and printing label data corresponding to the target printing task according to the target logistics label information.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the determined printing type is logistics printing, the logistics data label template needs to be acquired first. Optionally, the logistics data tag template may be one or more of shun feng, zhong tong, yun da, yun tong, jiu rabbit, home delivery, century, sheng tong, guo tong, tiantian, fast, full peak, kyoto, dupont, or other express delivery mechanisms known in the art.
Optionally, information fusion is performed on the logistics data label template and the information of the goods to be printed corresponding to the target printing task, so as to obtain target logistics label information. Further, the target logistics label information includes logistics information, and/or logistics goods identity information, and/or logistics goods value information, and/or logistics goods size information, and/or logistics goods packaging information, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention. Further, the logistics information comprises destination information and/or single number information and/or recipient information and/or single number information. For example, when the goods are required to be delivered by Shunfeng, the corresponding target logistics label information comprises destination information of Shanghai city (2021-05-20), single number information of 279193597783 (mother single number: 279193597783), single number information of 021WG-UD-013, logistics goods identity information of automobile accessories, logistics goods value information of declaration value 350 yuan, and logistics goods size information of 0.001m3The logistics cargo packaging information is MOT-210520-792.
Optionally, the target logistics label information further includes cargo identification information. Further, the cargo identification information includes a single number information, and/or a recipient address information, and/or a recipient communication information, and/or a cargo notice information, and/or a cargo packaging quantity information, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention. Further, the information on the number of packaged goods includes the total number of the individually packaged goods in the batch of goods and the serial number of each individually packaged goods. For example, when a batch of goods with the single number information of M-210525174615947-2 is sent to the guizhou to save time, and the total number of the goods individually packaged in the batch of goods is 5 individual packaging boxes, the serial numbers of the individually packaged goods corresponding to the individual packaging boxes are 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5 and 5/5, respectively.
Optionally, when the target logistics label information is determined, the barcode information of the corresponding goods to be delivered is scanned through the PDA, whether the scanned goods are the needed target goods is judged by matching the barcode information with the target logistics label information, if yes, label data corresponding to the target printing task is printed out to obtain a data label, and the data label is pasted to the target logistics goods.
Therefore, the label printing method described by the embodiment of the invention can determine the target logistics label information to be printed according to the logistics data label template and the information of the goods to be printed corresponding to the target printing task, is beneficial to reducing the operation complexity and improving the label printing efficiency, and further improves the management efficiency of warehouse logistics and reduces the warehouse operation cost.
In yet another optional embodiment, the label printing method further includes:

when a print exception request is received, the target print job is terminated and exception data is uploaded. .
In the embodiment of the invention, when an abnormal error occurs in the process of printing the label data, the system automatically detects the abnormal condition, terminates the current printing task and uploads the data to wait for further processing instructions.
Optionally, the abnormal error includes abnormal printing caused by an unexpected event such as power failure, and/or the target goods identity information of the target goods is abnormally matched with the goods identity information in the target printing task, and/or the number of the goods in the target printing task is abnormally matched with the number of the target goods in the target bin, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. For example, when the number of the items to be printed in the bin with the number B1-05-3-04 displayed by the target print job is 20, and the actual target items in the bin are only 18, it is considered that an exception error occurs, and the exception error is handled by triggering a print exception request.
Optionally, the abnormal matching between the target cargo identity information of the target cargo and the cargo identity information in the target printing task may be the mismatching between the target cargo information acquired when the target cargo corresponding to the bin is scanned again and the cargo identity information in the target printing task after the target printing task is instructed to start printing.
Therefore, the label printing method described by the embodiment of the invention can process the abnormal conditions in the printing process, is more beneficial to reducing the operation complexity and improving the label printing efficiency, and further improves the management efficiency of warehouse logistics and reduces the warehouse operation cost.
In yet another optional embodiment, the label printing method further includes:
detecting whether an emergency printing request is received; the emergency printing request comprises emergency printing cargo information of a data label needing emergency printing;
when the urgent print request is received, it is determined that the urgent printed goods information is new target printed label information.
In the embodiment of the invention, when an emergency printing task occurs in the process of executing the label data printing, the system automatically detects the emergency task, terminates the current printing task, and automatically switches the emergency task into the target printing task to indicate to print the label data corresponding to the emergency printing task.
