本申请涉及外墙保温结构的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构。
背景技术
随着节能理念的普及,写字楼和居民住宅的外墙会设置有外保温结构,通过在建筑外墙铺设保温结构的方式来减少建筑内部的热量散失,进而起到了保温和节能的效果。
相关技术中,建筑外墙的外保温结构一般包括多种材质组合粘接而成,其中起到主要保温作用的是为多孔结构的保温板,保温板一般为聚苯乙烯泡沫板、挤塑板等材质,保温板的整体密度较小,具有良好的保温隔热效果,外墙保温板外一般还铺有装饰层等结构对保温板进行遮蔽保护。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为存在有由于保温板的材质较轻,在风吹过外墙时,在保温板粘接处和外侧形成压力差,进而使外墙的保温板产生与外墙脱离的力,使外墙保温板安装牢固性降低的缺陷。
发明内容
为了改善由于保温板的材质较轻,在风吹过外墙时,在保温板粘接处和外侧形成压力差,进而使外墙的保温板产生与外墙脱离的力,使外墙保温板安装牢固性降低的缺陷,本申请提供一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构。
本申请提供的一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构采用如下技术方案:
一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构,包括抗风管和保温板,保温板一面铺设有粘接层,粘接层未将所在的保温板侧面铺满,保温板通过粘接层粘贴在外墙上,保温板通过粘接层与外墙形成相互连通的内通风空间,锚栓安装在保温板上,并将保温板进行贯穿,抗风管将内通风空间与外界进行连通。
通过采用上述技术方案,粘接层一方面有效的提高了保温板在外墙上安装的牢固性;另一方面还有效的使保温板与外墙之间形成相互连通的内通风空间,在风吹过时,抗风管使内通风空间的空气与外界流通,进而使内通风空间和外界的气压进行平衡,有效的减少了在风通过时,保温板两侧的压力差,进而提高了保温板与外墙固定的牢固性,抗风管有效的对保温板与自身的连接处进行保护,还有效的减少了雨水等异物进入到内通风空间的概率,提高了粘接层和保温板的保护效果,进而提高了保温板安装固定的牢固性。
可选的,所述抗风管位于内通风空间的一端与外墙抵接,且能够保持内通风空间与外界的空气流通。
通过采用上述技术方案,外墙对抗风管端面进行抵接支撑,同时还能够使内通风空间通过抗风管与外界进行空气流通,在保证抗风管连通效果的同时提高了抗风管安装的牢固性。
可选的,所述抗风管远离外墙的一端向下弯折设置。
通过采用上述技术方案,抗风管的弯折设置有效的对雨水和飘落的异物进行拦截,减少了雨水等杂物通过抗风管进入到内通风通道的概率,提高了对组成内通风通道的各部分的保护效果,进而提高了外墙外保温板安装的牢固性。
可选的,所述抗风管周向外壁固设有安装板,安装板位于通风空间内,保温板将安装板向外墙顶紧。
通过采用上述技术方案,在安装对应位置的安装板时,保温板与安装板抵接,并将安装板向外墙顶紧,进而在安装保温板的同时完成抗风管的安装,提高了抗风管安装的牢固性。
可选的,所述安装板与抗风管为一体成型。
通过采用上述技术方案,有效的提高了抗风管与安装板整体连接的强度,进而提高了抗风管安装的稳定性。
可选的,粘接层在保温板靠近外墙的侧壁上的覆盖率不低于60%。

通过采用上述技术方案,粘接带进一步提高了保温板与外墙粘接固定的牢固性,还有效的将粘接块进行包围防护,有效的提高了粘接块的使用寿命,粘接带所围空间内的空气通过自身开口进行流通,有效的将内通风空间的空气流速进行降低,使内通风空间的空气流动更加平稳,提高了保温板粘接固定的牢固性。
可选的,所述相邻保温板上的粘接带开口相互靠近。
