The Rassel seeding apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the opening and closing control mechanism comprises a first control rod (25) and a second control rod (26), the first control rod (25) is fixed on the seeding rack (1) and located in the middle of the hole pressing disc (3), the second control rod (26) is fixedly connected with the second cone (23), and the second cone (23) is driven to rotate to one side far away from the first cone (22) after the second control rod (26) is contacted with the lower end of the first control rod (25).
