In an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes a processing unit, where the processing unit includes a first processing module, a second processing module, and a third processing module, where the first processing module is configured to perform real-time statistics on the warehousing data and the ex-warehouse data after receiving the warehousing data and the ex-warehouse data, so as to obtain statistical data, where the statistical data includes types of materials entering and exiting the warehouse and the number of the material conveying vehicles corresponding to each of the types of materials; the second processing module is used for calculating the time of the material conveying vehicle entering the warehouse according to the starting time to obtain the warehousing time, wherein the starting time is the time point of receiving the warehousing data of the material conveying vehicle; the third processing module is used for predicting the material types of the materials stored in the warehouse at a preset time point and the number of the material conveying vehicles corresponding to each material type according to the warehousing time, preset storage time and the statistical data, wherein the preset storage time is the minimum storage time of the materials discharged from the warehouse. Specifically, the warehousing data and the ex-warehouse data are counted in real time to obtain statistical data, namely the storage amount of a material conveying vehicle in a current warehouse can be inquired based on the statistical data, a corresponding vehicle number is input into an interface, information such as the material type of a glass fiber yarn group of the material conveying vehicle, the conditioning time countdown time, a cargo location address, a cargo location state and a baked oven number can be inquired, the running state of the material conveying vehicle is monitored in real time, when the material conveying vehicle runs to the warehouse, the material conveying vehicle is automatically timed, the adjustable number of the material conveying vehicle of each material type can be inquired by the interface, the adjustable number of the material conveying vehicle can be accurately estimated due to the fact that the conditioning time of the glass fiber yarn group is 5 hours, namely the preset storage time is 5 hours, and the material conveying vehicle can be ex-warehouse can be obtained after the current adjustable number and the interval of 1 hour are exceeded, and the scheduled number of the current material conveying vehicle can be accurately estimated.
In addition, the warehouse-out operation state of each material conveying vehicle in the current production planning task is displayed in real time based on statistical data, the warehouse-out operation state comprises information such as an original goods location address, a target goods location address, an operation state and a material name of the material conveying vehicle, and the problem of faults in the warehouse can be judged through the operation state of the trolley, so that the problems can be processed in time. And based on the statistical data, the flow records of the delivery/storage of the material conveying vehicles in a certain time period can be inquired, and the vehicle numbers, the material names, the storage time and the yarn types are displayed at the same time, so that the information of the material conveying vehicles can be traced at a later stage.

The warehouse is a stereoscopic warehouse which is arranged in a series of roadway-layer-row-column-row, each row is provided with a plurality of goods spaces, and the goods spaces are used for storing the material conveying vehicles.
In an embodiment of the application, the scheduling terminal is further configured to generate a second vehicle scheduling instruction according to a second target material type and a second target material quantity, and send the second vehicle scheduling instruction to at least one second target material conveying vehicle, where the second vehicle scheduling instruction is used to control the second target material conveying vehicle to convey materials to a corresponding target storage location, the second target material type is a type of a material required for developing a sample or testing a sample, the second target material quantity is a quantity of a material of the second target material type, the second target material conveying vehicle is the material conveying vehicle loading the material of the second target material type in the warehouse, and the target storage location is a storage location of the developing sample or the testing sample. In an embodiment of the present application, the warehouse includes vehicle vacancy positioning devices, the vehicle vacancy positioning devices are correspondingly arranged in the cargo space one by one and are in communication connection with the dispatching terminal, and the vehicle vacancy positioning devices are used for positioning the cargo space where the material conveying vehicle is not stored, so as to obtain vehicle vacancy information. In an embodiment of the present application, the scheduling terminal includes a data statistics module, an inventory detail query module, a timing module, and an inventory prediction module, wherein the data statistics module is in communication connection with the code scanning device, and is configured to count vehicle information of the material transport vehicles entering or exiting the warehouse and categories of loaded materials in real time to obtain statistical data, and the statistical data includes categories of the materials entering or exiting the warehouse and the number of the material transport vehicles corresponding to each of the categories of the materials; the inventory detail query module is in communication connection with the data statistics module and is used for querying the statistical data; the timing module is in communication connection with the code scanning device and is used for calculating the time of the material conveying vehicle entering the warehouse to obtain the warehousing time; the inventory predicting module is in communication connection with the timing module and the data counting module and is used for predicting the material types of the inventory materials in the warehouse and the number of the material conveying vehicles corresponding to the material types at the preset time point according to the warehousing time, the preset storage time and the statistical data, wherein the preset storage time is the minimum storage time of the materials discharged from the warehouse. In addition, the ex-warehouse operation state of each material conveying vehicle in the current production planning task is displayed in real time based on statistical data, the ex-warehouse operation state comprises information such as an original goods position address, a target goods position address, an operation state and a material name of the material conveying vehicle, and the problem of faults in the warehouse can be judged through the operation state of the trolley, so that timely processing can be carried out. The flow records of the delivery/storage of the material conveying vehicles in a certain time period can be inquired based on the statistical data, and the vehicle numbers, the material names, the storage time and the yarn types are displayed simultaneously, so that the information of the material conveying vehicles can be traced at a later stage.
The dispatching device of the material conveying vehicle comprises a processor and a memory, the first sending unit and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, and the problem of material distribution errors of different material categories caused by manual material scheduling in the prior art is solved by adjusting kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium on which a program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the above-described method.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the method is executed when the program runs.

