Abstract
本申请公开了一种特膳食品,其组分按照重量份数包括:乳清粉20‑30份、牛磺酸2‑10份、益生菌5‑10份、氨基丁酸1‑5份、复合维生素1‑3份以及药食混合物50‑100份;复合维生素包含3‑5份的维生素C、3‑5份的维生素A以及5‑10份的维生素B族;其技术要点为,乳清粉采用微生态改性技术,一方面保留并强化了蛋白质等有益成分及其吸收效果,另一方面弱化或去除了该食品的无益或有害成分,可降低代谢负担,达到稳定控糖的目的;在特膳食品中添加药物混合物,运用中医传统的关键药材,经过实验证明该特膳食品可对糖尿病进行有益的控制,并能提高服用者的整体机能,利用喷雾干燥技术,使得药物的药性蕴藏于膳食内,达到高效的安全养治作用。

技术领域
本发明属于特膳食品技术领域,具体是一种特膳食品。
背景技术
特膳食品,是特殊膳食用食品的简称,是针对特殊人群的定向性营养食品; 《预包装特殊膳食用食品标签通则》规定,特膳食品是指为满足某些特殊人群 的生理需要,或某些疾病患者的营养需要,按特殊配方专门加工的食品;标准 规定,该类食品应在外包装上明确标示其有别于普通食品的特殊适用人群、针 对性的特殊配方、特殊的生理和营养成分及明确的食量;
传统的特膳食品在使用过后容易出现如下具体问题:
一是,部分不利于人体吸收的物质容易造成人体代谢的负担;二是,食品 中药物添加的含量较少,同时若是食品中含糖量较多,部分糖尿病患者则无法 进行食用,对于人体进行生理调节时的效果有待提高。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种特膳食品,解决现有背景技术中 提到的的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种特膳食品,其组分按照重量份数包括:乳清粉20-30份、牛磺酸2-10 份、益生菌5-10份、氨基丁酸1-5份、复合维生素1-3份以及药食混合物50-100 份;
复合维生素包含3-5份的维生素C、3-5份的维生素A以及5-10份的维生 素B族,并由维生素C、A以及B族混合而成;
药物混合物包含5-10的份黄精、5-10份的茯苓、5-10份的薏苡仁、5-10 份的山药、20-30份的灰树花以及20-30份的虫草,且药物混合物由各个成分的 萃取物混合而成。
进一步的,乳清粉,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
取新鲜牛奶,经巴氏杀菌法杀菌;
脱盐后,蒸发浓缩处理,并再浓缩过程中去除蛋白质;
喷雾干燥制作得到乳清粉。
进一步的,益生菌为双歧杆菌、布拉氏酵母菌、乳酸菌以及罗伊氏菌中的 任意一种或几种;具体可采用乳酸菌,促进人体对有益元素的吸收。
进一步的,氨基丁酸为GABA,其制作方法为:
利用酶法即用大肠杆菌对L-谷氨酸进行发酵,在L-谷氨酸脱羧酶作用下脱 羧生成GABA和二氧化碳来制备GABA。
进一步的,复合维生素中的维生素C、维生素A以及维生素B族之间的比例 为1:1:1,
维生素B族包含但不限于维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6以及维生素B12; 具体可采用维生素B1、B2。
进一步的,药物混合物的制备过程为:
混合:按照份黄精5-10份、茯苓5-10份、薏苡仁5-10份、山药5-10份、 灰树花20-30份以及虫草20-30份称取原料,并将黄精、茯苓、薏苡仁、山药、 灰树花以及虫草倒入粉碎机中粉碎,并通过30-50目的筛网,得到初步混合物;
加热:在初步混合物中倒入蛋白液,而后在搅拌的同时对其加热,持续加 热30-50min,去除水分后得到粘稠后的混合物,而后进行二次加热20-40min, 并进行离心处理;
干燥:经过喷雾干燥制备得到最终的药物混合物。
进一步的,黄精、茯苓、薏苡仁、山药、灰树花以及虫草混合得到药物混 合物,其水分含量不超过3wt%。
进一步的,还包括稀有元素铬或谷物,可在乳清粉或是牛磺酸中添加,且 稀有元素铬在特膳食品中的含量为1-2mg/kg。
(三)有益效果
一是,乳清粉采用微生态改性技术,一方面保留并强化了蛋白质等有益成 分及其吸收效果,另一方面弱化或去除了该食品的无益或有害成分,可降低代 谢负担,达到稳定控糖的目的;
二是,在特膳食品中添加药物混合物,运用中医传统的关键药材,经过实 验证明该特膳食品可对糖尿病进行有益的控制,并能提高服用者的整体机能, 利用喷雾干燥技术,使得药物的药性蕴藏于膳食内,达到高效的安全养治作用;
三是,在特膳食品中添加益生菌和氨基丁酸,可促进使用者人体的吸收, 同时使用到的氨基丁酸可激活催生多酚、多糖以及多肽类活性物质,从而发挥 更加显著的生理调节作用。
具体实施方式
基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前 提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种特膳食品,其组分按照重量 份数包括:乳清粉20-30份、牛磺酸2-10份、益生菌5-10份、氨基丁酸1-5 份、复合维生素1-3份以及药食混合物50-100份;
复合维生素包含3-5份的维生素C、3-5份的维生素A以及5-10份的维生 素B族,并由维生素C、A以及B族混合而成;
上述的维生素A有益于眼睛健康,还可添加维生素E,其有利于心脏健康, 其中的维生素B族可促进脂肪代谢,减少胆固醇。
具体的,其中的牛磺酸是一种带有氨基的磺酸,是身体所需营养成分之一, 有抗氧化特点,对脑部及眼部发展有良好影响,可与胰岛素受体结合,促进细 胞摄取和利用葡萄糖,加速糖酵解,降低血糖。
药物混合物包含5-10的份黄精、5-10份的茯苓、5-10份的薏苡仁、5-10 份的山药、20-30份的灰树花以及20-30份的虫草,且药物混合物由各个成分的 萃取物混合而成。
具体的,乳清粉,其制备方法包括如下步骤:

