Abstract

Description

改进的用于盒式磁带录象机中的磁头
本发明涉及一种用于盒式磁带录象机(VCR)中的磁头鼓组件;更具体地,涉及一种改进的根据其改变其磁隙的方位角的能力可执行常规的双磁头的功能的磁头。
用于VCR中的一常规磁头鼓组件中的一转鼓通常装配有成对配置的偶数目的磁头。配成一对的两个磁头沿直径方向位于转鼓相对的两侧,即呈180°的夹角。各对磁头中的每一磁头都带有具有一方位角的一磁隙,该方位角与位于转鼓另一侧的与其配对的磁头的磁隙的方位角量值相同但方向相反。
图1示有装配有位于相对两侧的一对磁头1的一常规转鼓5的透视图。各磁头1包括有一磁头基座2,其一端连接到转鼓5上,另一端带有磁头片3,该磁头片3带有具有一预定方位角的磁隙4。
在常规的转鼓5中,各对磁头的每一磁头依次读取记录在一磁带(未示出)上的信号。在一磁头经过一磁带磁道读取写在其上的信号后,该磁带被向前移动一个磁道宽度,而鼓5转过180°且另一磁头开始自随后一磁带磁道继续读取。如图3中所示,相邻磁道上的信号以不同的方位角被记录以防止发生串扰。为成功地读取以此方法记录的信号,各磁头中的磁隙具有一与准备读取的磁道的方位角相匹配的方位角。如图2A及2B中所示,位于鼓5的沿直径方向相对两侧的两磁头1具有方向相反的两磁隙方位角,即,如果其中一磁头具有一+θ的磁隙方位角,则位于转鼓的沿直径方向相对侧的与其配对的另一磁头具有一-θ的磁隙方位角。
记录在相邻磁道中的信号被赋予不同的方位角的必要性及常规磁头中磁隙的方位角是固定的事实导致了转鼓必须装配有至少一对磁头。因此,现有技术的磁头鼓组件需要至少两个磁头以处理以不同的方位角被记录的磁道。
因此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种改进的可改变其中磁隙的方位角的磁头,从而完成由常规的一对磁头所执行的功能。
根据本发明,提供有一用于VCR中的磁头装置,包括:一磁头基座,其一端固定在转鼓上;一磁头片安装在该磁头基座的另一端上并带有一磁隙;及用于改变磁隙方位角的装置。
通过以下结合附图对优选实施例的描述,本发明的上述及其它目的和特征将变得明显,附图中:
图1示出了现有技术的一转鼓的透视图;
图2A及2B示出了安装在常规转鼓沿直径方向相对两侧的两磁头的方位角;
图3说明了磁带中一信号记录图形;
图4提供了本发明第一优选实施例的前视图;
图5说明了本发明第二优选实施例的前视图;以及
图6提供了本发明第三优选实施例的前视图。
参照图4,示有本发明的一用于VCR的一转鼓中的磁头30。该磁头30包括一磁头基座31;带有一磁隙34的磁头片32;一第一铰链腿33;及包括有一致动器22和一第二铰链腿21的磁隙方位角改变装置20。
该致动器22安装在磁头基座31的上表面35,并与一控制器(未示出)连接,自其接收指令。该第二铰链腿21与致动器22连接并通过一准备好的穿孔穿过磁头基座31的整体厚度,并伸出磁头基座31的底表面36。
同时,第一铰链腿33将磁头片32的一端连接至磁头基座31的底表面36。磁头片32的另一端通过第二铰链腿21与致动器22连接。这样,响应于第二铰链腿21的被拉上或拉下,该磁头片32向上倾斜或向下倾斜,绕着与第一铰链腿33相连的一端转动。
并且,提供于磁头片32中的磁隙34被垂直地取向。换名话说,磁隙34将磁头片32分成两个长方形。
进而,根据本发明,通过升起或降下与致动器22相连的磁头片32的一端,可以改变磁隙34的方位角。控制器传送一电流,并响应该电流,致动器22拉起或推下与磁头片32相连的第二铰链腿21。这样依次升起或降下与致动器22相连的磁头片32的一端,以与第一铰链腿33相连的磁头片32的一端作为枢轴。磁头片32的倾斜改变了磁隙34的取向。这样,通过将与致动器22相连的磁头片32的一端升起或降下一适当的量可得到所期望的磁隙34的方位角。例如,为读取如图3所示的带有以+θ及-θ方位角被记录在交替的磁道上的一组信号的磁带,磁头片32将被交替地升起或降下以使磁隙34分别具有一+θ或-θ的方位角。
