本发明公开了一种坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材,包括具有多排圆孔的涂层复合铝膜,该涂层复合铝膜的两侧边分别通过中间连接用丁基粘接胶带与褶皱复合铝膜粘接,各褶皱复合铝膜靠近所述的涂层复合铝膜的一侧表面分别设有热熔粘接胶,供聚酯无纺布与褶皱复合铝膜粘接,并使聚酯无纺布覆盖涂层复合铝膜;及其制备方法。本发明实现坡屋面全干法施工,在屋脊位置采用屋脊通风卷材,不但使整个屋面更加美观,最重要的是可以让屋面内部形成真正的空气对流,带走多于的湿气和热量,不但起到很好的节能效果,而且还提高了整个屋面的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑屋面工程和种植屋面工程,具体涉及一种坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,对建筑的质量、功能及外观越来越关注和重视。同时能源问题困扰更是让每个政府都急迫的要求建筑要有更好的节能效果。
传统卧浆施工的缺点:
1.屋面荷载重
2.施工周期长,费工费时
3.耐久性差
4.屋面经常被砂浆污染,难以清理干净
5.维修成本高,一旦渗漏很难修好,因为问题根源找不到
最近5年我们已经开始慢慢接受新的坡屋面施工理念,但是由于技术原因,一般还是主瓦采用挂瓦条,脊瓦采用卧浆施工方法,我们俗称半干法施工。这种施工方法由于屋脊被水泥砂浆卧实,屋面内湿热空气无法在屋脊部位排出,无法在屋面内形成有效对流,因此会导致挂瓦条加快腐烂,降低屋面寿命;而且卧浆的脊瓦不但污染主屋面瓦片,而且经常松动、掉落导致渗漏以及经济损失。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材,实现全干法施工的坡屋面施工,在屋脊位置采用屋脊通风卷材,不但使整个屋面更加美观,最重要的是可以让屋面内部形成真正的空气对流,带走多于的湿气和热量,不但起到很好的节能效果,而且还提高了整个屋面的使用寿命,同时,不用水泥砂浆将降低屋面荷载。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:
一种坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材,包括褶皱复合铝膜,该褶皱复合铝膜包括自下而上的PET聚酯膜、铝箔和聚氨酯三层,其特征在于,还包括具有多排圆孔的涂层复合铝膜,该涂层复合铝膜包括自下而上的聚氨酯、铝箔和PET聚酯膜,所述的涂层复合铝膜的聚氨酯涂层面的两侧弯折边涂有中间连接用丁基粘接胶带,该中间连接用丁基粘接胶带与褶皱复合铝膜的PET聚酯膜粘接,各褶皱复合铝膜靠近所述的涂层复合铝膜的一侧聚氨酯层表面分别设有热熔粘接胶,供聚酯无纺布与褶皱复合铝膜粘接,并使聚酯无纺布覆盖整个涂层复合铝膜。
在所述的褶皱复合铝膜底部外侧设有带隔离纸的两侧底边丁基粘接胶带。
所述的涂层复合铝膜的PET聚酯膜的两侧边与中间连接用丁基粘接胶带粘接处形成向下突出的弯折。
制备所述的坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
①制备涂层复合铝膜;
②将褶皱复合铝膜和涂层复合铝膜用中间连接用丁基粘接胶带粘合成一体;
③在褶皱复合铝膜靠近所述的涂层复合铝膜的一侧表面采用热熔胶粘接聚酯无纺布,并使聚酯无纺布覆盖整个涂层复合铝膜;
④在褶皱复合铝膜的底部粘贴两侧丁基胶带完成整个屋脊通风卷材的制作。
所述的制备坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材的方法,其特点在于,所述步骤①制备涂层复合铝膜,具体包括:
i.将铝箔和PET聚酯膜进行高温复合;
ii.在铝箔面进行高耐候性涂层;
iii.根据需要分切后进行机械冲孔;
所述的制备坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤③褶皱复合铝膜与聚酯无纺布粘接前,先在聚酯无纺布中间加印安装中心线,供安装定位用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、在不改变整个制备工艺的条件下,仅通过改变褶皱复合铝膜的宽度就能得到不同宽度的产品以便满足市场上各种材料制作的、及各种形状的瓦片的需要,真正做到坡屋面万用的屋脊通风卷材。
2、让现有的坡屋面施工真正做到全干法施工,在屋脊位置采用屋脊通风卷材,不但使整个屋面更加美观,最重要的是可以让屋面内部形成真正的空气对流,带走多于的湿气和热量,不但起到很好的节能效果,而且还提高了整个屋面的使用寿命。
