Description

Deodorant for organic solid waste aerobic fermentation treatment and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aerobic fermentation, in particular to a deodorant for aerobic fermentation treatment of organic solid waste and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The organic solid waste, i.e. organic solid waste, refers to solid organic substances and substances produced in production, life and other activities, which lose their original utilization value or are discarded or abandoned without losing their utilization value, and includes three major categories of agricultural organic waste (mainly including crop straw vines, livestock and poultry manure, aquatic waste and the like), industrial organic waste (mainly including organic waste residues and the like), municipal organic waste (mainly including landscaping waste, municipal sludge, animal contents in slaughter plants, kitchen waste and the like).
With the continuous expansion of urban scale, the increasing urban population and the increasing living standard of people, the production of urban domestic garbage is gradually increased. As early as 1996, the urban garbage removal capacity in China has reached 1 hundred million tons and has increased at a rate of 8% -10% per year. The annual stacking quantity of the garbage reaches more than 60 hundred million tons, more than 200 cities in the country are immersed in the garbage, and the land area occupied by the garbage stacking is more than 5 hundred million square meters.
The kitchen waste in China is large in production amount and wide in range, and is mainly a mixture of residual soup, leftovers and the like generated in the operation process of hotels, restaurants, dining halls of enterprises and public institutions and the like. In China, the organic garbage generation amount of some eating units such as canteens, hotels, restaurants and the like is remarkable. The daily production of kitchen waste in Beijing is about 1600 tons, and according to the research on the yield of kitchen waste in main and urban areas of Chongqing and the analysis report on physicochemical properties, which are finished by Chongqing university, the daily yield of kitchen waste in the main and urban areas of Chongqing is about 1000 tons in 2007; by 2003, the daily production of kitchen waste in Shanghai city reaches about 1100 tons.
The aerobic fermentation treatment is to ferment the organic solid waste, the organic solid waste can be used as an organic fertilizer after composting treatment, the organic solid waste can be recycled, and compared with incineration and landfill treatment modes, the secondary environmental pollution is avoided, and the aerobic fermentation treatment is safer and more environment-friendly.
However, the organic solid waste inevitably produces odor pollution in the aerobic fermentation treatment process. Odor pollution is a form of air pollution, but due to the particularity of the pollution, the pollution is treated as a single row of public nuisance by many countries, and belongs to one of seven typical public hazards (air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution, noise pollution, vibration, ground subsidence and odor) in the world. The malodorous gas directly acts on the smell of people and causes harm to the human body through breathing, along with the increasing requirement on the environmental quality of people, the proportion of dissatisfaction emotion and complaint caused by various malodors of people is higher and higher, and particularly in developed countries, the complaint on the malodors exceeds more than 90 percent of the total complaint on environmental pollution. In recent years, the urban malodorous pollution events of China frequently occur, the proportion of malodorous complaints in the whole environmental complaint case is the second place, and the malodorous pollution increasingly becomes a serious social and environmental problem.
Therefore, how to effectively solve the odor pollution in the organic solid waste aerobic fermentation treatment process is a problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.

The hydrogen sulfide and ammonia contents were measured 20cm above the compost on days 1, 5, 10 and 20 of the aerobic fermentation, respectively. The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 detection results of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia contents in aerobic fermentation process
Figure BDA0003242139040000071
As can be seen from Table 1, during the aerobic fermentation, the contents of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia gas above the compost to which the deodorizing agents of examples 1 to 5 were added were gradually decreased with the increase of time, while the contents of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia gas in the blank control were gradually increased. This is because the addition of the deodorant can decompose the odor-generating substances, thereby reducing the contents of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia; in the blank control group, odor-producing substances are gradually accumulated along with the fermentation due to no deodorant, so that the contents of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia gas are increased.
The experiments prove that the deodorant prepared by the invention can block the volatilization of odor gas molecules in the organic solid waste aerobic fermentation treatment process, prolong the reaction time of deodorant components and odor molecules, fully react deodorant effective components and odor molecules, and achieve the aim of lasting deodorization.