Optionally, the emergency print job may be inserted during the process of determining the print job, or may be already inserted during the process of executing the print label, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, when a task person executes a print job R1 of a bay numbered a1-05-2-04 of a1, and the current print job has printed chinese labels of 10 goods in the bay, and 5 goods in the bay are not printed, at this time, the warehouse management system urgently assigns an urgent print job R2 to the task person through the PDA, directly interrupts the current print job R1, uploads the print job R1 to the warehouse management system, and converts the type of the print job R1 into an abnormal interrupt print, so as to continue to complete printing labels in the print job R1, and simultaneously switches the urgent print job R2 into a target print job corresponding to the task person, so as to instruct the task person to print label data in the urgent job.
Therefore, the label printing method described by the embodiment of the invention can process the task in an emergency according to the task emergency, and is more beneficial to reducing the operation complexity and improving the label printing efficiency, thereby improving the management efficiency of warehouse logistics and reducing the warehouse operation cost.
Example two

The label printing method described in fig. 2 can determine the target printing task for indicating the data label corresponding to the printed goods by acquiring the information of the label to be printed, which is beneficial to reducing the operation complexity and improving the label printing efficiency, thereby improving the management efficiency of warehouse logistics and reducing the warehouse operation cost. As shown in fig. 2, the label printing method may include the operations of:
201. and acquiring information of the label to be printed.
202. And sequencing all the label information to be printed according to a preset printing sequencing rule to obtain a label sequence to be printed.
203. And determining a target printing task according to the label sequence to be printed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, specific technical details and technical noun explanations for step 201 may refer to the detailed description for step 101 in the first embodiment, and are not described again in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the information of the labels to be printed is acquired by the warehouse management system, all the information of the labels to be printed is subjected to grade confirmation according to the preset printing ordering rule, corresponding position ordering is carried out under each grade to obtain the sequence of the labels to be printed, and the target printing tasks of different task personnel are determined according to the sequence of the labels to be printed.
Therefore, by implementing the label printing method described in the embodiment of the invention, the label sequence to be printed for all the label information to be printed can be determined by acquiring the information of the label to be printed, and then the target printing task for indicating the data label corresponding to the printed goods can be further obtained, which is beneficial to reducing the operation complexity and improving the label printing efficiency, thereby improving the management efficiency of warehouse logistics and reducing the warehouse operation cost.
In an optional embodiment, in the step 202, sorting all the information of the labels to be printed according to a preset printing sorting rule to obtain a sequence of the labels to be printed, includes:
determining a target priority level corresponding to the information of the label to be printed according to the printing sorting rule and the type to be printed;
and sequencing all the label information to be printed according to the target priority level to obtain a label sequence to be printed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the printing sequencing rule comprises the division of the priority levels of different types to be printed, and the priority levels of the abnormal interrupted printing, the label damaged complementary printing, the bin part printing and the printing type in the logistics printing 4 in the types to be printed are determined according to the division rule of the priority levels in the printing sequencing rule so as to determine the target priority level.
Optionally, the determination of the target priority level in the printing sorting rule may be determination of the 4 priority levels, or may be determination of one or more priority levels according to needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, after all the label information to be printed is subjected to level division, all the label information to be printed contained in the label information to be printed corresponding to the label information to be printed in each target priority level is sorted according to the sorting rule in the target priority level, so as to obtain a label sequence to be printed corresponding to the target priority level.
Therefore, the label printing method described by the embodiment of the invention can determine the target priority level corresponding to the information of the labels to be printed according to the printing sequencing rule and the type to be printed, and then sequences all the information of the labels to be printed according to the target priority level, so as to obtain a more effective sequence of the labels to be printed, which is more beneficial to reducing the operation complexity and improving the label printing efficiency, thereby improving the management efficiency of warehouse logistics and reducing the warehouse operation cost.
In another optional embodiment, the determining the target priority level corresponding to the information of the label to be printed according to the printing sorting rule and the type to be printed includes:
matching the printing type with all printing types to be matched in the printing sequencing rule to obtain a second matching result;
and when the second matching result shows that the printing type to be matched with the printing type exists in the printing sorting rule, determining the priority level corresponding to the printing type to be matched with the printing type as the target priority level corresponding to the label information to be printed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the type to be printed corresponding to the label information to be printed is determined, the type to be printed is matched with the type to be matched corresponding to the printing sequencing rule so as to determine the target priority level corresponding to the label information to be printed. For example, when the division rule of the priority levels in the printing sorting rule indicates that the abnormal interrupted printing corresponds to a first level, the damaged label complementary printing corresponds to a second level, the bin part printing corresponds to a third level, and the logistics printing corresponds to a fourth level, if the task to be printed in the information of the label to be printed is the artificial interrupted printing which needs to be continuously printed due to the last interrupted printing caused by special arrangements such as an emergency task, the type to be printed corresponding to the task to be printed is determined to be the abnormal interrupted printing, the type to be printed corresponding to the task to be printed is matched (the abnormal interrupted printing), and the corresponding target priority level is finally determined to be the first level.
