Description

Mild shampoo
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and relates to mild shampoo.
Background
Shampoo is often used to clean hair to remove dust and oil. Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, people also want the shampoo to have no stimulation, the eyes are not stimulated in the shampoo process, and the hair after the shampoo is smooth and glossy. However, most foaming agents in the shampoo sold in the market at present adopt chemical synthesis raw materials such as sulfate, and the like, so that the shampoo has strong cleaning and degreasing capability, good foamability and abundant foam, but has strong irritation, and can generate certain irritation to scalp and hair after being used, and the hair oil, dandruff, itching and alopecia and the like are aggravated due to excessive cleaning.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a shampoo with low irritation, good cleaning effect and good softening effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects and the shortcomings in the prior art, the invention aims to provide mild shampoo to make up for the defects of similar products in the market.
The invention provides mild shampoo, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2.4 to 7.5 percent of cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein salt substance, 0.1 to 0.6 percent of hydrolyzed wheat protein, 0.2 to 1.2 percent of maltose, 0 to 3 percent of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of sodium lauroyl glutamate, 0.6 to 1.2 percent of sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, 0.3 to 0.9 percent of lauroyl hydrolyzed collagen TEA salt and 0.18 to 0.3 percent of cocamidopropylPG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate.
The salt of the cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein has low irritation to skin and hair, and has excellent emulsifying, dispersing, decontaminating and antistatic abilities when used in shampoo; the maltose and the hydrolyzed wheat protein have good moisturizing and conditioning effects, and can soften and smooth hair. The shampoo uses the salt substances of cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein as main foaming cleanser, has lower skin irritation than conventional sulfate surfactants, and is safer than surfactants which are easy to form nitrosamines, such as secondary alkylamine or tertiary alkylamine; the wheat malt and hydrolyzed wheat protein are used as softener, so that on the premise of softening and smoothing hair, the irritation is lower than that of polyquaternary ammonium salt and cationic guar gum, the hair itching is not easy to occur, and meanwhile, the wheat malt and hydrolyzed wheat protein and salt substances of cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein can produce synergistic effect in the aspects of softening hair and cleaning. In addition, foaming cleaning agents such as sodium lauroyl glutamate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, lauroyl hydrolyzed collagen TEA salt, cocamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate and the like are added into the shampoo, so that the foaming cleaning effect and the flushing effect are further improved.
Preferably, the shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 6% of cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein salt substance, 0.2% of hydrolyzed wheat protein, 0.4% of maltose, 1.5% of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 0.9% of sodium lauroyl glutamate, 0.9% of sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, 0.9% of lauroyl hydrolyzed collagen TEA salt and 0.3% of cocamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate. When the specific content of the cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein salt substance, maltose, hydrolyzed wheat protein, sodium lauroyl glutamate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, lauroyl hydrolyzed collagen TEA salt and cocamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate is adopted, the shampoo has better cleaning power and flexibility and is easier to wash by flushing.
Preferably, the pH value of the shampoo is 6.0-6.3. The shampoo does not need to be additionally added with preservative, and can obtain good preservative effect only by adjusting the pH value to 6.0-6.3, and has moderate pH and small irritation.
Preferably, the pH value of the shampoo is adjusted by citric acid.
Preferably, the shampoo further comprises an anti-irritant, a hair shine agent, a fatting agent, a chelating agent and a fragrance.
Preferably, the anti-irritant agent comprises oat kernel extract, the hair gloss agent comprises panthenol, the fat-imparting agent comprises at least one of caprylic/capric glyceride polyglycerin-10 esters, PPG-3 octyl ether, the chelating agent comprises disodium EDTA, and the perfume comprises rosemary leaf extract.
Preferably, the shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.25-1% of oat kernel extract, 0.2-1% of panthenol, 0.1-1% of caprylic/capric glyceride polyglycerol-10 ester, 0.1-0.5% of PPG-3 octyl ether, 0.01-0.1% of EDTA disodium and 0.5-2% of rosemary leaf extract.
Further preferably, the shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by weight: oat kernel extract 0.5%, panthenol 0.5%, caprylic/capric glyceride polyglycerol-10 esters 0.5%, PPG-3 octyl ether 0.2%, EDTA disodium 0.05%, rosemary leaf extract 1%.
Preferably, the shampoo further comprises a balance of water.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the mild shampoo disclosed by the invention takes the salt substances of cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein as a main foaming cleanser, and has lower skin irritation than sulfate surfactants such as sodium (ammonium) laureth sulfate and sodium (ammonium) laureth sulfate; the wheat gluten is characterized in that maltose and hydrolyzed wheat protein are used as softener, so that on the premise of softening and smoothing hair, the irritation is lower than that of polyquaternary ammonium salt and cationic guar gum, the hair itching is not easy to occur, and meanwhile, cocoyl hydrolyzed wheat protein, maltose and hydrolyzed wheat protein have a synergistic effect in the aspects of softening hair and cleaning. The mild shampoo of the invention is also added with foaming cleaning agents such as sodium lauroyl glutamate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, lauroyl hydrolyzed collagen TEA salt, cocamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate and the like so as to further improve the foaming cleaning effect and the flushing effect.