通过采用上述技术方案,粘接带的开口集中设置,进一步提高了空气进入到粘接带所围空间内进行空气交换的效率,有效的起到了平衡风压的作用,进而提高了保温板粘接固定后的抗风效果。
可选的,所述保温板在外墙上交错排布,且将外墙进行覆盖,抗风管位于相邻的三块保温板连接处,且与粘接带的开口相邻。
通过采用上述技术方案,保温板的交错排布一方面有效的提高了保温板安装后整体的牢固性,另一方面使粘接带的开口分布更加均匀,有效的使通过抗风管流入内通风空间的空气与粘接带所围空间内的空气进行交换,提高了内通风空间与外界气压平衡的效率,进而提高了保温板的抗风效果,提高了保温板粘接固定的牢固性。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.风吹过外墙保温板外侧时,由于抗风管的设置,内通风空间与外界进行连通,在使内通风空间与外界进行空气交换的同时,还有效的平衡了内通风孔的气压,有效的减少了保温板所受到的风压大小,进而提高了保温板在外墙上安装固定的牢固性,提高了保温板的抗风效果;
2.粘接带和粘接块的分布,一方面有效的提高了保温板与外墙粘接固定的稳固性,另一方面形成相互连通的内通风空间,粘接带还有效的对粘接块进行保护,同时还提高了内通风空间内空气流通的平稳性,提高了保温板的抗风效果,进而提高了保温板在外墙上安装的牢固性;
3.抗风管的端面与外墙抵接,保温板将安装板向外墙顶紧,有效的提高了抗风管安装的稳固性,抗风管进风处的弯折设置有效的减少了雨水等异物的进入,提高了对组成内通风空间的各部分结构的保护效果,进而提高了保温板在外墙上粘接固定的牢固性。

本申请实施例公开一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构。
实施例1
参考图1和图2,外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构包括保温板1和抗风管5,保温板1为具有保温效果的建筑用板材,本实施中为棉岩材质的复合保温板1,保温板1靠近外墙的侧壁设有粘接层2,粘接层2用于将保温板1粘接固定在外墙上。
结合图2和图3,粘接层2使保温板1和外墙之间形成内通风空间12,保温板1背离墙体的侧壁开设有供抗风管5通过的连通孔11,抗风管5外侧壁与连通孔11内侧壁抵接,使外界与内通风空间12连通。
保温板1设置有锚栓13,锚栓13将保温板1贯穿后与外墙固定连接,锚栓13将保温板3向外墙顶紧。
保温板1远离墙体的一面还铺设有抹平层3,抹平层3内含两层网格布,网格布之间通过抹面胶浆粘接固定,网格布与保温板3之间通过抹面胶浆固粘接固定,最外侧的网格布同样涂抹有抹面胶浆,抹平层3远离保温板1的一侧固定铺设有装饰层4,装饰层4包含腻子层和由装饰涂料组成的涂料层,腻子层涂抹在抹平层外侧,涂料层涂抹在腻子层外侧。
粘接层2有效的将保温板1粘接固定在外墙上,再通过锚栓13将保温板1向外墙顶紧固定,有效的提高了保温板1安装固定的牢固性;再向保温板1外侧涂抹一层抹面胶浆,再铺设一层网格布,在网格布外侧继续涂抹抹面胶浆,继续铺设一层网格布,再次在网格布上涂抹抹面胶浆,并进行抹平,完成抹平层3的铺设,抹平层3有效的对锚栓13进行遮盖,同时通过自身的网格布有效的提高了抹平层3的整体连接牢固性,提高了自身的抗撕裂能力;在抹平层3外侧涂抹腻子,形成腻子层,再向腻子层外侧涂抹涂料,形成涂料层,完成装饰层4的铺设,进一步提高了对保温板1的保护效果。抗风管5有效的使内通风空间12与外界进行连通,在风吹过装饰层4外侧时,抗风管5使内通风空间12与外界进行空气流通,进而使内通风空间12与外界进行气压平衡,减少了保温板1内侧和装饰层4外侧的风压差,进而提高了保温板1安装后的抗风效果,提高了保温板1安装后的牢固性。
