本发明涉及装饰膜制备技术领域,具体涉及一种装饰膜内中层膜生产用配方。
背景技术
建筑物在使用装饰膜后,能够完美美化建筑物,使得整体视觉感受焕然一新。而且根据颜色不同,能够打造颇具诗意的外观,给了许多设计大师很大的想象空间。在增加艺术美感的同时,还具有安全防护功能。
在室内使用装饰膜后,能够一改室内单调的感觉,使室内变得美观大方。且贴膜后表面光洁,易清洗。具有强度高的特点,达到保护人身安全的要求。
现有装饰膜内中层膜生产时,其配比成分不合理,产生的效果不好,造成装饰膜不稳定、防水效果差。

本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种装饰膜内中层膜生产用配方,所述配方由以下重量配比的原材料组成:PVC 90-110份、增塑剂DOP 15-23份、碳酸钙CaCO3 38-46份、大豆油ESO 1-3份、稳定剂BC 3-7份、加工助剂PA-20 1-2份、粉体稳定剂5010 0.3-0.7份、TiO2 22-28份、颜料黄py-83 0.001-0.005份,颜料黄py-34 0.008-0.12份、黑浆0.004-0.008份、增白剂KSB 0.08-0.12份。
作为本方案的进一步优化,所述配方由以下重量配比的原材料组成:PVC 90份、增塑剂DOP 15份、碳酸钙CaCO3 38份、大豆油ESO 1份、稳定剂BC 3份、加工助剂PA-20 1份、粉体稳定剂5010 0.3份、TiO2 22份、颜料黄py-83 0.001份,颜料黄py-34 0.008份、黑浆0.004份、增白剂KSB 0.08份。

一种装饰膜内中层膜生产用配方,所述配方由以下重量配比的原材料组成:PVC100份、增塑剂DOP 19份、碳酸钙CaCO3 42份、大豆油ESO 2份、稳定剂BC 5份、加工助剂PA-20 1.5份、粉体稳定剂5010 0.5份、TiO2 25份、颜料黄py-83 0.003份,颜料黄py-34 0.01份、黑浆0.006份、增白剂KSB 0.1份。
一种装饰膜内中层膜生产用配方的制备方法为:将上述重量配比的原材料放入高速搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌时间为300s,搅拌温度达到95℃,冷却之后即可得到本配方。
