Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plant base pad processing, in particular to a plant base pad processing device capable of being coated in a single layer.
Background
The spray-seeding grass planting technology is that plant seeds (grass seeds, flowers and plants or shrub seeds) are scientifically treated, mixed into water, matched with special ingredients (including fertilizer, green promoting agent, wood fiber covering material, adhesive, water saturation agent and soil improvement agent) in a certain proportion, stirred by a spray-planting machine, and then sowed on a slope surface needing greening at a high speed by a high-pressure pump body. In addition, in order to ensure effective greening, the seeds are processed to form vegetation mats and laid on the revetment.
The vegetation mat is a mat with seeds formed by embedding plant seeds between an upper thin mat and a lower thin mat and can play roles of protecting the slope and promoting plant growth, but the seeds are not easily distributed between the two thin mats uniformly, particularly the seeds with large particle size, such as coated seeds coated by soil, fertilizers, pesticides and the like, are often in improper germination because the seeds are easily damaged in the process of being dispersed and moved by equipment.

3. the seeds cannot be fixed in position, so that the situation of extruding the seeds is inevitable in the processing process, when the seeds are crushed in the middle of the base pad, on one hand, the seeds are wasted, the utilization rate is reduced, on the other hand, the crushed seeds are difficult to remove in the middle of the base pad, and the use of the subsequent plant base pad is greatly influenced;
4. the position can't be guaranteed only a seed when carrying out extrusion work, and a plurality of seeds location make the utilization ratio of plant base mat seed descend in same position, get into a plurality of seeds in same position and adopt inside conveyer to transport to the external world and carry out reuse in the original work, have increased the work complexity.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to improve a seed feeding method, in which an inner cylinder is additionally installed in an upper roller, the number of seeds to be fed is controlled, the seeds are placed at a predetermined position on a lower roller by the upper roller, pressing of a base pad and positioning of the seeds are completed inside the lower roller, and sealing of the base pad is completed by pressing a sliding platen and a baffle in the lower roller, and the present invention achieves the above objects by the following technical solutions:
a plant base pad processing device capable of being coated in a single layer comprises an upper roller, a lower roller and a base pad; the base pad is arranged at the meshing position of the upper roller and the lower roller; the upper roller comprises an upper roller body, a convex part, a rotating shaft, an input pipe, an inner cylinder and an upper baffle; the inner cylinder is arranged in the upper roller main body and is fixedly connected with the input pipe; the upper roller main body is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft through an upper baffle; convex parts are arranged on the periphery of the upper roller body; the lower roller comprises a lower roller body, a middle rotating block, an inner baffle, a sliding pressure plate and a lower baffle; the middle rotating block is arranged in the lower roller wheel main body, and the outer end of the middle rotating block is fixedly connected with the lower baffle; sliding press plates are arranged around the transfer block, and inner baffles are arranged on the inner wall of the lower roller main body; the sliding pressure plate is matched with the inner baffle; and notches corresponding to the convex parts are formed on the periphery of the lower roller body.
Preferably, the rotating shaft provides power for the upper roller.
Preferably, the lower baffle is driven by an external motor.
Preferably, the convex part comprises a fixed convex part, a movable convex part and a sensor; the fixed convex part is fixedly connected with the upper roller body; the movable convex part is connected with the outer side of the fixed convex part in a sliding mode.
Preferably, the seeds wrapped by the base pad are sealed by the sliding pressure plate and the inner baffle plate in a squeezing way.
Preferably, the sliding pressure plate is a rigid body, and the inner baffle is made of flexible material.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the seeds are wrapped by the single-layer base mat material, the processing procedures are reduced compared with the two-layer or multi-layer wrapping in the prior art, the cost is saved, the problem that the upper base mat cannot be burst by the germinated sprouts of the seeds is avoided, and the breeding survival rate is improved;

