技术领域
本发明属于预涂膜技术领域,特别是涉及一种环保多色预涂膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
预涂膜是指预先将塑料薄膜上胶复卷后再与纸张印品复合的工艺。它先由预涂膜加工厂根据使用规格幅面的不同将胶液涂布在薄膜上复卷后供使用厂家选择,而后再与印刷品进行复合。覆膜,即贴膜,就是将塑料薄膜涂上黏合剂,与纸印刷品经加热、加压后使之黏合在一起,形成纸塑合一产品的加工技术。经覆膜的印刷品,由于表面多了一层薄而透明的塑料薄膜,表面更平滑光亮,从而提高印刷品的光泽度和牢度,图文颜色更鲜艳,富有立体感,同时更起到防水、防污、耐磨、耐摺、耐化学腐蚀等作用。
预涂膜由基材和黏合剂胶层构成,基材通常为聚酯(PET)薄膜和双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜。由于,BOPP薄膜具有透明度高、光亮度好、无毒无味、耐水、耐热、价廉、质地柔软等特点,是覆膜工艺中较理想的材料,其厚度为12-20微米左右,因此,从材料成本和加工工艺的角度考虑,绝大部分预涂膜基材采用BOPP薄膜。
预涂膜的黏合剂层有熔融型和溶剂挥发型两种,根据加工设备及工艺条件的不同,选用不同厚度的黏合剂层,黏合剂层的厚度一般在5-15微米之间。目前,国内预涂膜的黏合剂层主要由热熔胶或有机高分子低温树脂组成。热熔胶是由主黏树脂和增黏剂、调节剂等数种材料共混改性而成。有机高分子树脂是单一高分子低温共聚物。由于热熔胶是由数种材料混合而成,所以覆膜后的透明度明显低于低温纯树脂类的预涂膜。
溶剂挥发型预涂膜的生产工艺与即涂膜覆膜工艺类似,用有机溶剂溶解胶体,然后涂布在薄膜基材上,故可能存在有机溶剂挥发不完全,覆膜操作时产生异味,对操作人员造成伤害(相对于即涂膜覆膜工艺来说,伤害要小得多)等问题,覆膜后溶剂挥发,也容易在印刷品表面形成气泡。
从生产工艺以及生产成本综合考虑,采用熔融型的预涂膜较为广泛,且采用熔融型的预涂膜中的黏合剂层大多使用热熔胶,但是热熔胶是由数种材料混合制成,因此,含有热熔胶的预涂膜的透明度较低,影响预涂膜的整体感观,故此,通过向热熔胶中添加色母料使其形成具有多色的预涂膜得到发展,而现有的多色预涂膜仍存在整体性差、防伪能力弱、上机适应性差、功能性少等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保多色预涂膜及其制备方法,为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种环保多色预涂膜,其特征在于,包括:
基材层,所述基材层作为各涂布层的载体,所述基材层为聚酯薄膜、双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜中任意一种;
触感层,所述触感层涂布在所述基材层上端面,所述触感层具有普通触感点和具有防伪触感效果的防伪触感点;
保护层,所述保护层涂布在触感层上端面,所述保护层由抗刮伤涂料或柔面涂料构成;
功能层,所述功能层涂布在基材层下端面,所述功能层由聚酰亚胺构成;
镭射层,所述镭射层涂布在功能层下端面,所述镭射层具有镭射闪光图案;
彩色热熔胶层,所述彩色热熔胶层通过黏合剂复合在镭射层下端面,所述彩色热熔胶层由色母料和乙烯——醋酸乙烯共聚物构成。
优选的,所述基材层的厚度为8-20微米,所述触感层的厚度为0.5-1微米,所述保护层的厚度为2-3微米,所述功能层的厚度为1.8-3.5微米,所述镭射层的厚度为2-3微米,所述彩色热熔胶层的厚度为6-20微米。
优选的,所述粘合剂由增黏剂和调和剂混合制成,所述增黏剂聚为甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、乙烯丙烯共聚物、苯乙烯与双烯共聚物中的任意一种或两种按任意比例混合。
所述色母料为二氧化钛、氧化铁、普鲁士蓝、铬酸铅、炭黑、单偶氮颜料、双偶氮颜料、酞青颜料中的任意一种。

一种环保多色预涂膜的制备方法,首先利用挤出机生产基材层,然后通过涂布机将从下到上依次将触感层和保护层涂布在基材层上端面,再通过涂布机从上到下依次将功能层和镭射层涂布在基材层下端面,最后通过复合机将从上到下依次将基材层与彩色热熔胶层热压复合制成环保多色预涂膜。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过设置黏合剂提高彩色热熔胶层和镭射层之间的整体性,且黏合剂中乙烯——醋酸乙烯共聚物其耐高温达400℃以上,长期使用温度范围-200~300℃,部分无明显熔点,高绝缘性能,103赫下介电常数4.0,介电损耗仅0.004~0.007,具有一定的颜色稳定性、良好的耐化学腐蚀性、很好的耐化学腐蚀性、良好的电性能和机械性能,有效提高预涂膜的整体性,再通过设置增黏剂提高彩色热熔胶层和镭射层之间的黏合性,避免产生气泡、皱褶、脱膜等现象;
2、本发明通过设置触感层和镭射层共同配合实现防伪功能,其中通过触感层中普通触感点和具有防伪触感效果的防伪触感点提高预涂膜的触感和形成一级防伪措施,通过镭射层特有的香气以及镭射闪光图案形成二级防伪措施,且镭射层还具有美观、绿色环保、耐油墨侵蚀、阻隔水汽、阻隔二氧化碳等能力,同时,镭射层便有具有高光泽性,赋予预涂膜更好的抗静电性、防粘连性以及上机适应性;
3、本发明通过设置保护层起到防水、防污以及耐磨的作用,保护层中抗刮伤涂料或柔面涂料构成有效保护预涂膜的表面,且很好地与触感层粘合在一起,提高了预涂膜地整体性,保护层中UV油墨的设计进一步提高抗刮伤涂料或柔面涂料与触感层表面之间的结合力;
4、本发明可通过改善色母料的组成成分来调整彩色热熔胶层中色母料与乙烯——醋酸乙烯共聚物的配比,不仅使彩色热熔胶层具有较好的结构,还具有多种较佳的颜色,操作简单,利于生产。

