The invention solves the problems of single nutrient content, insufficient and rich taste level and insufficient chewing feeling of the rice protein meal replacement solid beverage, improves the sensory enjoyment of the rice protein meal replacement solid beverage, and provides a new idea for deep processing and finish processing application of rice protein powder.