图5说明了本发明的另一个优选实施例,其中采用了一磁隙方位角交替改变装置40。
在图5中所说明的本发明的磁头50包括一磁头基座51;一带有一磁隙54的磁头片52;一铰链腿53;及磁隙方位角改变装置40。
该磁头基座51提供有一顶表面及底表面55、56。同样,磁头片52包括有一顶表面和一底表面57和58。并且,磁头片52的一端通过铰链腿53与磁头基座51的底表面连接。
在磁头50中采用的磁隙方位角改变装置40包括有一连接在磁头基座51的底表面56上并带有两侧接端及一中央端的轭41;一对永久磁体42、43,各磁体分别位于轭41的一侧接端的内侧;一与磁头片52的顶表面57相连接并带有一顶表面的线圈基座44;及一安装在该线圈基座44的顶表面上的线圈45,环绕轭41的中央端安装但不与其接触,从而提供使磁头片52绕着与铰链腿53相连的一端向上或向下倾斜所需的驱动力。
第二实施例的磁隙方位角改变装置40由流过线圈45一适当的电流所操作。由该电流生成的一磁场与环绕永久磁体42、43的一磁场相互感应生成一吸引力或推斥力。当线圈45面向磁头基座51的底表面56被向上拉起或向下推离时,安装在其中的磁头片52被倾斜一预定量,从而改变了磁隙54的方位角。
图6表示本发明的再一优选实施例,其中采用了一形状记忆合金块60。
图6中表示的第三实施例包括一磁头基座71;一带有一磁隙24的磁头片72;一铰链腿73;及形状记忆合金块60。
该磁头基座71包括一顶表面及一底表面75、76。同样,磁头片72带有一顶表面及一底表面77、78。铰链腿73将磁头片72的一端连接至磁头基座71的底表面76。同时,形状记忆合金块60被连接至磁头片72的另一端,并与磁头基座的底表面76相连。
上述的本发明的磁头70通过流过形状记忆合金块60的一电流改变磁隙74的方位角。当块60响应于该电流而变形时,磁头片72向上或向下倾斜一适当的量,从而改变了磁隙74的方位角。
上述本发明的所有优选实施例都能改变其中带有的磁隙的方位角,从而允许转鼓仅装有一磁头而读取存储于具有以相对方位角记录在交替磁道上的信号的磁带上的信息。本发明的优选实施例以两倍的常规速度转动装于其中的转鼓,允许该鼓在以一个磁头读取完后转过一整圈以同样的该一个磁头读取一常规的VCR中的原由装在转鼓相对一侧的一第二磁头读取的磁带的下一个磁道。而且本发明的优选实施例改变其中磁隙14的方位角以与记录在下一磁道中的信号的方位角相匹配,而该磁头转到转鼓的另一侧时不与磁带接触。
因此上述本发明的优选实施例具有只需在转鼓中装有一个磁头的优点。
虽然对本发明已参照特定的实施例进行了展示和描述,但对熟悉本领域的技术人员而言,不超出由所附权利要求限定的本发明的精神和范围的前提下,显然可以作出许多变化和改型。

Claims (4)

1、一种用于盒式磁带录象机中的磁头装置,包括:
一磁头基座,其一端固定在一转鼓上;
一磁头片,安装在磁头基座的另一端上并带有一磁隙;及
用于改变磁隙的方位角的装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的磁头装置,其中该磁隙方位角改变装置包括一致动器和一铰链腿,该致动器被安装在磁头基座的顶表面上并通过铰链腿响应于由一控制器提供的一电流可向上或向下倾斜磁头片。
3、根据权利要求1所述的磁头装置,其中该磁隙方位角改变装置包括一轭,一对安装在该轭上的永久磁体,及一与磁头片相连的线圈,其中通过与永久磁体的一磁场的相互作用,流过线圈的电流生成一吸引磁力或一推斥磁力并向上或向下倾斜磁头片。
4、根据权利要求1所述的磁头装置,其中该磁隙方位角改变装置包括一响应于一电流进行变形,从而向上或向下倾斜磁头片的形状记忆合金块。