3、不用水泥砂浆也意味着能降低屋面荷载。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明做详细的说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
请参阅图1,图1为本发明坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材的结构示意图,如图所示,一种坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材,包括具有多排圆孔的涂层复合铝膜2,该涂层复合铝膜的两侧边分别通过中间连接用丁基粘接胶带4与褶皱复合铝膜1粘接,并形成向下突出的弯折。每个褶皱复合铝膜1靠近所述的涂层复合铝膜2的一侧表面分别设有热熔粘接胶,供聚酯无纺布与褶皱复合铝膜1粘接,并使聚酯无纺布覆盖涂层复合铝膜2。在所述的褶皱复合铝膜1底部外侧设有带隔离纸的两侧底边丁基粘接胶带3。涂层复合铝膜2包括自上而下的表面高耐候性涂层、铝箔层和PET聚酯膜层。
图2为本发明安装分拆示意图,如图所示,制备坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材的方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤①,首先制备涂层复合铝膜,制备过程:
i.将铝箔和PET聚酯膜进行高温复合;
ii.在铝箔面进行高耐候性涂层;
iii.根据需要分切后进行机械冲孔,使其透气。
步骤②,将褶皱复合铝膜1和涂层复合铝2用中间连接用丁基粘接胶带4粘合成一体;
步骤③,在聚酯无纺布中间加印安装中心线;
步骤④,在褶皱复合铝膜1靠近所述的涂层复合铝膜2的一侧表面采用热熔胶粘接聚酯无纺布,并使聚酯无纺布覆盖涂层复合铝膜2;
步骤⑤,在褶皱复合铝膜1的底部粘贴两侧丁基胶带3完成整个屋脊通风卷材的制作。
两侧褶皱复合铝膜制备方法同原发明专利(ZL201010614206.5),两侧扇形褶伸边延伸率高达40%,能有效贴合各种瓦型,加宽的丁基粘接边能更有效和瓦片表面粘接密实;而且可以根据特殊的瓦片调整两侧褶伸的宽度,以便更好的贴合瓦型,真正做到了万能屋脊通风卷材的效果。

1.一种坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材,包括褶皱复合铝膜(1),该褶皱复合铝膜(1)包括自下而上的PET聚酯膜、铝箔和聚氨酯三层,其特征在于,还包括具有多排圆孔的涂层复合铝膜(2),该涂层复合铝膜(2)包括自下而上的聚氨酯、铝箔和PET聚酯膜,所述的涂层复合铝膜的PET聚酯膜的两侧边涂有中间连接用丁基粘接胶带(4),该中间连接用丁基粘接胶带(4)与褶皱复合铝膜(1)的PET聚酯膜粘接,各褶皱复合铝膜(1)靠近所述的涂层复合铝膜(2)的一侧聚氨酯层表面分别设有热熔粘接胶,供聚酯无纺布与褶皱复合铝膜(1)粘接,并使聚酯无纺布覆盖涂层复合铝膜(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材,其特征在于,在所述的褶皱复合铝膜(1)底部外侧设有带隔离纸的两侧底边丁基粘接胶带(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材,其特征在于,所述的涂层复合铝膜的PET聚酯膜的两侧边与中间连接用丁基粘接胶带粘接处形成向下突出的弯折。
4.制备权利要求1所述的坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
①制备涂层复合铝膜;
②将褶皱复合铝膜(1)和涂层复合铝膜(2)用中间连接用丁基粘
接胶带(4)粘合成一体;
③在褶皱复合铝膜(1)靠近所述的涂层复合铝膜(2)的一侧表面采用热熔胶粘接聚酯无纺布,并使聚酯无纺布覆盖涂层复合铝膜(2);
④在褶皱复合铝膜(1)的底部粘贴两侧丁基胶带(3)完成整个屋 脊通风卷材的制作。
5.根据权利要求4制备所述的坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤①制备涂层复合铝膜,具体包括:
i.将铝箔和PET聚酯膜进行高温复合;
ii.在铝箔面进行高耐候性涂层;
iii.根据需要分切后进行机械冲孔。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备坡屋面用高延伸率屋脊通风卷材的方法,其特征在于,在所述的步骤③褶皱复合铝膜(1)与聚酯无纺布粘接前,先在聚酯无纺布中间加印安装中心线。