Therefore, the label printing method described by the embodiment of the invention can determine the priority level of the printing type according to the preset printing sorting rule, is more beneficial to reducing the operation complexity and improving the label printing efficiency, and further improves the management efficiency of warehouse logistics and reduces the warehouse operation cost.
In another optional embodiment, the sorting all the label information to be printed according to the target priority to obtain a label sequence to be printed includes:
and for any target priority level, sequencing all the label information to be printed corresponding to the target priority level according to the printing sequencing rule and the information of the goods to be printed to obtain a label sequence to be printed corresponding to the target priority level.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the priority levels corresponding to all the label information to be printed are determined, all the label information to be printed is sequenced according to the sequencing rule corresponding to each target priority level in the printing sequencing rules, so as to obtain the label sequence of the label information to be printed corresponding to each target priority level. For example, when the target priority level corresponding to the abnormal interrupt printing is the first level, and the sorting rule corresponding to the first level is sorting according to the interrupt time length, the longer the interrupt time is, the earlier the sorting is, wherein the interrupt time corresponding to the to-be-printed label information is 30 minutes corresponding to the to-be-printed label information a1, the interrupt time corresponding to the to-be-printed label information a2 is 20 minutes, and the interrupt time corresponding to the to-be-printed label information A3 is 50 minutes, the to-be-printed label sequences corresponding to the to-be-printed label information are the to-be-printed label information A3, the to-be-printed label information a1, and the to-be-printed label information a 2.
Optionally, the above sorting of all the label information to be printed according to the sorting rule corresponding to each target priority level in the printing sorting rules may be performed according to a single factor in the cargo information to be printed, or may be performed by comprehensively considering multiple factors. For example, when the target priority level corresponding to the printing of the bin parts is a third level, when all the label information to be printed is sorted in the third level, only one factor of the historical goods frequency information, the goods loading time information, the goods printing waiting time information and the goods value information can be considered for sorting, and multiple factors of the historical goods frequency information, the goods loading time information, the goods printing waiting time information and the goods value information can be comprehensively considered for sorting.
Optionally, when the ranking is performed by comprehensively considering multiple factors, the weighting coefficients of each factor are obtained according to the individual ranking of each factor, the weighting coefficients of all the factors are then integrated to obtain a comprehensive weighting coefficient, and the final ranking is obtained according to the comprehensive weighting coefficient. For example, when the target priority level corresponding to the bin part printing is a third level, 2 factors of historical goods frequency information and goods printing waiting time information are considered when all the information of the labels to be printed are sorted in the third level, wherein the information of the labels to be printed comprises information X1 of the labels to be printed, information X2 of the labels to be printed, information X3 of the labels to be printed and information X4 of the labels to be printed; the sequence obtained by sorting according to the historical cargo frequency information is label information to be printed X3, label information to be printed X1, label information to be printed X2 and label information to be printed X4, and the frequency weight coefficients (the weight coefficient in the top sorting is large) of the label information to be printed X1, the label information to be printed X2, the label information to be printed X3 and the label information to be printed X4 corresponding to the historical cargo frequency information are 0.75, 0.5, 1 and 0.25 respectively; if the sequence obtained according to the cargo printing waiting time information is to-be-printed label information X2, to-be-printed label information X3, to-be-printed label information X1 and to-be-printed label information X4, the frequency weight coefficients of the to-be-printed label information X1, the to-be-printed label information X2, the to-be-printed label information X3 and the to-be-printed label information X4 corresponding to the cargo printing waiting time information are 0.5, 1, 0.75 and 0.25 respectively; the comprehensive weight coefficients of the label information to be printed X1, the label information to be printed X2, the label information to be printed X3 and the label information to be printed X4 are 1.25, 1.5, 1.75 and 0.5, and the label sequence to be printed corresponding to the third grade can be obtained according to the comprehensive weight coefficients and is the label information to be printed X3, the label information to be printed X2, the label information to be printed X1 and the label information to be printed X4.
Therefore, the label printing method described by the embodiment of the invention can sequence the information of the labels to be printed according to the information of the goods to be printed to obtain the sequence of the labels to be printed corresponding to the priority level of each target, is more beneficial to reducing the operation complexity and improving the label printing efficiency, and further improves the management efficiency of warehouse logistics and reduces the warehousing operation cost.