2) In the scheduling apparatus for material handling vehicles of the present application, a first sending unit generates a first vehicle scheduling instruction according to a first target material type and a first target material quantity, and sends the first vehicle scheduling instruction to at least one first target material handling vehicle, where the first vehicle scheduling instruction is used to control the first target material handling vehicle to carry a material to a target platform, the first target material type is a type of a material required by a production line, the first target material quantity is a quantity of the material of the first target material type, the first target material handling vehicle is the material handling vehicle loading the material of the first target material type in the warehouse, and the target platform includes a feeding platform of the production line. The device dispatches the material conveying vehicle that loads the material of corresponding material classification according to the classification of the required material of production line and material quantity and transports the material to the feeding platform of production line, avoids artifical dispatch to lead to the material classification to send wrong platform or the wrong problem of quantity, solves among the prior art artifical dispatch material and leads to the wrong problem of material distribution of different material classifications.

This dispatch system loads the material of corresponding material classification according to the classification of the required material of production line and the material quantity dispatch and transports the material to the feeding platform of production line, avoids artifical dispatch to lead to the material classification to send wrong platform or the wrong problem of quantity, solves among the prior art artifical dispatch material and leads to the wrong problem of material distribution of different material classifications.

1. A method of scheduling a material handling vehicle, comprising:
generating a first vehicle scheduling instruction according to a first target material category and a first target material quantity, and sending the first vehicle scheduling instruction to at least one first target material conveying vehicle, wherein the first vehicle scheduling instruction is used for controlling the first target material conveying vehicle to convey materials to a target platform, the first target material category is a category of materials required by a production line, the first target material quantity is the quantity of the materials of the first target material category, the first target material conveying vehicle is a material conveying vehicle loading the materials of the first target material category in a warehouse, and the target platform comprises a feeding platform of the production line, and the method further comprises: generating a second vehicle dispatching instruction according to a second target material type and a second target material quantity, and sending the second vehicle dispatching instruction to at least one second target material conveying vehicle, wherein the second vehicle dispatching instruction is used for controlling the second target material conveying vehicle to convey materials to corresponding target storage positions, the second target material type is a type of materials required by research and development samples or test samples, the second target material quantity is a quantity of the materials of the second target material type, the target storage positions are storage positions of the research and development samples or the test samples, the material conveying vehicle comprises an information identification code plate, the information identification code plate is used for storing vehicle information and the material types, and before the first vehicle dispatching instruction or the second vehicle dispatching instruction is sent to the material conveying vehicle, the method further comprises the following steps: receiving warehousing data, wherein the warehousing data comprises information data obtained by scanning and identifying the information identification code plate when the material conveying vehicle warehouses, the warehousing data comprises vehicle information of the material conveying vehicle warehoused and the type of the material loaded by the material conveying vehicle, and after the first vehicle dispatching instruction or the second vehicle dispatching instruction is sent to the material conveying vehicle, the method further comprises the following steps: and receiving warehouse-out data, wherein the warehouse-out data is information data obtained by scanning and identifying the information identification code plate when the material conveying vehicle goes out of the warehouse, and the warehouse-out data comprises vehicle information of the material conveying vehicle which goes out of the warehouse and the type of the material loaded by the material conveying vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the binned data and the outbound data, the method further comprises:
counting the warehousing data and the ex-warehouse data in real time to obtain statistical data, wherein the statistical data comprise the types of materials in and out of the warehouse and the number of the material conveying vehicles corresponding to each material type;
calculating the time of the material conveying vehicle entering the warehouse according to the starting time to obtain the warehousing time, wherein the starting time is the time point of receiving the warehousing data of the material conveying vehicle;
and predicting the material types of the materials stored in the warehouse at a preset time point and the number of the material conveying vehicles corresponding to each material type according to the warehousing time, preset storage time and the statistical data, wherein the preset storage time is the minimum storage time for the materials to be taken out of the warehouse.
3. A scheduling apparatus for a material handling vehicle, comprising:
the device comprises a first sending unit, a second sending unit and a third sending unit, wherein the first sending unit is used for generating a first vehicle dispatching instruction according to a first target material category and a first target material quantity and sending the first vehicle dispatching instruction to at least one first target material conveying vehicle, the first vehicle dispatching instruction is used for controlling the first target material conveying vehicle to convey materials to a target platform, the first target material category is the category of the materials required by a production line, the first target material quantity is the quantity of the materials of the first target material category, the first target material conveying vehicle is the material conveying vehicle loading the materials of the first target material category in a warehouse, the target platform comprises a feeding platform of the production line, the device further comprises the third sending unit, and the third sending unit is used for generating a third vehicle dispatching instruction according to the second target material category and the second target material quantity, the device comprises at least one first target material conveying vehicle, a first receiving unit and a second receiving unit, wherein the first receiving unit is used for receiving warehousing data before sending the first vehicle dispatching instruction or the second vehicle dispatching instruction to the material conveying vehicles, the device comprises a storage data acquisition unit, a storage data acquisition unit and a storage data acquisition unit, wherein the storage data acquisition unit is used for acquiring storage data of the material conveying vehicles, and the storage data acquisition unit is used for acquiring storage data of the material conveying vehicles.