参考图3和图4,保温板1在外墙上交错分布,相邻保温板1相互紧贴,并一同将外墙进行覆盖。粘接层2包括粘接块21和粘接带22,粘接带22在保温板1靠近外墙的侧壁上呈围绕设置,且靠近保温板1的边缘位置,粘接带22与保温板1边缘保持5-30mm的距离,本实施例所采取的更优范围为10-20mm,粘接带22首尾之间形成距离为30-120mm大小的开口,本实施例采取的更优范围为50-100mm;粘接带22的开口位于底侧且相互靠近设置。
粘接块21固设在保温板1靠近外墙的侧壁上,且均匀分布在粘接带22所包围的区域内,粘接块21为圆形设置;粘接带22和粘接块21在保温板1靠近外墙的侧壁上覆盖的面积至少为60%,本实施例所采取的更优范围为至少为70%。
采用交错分布的方式,有效的提高了保温板1安装的稳固性和紧密性,减少了相邻保温板1连接处开裂的情况发生。粘接块21和粘接带22的分布面积设置有效的提高了保温板1粘接的牢固性,粘接块21的均匀分布进一步提高了保温板1粘接的牢固性,同时还使内通风空间12的分布更加均匀;粘接带22的将粘接块21包围设置有效的提高了对粘接块21的保护效果,提高了粘接块21的有效粘接寿命,粘接带22的开口位置设置,一方面有效的减少了雨水等异物进入到粘接带22所围空间内的概率,另一方面有效的使内通风空间12的空气流动更加平稳,一同提高了保温板1粘接固定的牢固性,提高了保温板1的抗风效果。
参考图3和图4,连接孔设置在相邻三个保温板1相互连接处,且与相互靠近的两个粘接带22的开口处连通,一个保温板1至多与一个抗风管5抵接。
结合图3和图5,抗风管5为工程塑料材质或金属材质,本实施例为工程塑料材质,抗风管5靠近外墙的一端与外墙抵接,抗风管5与外墙抵接的一端为规则的波浪状设置或规则的锯齿状设置,本实施例为规则的波浪状设置;抗风管5周向外壁固设有安装板51,安装板51与抗风管5一体成型,安装板51为环状,或多个环绕分布的板材,安装板51位于内通风空间12内,保温板1靠近外墙的侧壁将与安装板51抵接,并将安装板51向靠近外墙的方向顶紧固定;抗风管5伸出连通孔11的部分向下弯折,抗风管5远离外墙的一端为进风端,且为倾斜设置;抗风管5与连通孔11之间的缝隙通过密封胶54进行填充固定,密封胶54为聚氨酯密封胶54。
在保温板1向向上铺设时,将抗风管5安装在对应的连通孔11内,并依次向上进行保温板1的铺设,保温板1通过粘接层2与外墙粘接固定的同时,将安装板51向靠近外墙的方向顶紧固定,同时抗风管5与外墙抵紧,有效的提高了抗风管5安装的稳定性,密封胶54将抗风管5和连通孔11的空隙进行填充固定,在提高了抗风管5固定的牢固性的同时,还提高了保温板1在连通孔11处连接的稳定性。抗风管5进风口处的弯折设置有效的对雨水等异物进行拦截,减少了雨水等异物进入到内通风空间12内的概率,提高了对组成内通风空间12的各部分的保护效果。抗风管5进风口处端面倾斜设置,有效的减少了所受的风压阻力,有效的提高了内通风空间12与外界进行气压平衡的效率。风通过抗风管5靠近外墙端面波浪状的缺口处与内通风空间12连通,粘接带22的开口向看抗风管5靠拢,有效的提高了粘接带22所围空间内空气流通的效率,进而提高了内通风空间12整体空气流通的效果,提高了平衡气压的作用,进而提高了保温板1抗风效果和安装连接的牢固性。
本申请实施例1的实施原理为:铺设外墙保温结构时,先将粘接带22和粘接块21一同粘接在保温板1侧壁上,再将保温板1由下到上交错铺设在外墙上,在保温板1对应位置打上锚栓13;在铺设的过程中,在保温板1对应的位置开出连通孔11,并随着保温板1的铺设进行抗风管5的安装,在保温板1铺设完成后进行抹平层3和装饰层4的铺设,完成外墙保温结构的铺设。
在风吹过外墙时,由于抗风管5使内通风空间12与外界进行连通,有效的减少了保温板1所受到的风压大小,使内通风空间12与外界进行气压平衡,粘接带22和粘接块21有效的提高了保温板1粘接固定的牢固性,粘接带22有效的对粘接块21进行保护,同时有效的将内通风空间12组成相互连通的多个单元,有效的提高了内通风空间12内空气流动的平稳性,提高了气压平衡的效果,抗风管5有效的减少了雨水等异物进入到内通风空间12内,一同提高了抗风载荷结构使用的稳定性,进而提高了保温板1的抗风效果,提高了保温板1安装连接的牢固性。
