersing, adding fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonic acid sodium, isotridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, sulfonated di-sec-octyl succinate sodium salt, cocamidopropyl betaine, an anionic polyacrylamide water solution, sodium metasilicate, a chelating agent and a preservative according to the formula amount under the conditions of a water bath at 55-60 ℃ and stirring, uniformly dispersing, cooling, adjusting the viscosity of a system by using a thickening agent and adjusting the pH value of the system by using a pH adjusting agent to obtain the frosted hand sanitizer.