实施例一
一种环保多色预涂膜,其特征在于,包括:
基材层1,基材层1作为各涂布层的载体,基材层1为聚酯薄膜、双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜中任意一种;
触感层2,触感层2涂布在基材层1上端面,触感层2具有普通触感点和具有防伪触感效果的防伪触感点;
保护层3,保护层3涂布在触感层2上端面,保护层3由抗刮伤涂料或柔面涂料构成;
功能层4,功能层4涂布在基材层1下端面,功能层4由聚酰亚胺构成;
镭射层5,镭射层5涂布在功能层4下端面,镭射层4具有镭射闪光图案;
彩色热熔胶层6,彩色热熔胶层6通过黏合剂复合在镭射层5下端面,彩色热熔胶层6由色母料和乙烯——醋酸乙烯共聚物构成。
基材层1的厚度为8-20微米,触感层2的厚度为0.5-1微米,保护层3的厚度为2-3微米,功能层4的厚度为1.8-3.5微米,镭射层5的厚度为2-3微米,彩色热熔胶层6的厚度为6-20微米。
粘合剂由增黏剂和调和剂混合制成,增黏剂聚为甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、乙烯丙烯共聚物、苯乙烯与双烯共聚物中的任意一种或两种按任意比例混合。
色母料为二氧化钛、氧化铁、普鲁士蓝、铬酸铅、炭黑、单偶氮颜料、双偶氮颜料、酞青颜料中的任意一种。
色母料和乙烯——醋酸乙烯共聚物的质量百分比为3:2。
保护层3上端面涂敷由UV油墨。
实施例二
一种环保多色预涂膜的制备方法,首先利用挤出机生产基材层1,然后通过涂布机将从下到上依次将触感层2和保护层3涂布在基材层1上端面,再通过涂布机从上到下依次将功能层4和镭射层5涂布在基材层1下端面,最后通过复合机将从上到下依次将基材层1与彩色热熔胶层6热压复合制成环保多色预涂膜。

Claims (7)
1.一种环保多色预涂膜,其特征在于,包括:
基材层(1),所述基材层(1)作为各涂布层的载体,所述基材层(1)为聚酯薄膜、双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜中任意一种;
触感层(2),所述触感层(2)涂布在所述基材层(1)上端面,所述触感层(2)具有普通触感点和具有防伪触感效果的防伪触感点;
保护层(3),所述保护层(3)涂布在触感层(2)上端面,所述保护层(3)由抗刮伤涂料或柔面涂料构成;
功能层(4),所述功能层(4)涂布在基材层(1)下端面,所述功能层(4)由聚酰亚胺构成;
镭射层(5),所述镭射层(5)涂布在功能层(4)下端面,所述镭射层(4)具有镭射闪光图案;
彩色热熔胶层(6),所述彩色热熔胶层(6)通过黏合剂复合在镭射层(5)下端面,所述彩色热熔胶层(6)由色母料和乙烯——醋酸乙烯共聚物构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保多色预涂膜,其特征在于:所述基材层(1)的厚度为8-20微米,所述触感层(2)的厚度为0.5-1微米,所述保护层(3)的厚度为2-3微米,所述功能层(4)的厚度为1.8-3.5微米,所述镭射层(5)的厚度为2-3微米,所述彩色热熔胶层(6)的厚度为6-20微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保多色预涂膜,其特征在于:所述粘合剂由增黏剂和调和剂混合制成,所述增黏剂聚为甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、乙烯丙烯共聚物、苯乙烯与双烯共聚物中的任意一种或两种按任意比例混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保多色预涂膜,其特征在于:所述色母料为二氧化钛、氧化铁、普鲁士蓝、铬酸铅、炭黑、单偶氮颜料、双偶氮颜料、酞青颜料中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保多色预涂膜,其特征在于:所述色母料和乙烯——醋酸乙烯共聚物的质量百分比为3:2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保多色预涂膜,其特征在于:所述保护层(3)上端面涂敷由UV油墨。
7.一种制备如权利要求1-6任一项环保多色预涂膜的方法,其特征在于:首先利用挤出机生产基材层(1),然后通过涂布机将从下到上依次将触感层(2)和保护层(3)涂布在基材层(1)上端面,再通过涂布机从上到下依次将功能层(4)和镭射层(5)涂布在基材层(1)下端面,最后通过复合机将从上到下依次将基材层(1)与彩色热熔胶层(6)热压复合制成环保多色预涂膜。