3. the convex part on the roller is used for placing the seeds, the placed seeds directly enter the lower roller under the wrapping of the base pad, the extrusion positioning work of the base pad can not be in contact with the seeds, the occurrence of the situation that the seeds are crushed is greatly reduced, the seeds are prevented from being cleaned up, the seed utilization rate is improved, and the work difficulty is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1, a plant base mat processing device capable of being coated in a single layer comprises an upper roller 100, a lower roller 200 and a base mat; the base pad is arranged at the meshing part of the upper roller 100 and the lower roller 200;
as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the top roller 100 includes a top roller body 110, a convex portion 120, a rotating shaft 130, an input pipe 140, an inner cylinder 150, and a top baffle 160; the inner cylinder 150 is arranged inside the upper roller main body 110, and the inner cylinder 150 is fixedly connected with the input pipe 140; the upper roller body 110 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 130 through an upper baffle 160; the periphery of the upper roller body 110 is provided with a convex part 120;
as shown in fig. 6, the inner cylinder 150 is a semi-cylinder with a gap, the gap faces downward, and the gap is large enough for seeds to pass through; the edge of the gap of the inner cylinder 150 is a fillet, the inner surface of the inner cylinder is in contact with the seeds, the outer surface of the inner cylinder slides relative to the upper roller body 110, and the inner cylinder 150 is arranged in the upper roller body 110;

the fixed convex part 121 is an immovable arc-shaped baffle, and the outer side of the fixed convex part is provided with a track for the movable convex part 122 to move along the outer surface of the fixed convex part, and the fixed convex part can be used as a moving carrier of the movable convex part 122;
the movable convex part 122 is a movable arc-shaped baffle plate and can be controlled to move open or close by a sensor 123;
the sensor 123 is a photosensor, and when a seed enters the convex portion 120 moving right below, the sensor 123 can control the moving convex portion 122 to open, so that the seed comes out of the convex portion 120.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when in work: the seeds are screened, the selected seeds are sent into the upper roller main body 110 through the input pipe 140, under the action of gravity and external rotation, the seeds fall downwards and finally enter the convex part 120 through a gap below the inner cylinder 150, the internal space of the convex part 120 is small, only one seed can be accommodated, but redundant seeds are still pressed above the seeds entering the convex part 120, the inner cylinder 150 is kept still, the seeds move under the driving of the rotation of the upper roller main body 110, the redundant seeds are squeezed away by the round protrusions at the gap of the inner cylinder 150, and only one seed is ensured to enter the lower roller 200 at one time;
adding a base pad between the upper roller 100 and the lower roller 200, wherein the base pad is extruded by the convex part 120 on the upper roller 100 and is sunken towards the inside of the lower roller 200, seeds in the convex part 120 fall into sunken seed bags, then, the sliding pressure plate 240 starts to rotate towards the direction of the inner baffle 230, the protruding plane of the sliding pressure plate 240 is contacted with the inner baffle 230 to extrude and seal the seed bags, the position fixation of the seeds is completed, the sliding pressure plate 240 is separated from the inner baffle 230 along with the continuous rotation of the lower roller main body 210, and the coated seeds are separated under the action of gravity to form a finished plant base pad; the glue for extruding and sealing the seed capsule can be decomposed when meeting water, so that compared with the two-layer base pad in the prior art, the problem that the upper-layer base pad cannot be burst by the germinated sprouts of the seeds is avoided, and the breeding survival rate is improved.

A plant base pad processing device capable of being coated in a single layer comprises an upper roller (100), a lower roller (200) and a base pad; the method is characterized in that: the base pad is arranged at the meshing part of the upper roller (100) and the lower roller (200); the upper roller (100) comprises an upper roller main body (110), a convex part (120), a rotating shaft (130), an input pipe (140), an inner cylinder (150) and an upper baffle plate (160); the inner cylinder (150) is arranged in the upper roller main body (110), and the inner cylinder (150) is fixedly connected with the input pipe (140); the upper roller body (110) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (130) through an upper baffle plate (160); the periphery of the upper roller body (110) is provided with convex parts (120); the lower roller (200) comprises a lower roller main body (210), a transfer block (220), an inner baffle (230), a sliding pressure plate (240) and a lower baffle (270); the middle rotating block (220) is arranged inside the lower roller wheel main body (210), and the outer end of the middle rotating block (220) is fixedly connected with the lower baffle plate (270); sliding press plates (240) are arranged on the periphery of the middle rotating block (220), and inner baffles (230) are arranged on the inner wall of the lower roller main body (210); the sliding pressure plate (240) is matched with the inner baffle plate (230); notches corresponding to the convex parts (120) are formed on the periphery of the lower roller body (210).