实施例2
参考图4和图6,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:抗风管5与外墙抵接的端面为平整设置,抗风管5周向外壁位于安装板51和靠近外墙的端面的部分开设有多个通风孔52,通风孔52均匀分布。
本申请实施例2的效果不同之处在于:外界的空气通过抗风管5的进风端进入到抗风管5内后,通过通风孔52向内通风空间12流动,有效的提高了内部通风空间空气流动交换的效率,进而提高了气压平衡的效果。
实施例3
参考图4和图7,本实施例的不同之处在于:抗风管5进风端内壁固设有拦截网,拦截网对进入抗风管5的空气进行过滤。
本申请实施例3的效果不同之处在于:空气通过抗风管5的进风端向抗风管5内流动,拦截网有效的对较大的杂质和昆虫进行拦截,同时还对鸟类进行拦截,提高了对内通风空间12的保护效果,进而提高了抗风载荷结构的使用寿命,提高了保温板1的抗风效果和安装的牢固性。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构,其特征在于:包括抗风管(5)和保温板(1),保温板(1)一面铺设有粘接层(2),粘接层(2)未将所在的保温板(1)侧面铺满,保温板(1)通过粘接层(2)粘贴在外墙上,保温板(1)通过粘接层(2)与外墙形成相互连通的内通风空间(12),锚栓(13)安装在保温板(1)上,并将保温板(1)进行贯穿,抗风管(5)将内通风空间(12)与外界进行连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构,其特征在于:所述抗风管(5)位于内通风空间(12)的一端与外墙抵接,且能够保持内通风空间(12)与外界的空气流通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构,其特征在于:所述抗风管(5)远离外墙的一端向下弯折设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构,其特征在于:所述抗风管(5)周向外壁固设有安装板(51),安装板(51)位于通风空间内,保温板(1)将安装板(51)向外墙顶紧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构,其特征在于:所述安装板(51)与抗风管(5)为一体成型。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构,其特征在于:粘接层(2)在保温板(1)靠近外墙的侧壁上的覆盖率不低于60%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构,其特征在于:所述粘接层(2)包括多个粘接块(21),粘接块(21)在保温板(1)靠近外墙的侧壁上均匀分布。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构,其特征在于:所述粘接层(2)还包括粘接带(22),粘接带(22)在保温板(1)靠近外墙的侧壁上将粘接块(21)进行包围,且留有开口。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构,其特征在于:所述相邻保温板(1)上的粘接带(22)开口相互靠近。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种外墙外保温系统抗风载荷结构,其特征在于:所述保温板(1)在外墙上交错排布,且将外墙进行覆盖,抗风管(5)位于相邻的三块保温板(1)连接处,且与粘接带(22)的开口相邻。