还包括稀有元素铬或谷物,可在乳清粉或是牛磺酸中添加,且稀有元素铬 在特膳食品中的含量为1-2mg/kg。
对于稀有元素铬,其是人体必不可少的一种微量元素,它能维持人体多种 生理机能,主要分布于皮肤、大脑、骨骼、肌肉、肾上腺当中;
铬的功效和作用,首先,能控制血糖;铬对血糖的代谢比较重要,它可以 提高胰岛素的功能,使葡萄糖能够顺利进入人体的各个组织细胞,进行各种新 陈代谢以及产生能量。
上述的谷物包括:白扁豆、苦荞、赤小豆以及莜麦;
上述谷物的补充是必须的营养能量与益生元素,含单不饱和脂酸,粘性纤维 增加了肠道内容物的粘性,降低了淀粉和消化酶的相互作用;
低血糖生成指数,不会导致血糖上升;
同时还能有效地减轻患者的饥饿感。

Claims (8)
1.一种特膳食品,其特征在于,其组分按照重量份数包括:乳清粉20-30份、牛磺酸2-10份、益生菌5-10份、氨基丁酸1-5份、复合维生素1-3份以及药食混合物50-100份;
所述复合维生素包含3-5份的维生素C、3-5份的维生素A以及5-10份的维生素B族,并由维生素C、A以及B族混合而成;
所述药物混合物包含5-10的份黄精、5-10份的茯苓、5-10份的薏苡仁、5-10份的山药、20-30份的灰树花以及20-30份的虫草,且药物混合物由各个成分的萃取物混合而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种特膳食品,其特征在于:所述乳清粉,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
取新鲜牛奶,经巴氏杀菌法杀菌;
脱盐后,蒸发浓缩处理,并再浓缩过程中去除蛋白质;
喷雾干燥制作得到乳清粉。

6.如权利要求1所述的一种特膳食品,其特征在于:所述药物混合物的制备过程为:
混合:按照份黄精5-10份、茯苓5-10份、薏苡仁5-10份、山药5-10份、灰树花20-30份以及虫草20-30份称取原料,并将黄精、茯苓、薏苡仁、山药、灰树花以及虫草倒入粉碎机中粉碎,并通过30-50目的筛网,得到初步混合物;
加热:在初步混合物中倒入蛋白液,而后在搅拌的同时对其加热,持续加热30-50min,去除水分后得到粘稠后的混合物,而后进行二次加热20-40min,并进行离心处理;
干燥:经过喷雾干燥制备得到最终的药物混合物。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种特膳食品,其特征在于:所述黄精、茯苓、薏苡仁、山药、灰树花以及虫草混合得到药物混合物,其水分含量不超过3wt%。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种特膳食品,其特征在于:还包括稀有元素铬或谷物,可在乳清粉或是牛磺酸中添加,且稀有元素铬在特膳食品中的含量为1-2mg/kg。
