Abstract
The invention discloses a self-service card handling system and a use method of a coal-transporting vehicle of a thermal power plant, and the system comprises a self-service card handling server and a license plate recognition system; the license plate recognition system is arranged at a house entrance guard and is matched with the house entrance guard to scan the coal vehicles; an ERP-based self-service card handling software is arranged in the self-service card handling server; the system also comprises a plurality of self-service card handling machines, wherein each self-service card handling machine comprises a touch screen and a built-in card making machine; the license plate recognition system and the self-service card handling machine are both connected with the self-service card handling server. By automatically scanning the license plate of the vehicle entering the factory and automatically judging the consistency of the mine site and the license plate by using a software program, the misoperation of manually handling the card is avoided, the card handling time is saved, and the automation degree of card handling (IC chip card) is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of vehicle management of coal entering a thermal power plant. More particularly, the invention relates to a self-service card handling system for coal transporting vehicles in a thermal power plant and a using method thereof.
Background
Coal requirements for thermal power plants are high, coal fuels used are often transported into the plants in batches from different mining points by coal transporting vehicles, in order to accurately manage the quality of coming coal, the information of coming coal vehicles and the mining point information need to be in one-to-one correspondence, and appropriate batch numbers are distributed to carry out management respectively.
In the prior art, a special worker is often arranged as a card handling window, vehicle information provided by a coal vehicle is received, and pre-received information of a mine site and a license plate is selected from a server for checking, and after the check is correct, an IC card is manually handled and used for a sampling machine to automatically sample an identity document and distribute batch numbers; as more coal vehicles come and the workload is larger, the prior art is easy to have the conditions of manual error checking, inconsistency of handled mine points and license plate information and misoperation; secondly, the method also needs to be provided with a special working group which is responsible for the work of recording, checking, proofreading, card transaction and the like, thereby increasing the workload of enterprises.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a self-service system for card transaction of coal-transporting vehicles in thermal power plants.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a self-service card handling system and a use method of a coal-transporting vehicle of a thermal power plant.
In order to realize the technical characteristics, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a coal-transporting vehicle self-service card-handling system of a thermal power plant comprises a self-service card-handling server and a license plate recognition system; the license plate recognition system is arranged at a house entrance guard and is matched with the house entrance guard to scan the coal vehicles; an ERP-based self-service card handling software is arranged in the self-service card handling server; the system also comprises a plurality of self-service card handling machines, wherein each self-service card handling machine comprises a touch screen and a built-in card making machine; the license plate recognition system and the self-service card handling machine are both connected with the self-service card handling server.
Furthermore, a receipt printer is arranged in the self-service card handling machine, and when cards are manufactured, tickets with license plate numbers, batch numbers, card manufacturing time, card manufacturing machine numbers and license plate identification system numbers are printed.
The use method of the self-service card handling system for the coal transporting vehicle of the thermal power plant comprises the following steps:
s1, import information: the coal coming vehicle forecasts information to a fuel part of a power plant in advance, the fuel part receives the coal coming forecast information such as vehicle information, mine site information and the like, and the coal coming forecast information is guided into an autonomous card handling server according to a certain format by a worker;
s2, scanning the number plate of coal vehicle: the number plate recognition system recognizes the number plate when the coal vehicle passes through the gate guard, and the scanned number plate is uploaded to the autonomous card handling server;
s3, self-help card transaction by the driver: the driver uses self-service card software to select own license plate and mine spot information to make IC card.

a. selecting material types, and selecting coal for coal transportation vehicles;
b. selecting the license plate number of the user, and displaying vehicle information such as the vehicle model, the driver, the license plate and the like on the right side; if the license plate number is not found, clicking a refresh button to refresh and then selecting the license plate number; if the license plate number still does not exist after the refreshing for many times, the card can not be transacted;

d. confirming that the information is correct, and clicking a 'confirm data' button;
e. clicking a card application button, and then ejecting the card from a card ejection port; the receipt printer prints out the receipt printed with the relevant information at the same time.

Furthermore, the operation flow of the self-service card handling machine can be made into a sticker which is printed on the surface of the self-service card handling machine, so that a driver can conveniently learn how to operate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the method comprises the following steps that 1, a license plate recognition system is adopted to automatically scan and record license plate numbers when vehicles enter a factory, the license plate numbers are automatically compared with vehicle information which is pre-submitted in advance and recorded into a server, whether the vehicles are coal cars is determined, and accurate correspondence between the vehicle information and mine site information is realized; the problem that the check is easy to be wrong when workers manually handle the card, so that the information of the handled mine points and license plates is inconsistent, and the subsequent operation is influenced is solved, and the card handling accuracy is improved;
2, the card registering and making process is automatically operated by a driver through the self-service card registering machine, the convenient card registering process can be realized only by placing a sufficient number of self-service card registering machines, the situations of queuing and the like can not occur, and the card registering efficiency is greatly improved; special workers do not need to be arranged, so that the labor cost is saved;
3, the software in the self-service card registering machine is very simple to operate, and a driver can easily learn how to operate by combining the simple flow description printed on the surface of the machine, so that the learning cost is almost not needed; and after the driver selects the license plate number and the mine name, the complete vehicle and mine information is automatically matched according to the information reported in advance and is displayed on a screen for the driver to confirm, so that a confirmation process is added, card handling errors caused by information errors of workers in a fuel part leading into a server are avoided, and the card handling accuracy is further improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in figures 1-4, the self-service card handling system for coal-transporting vehicles in thermal power plants and the use method thereof are compared by setting 3 implementation schemes in actual use, and the specific implementation modes are as follows: example 1:

Preferably, a receipt printer is further arranged inside the self-service card handling machine, and when cards are manufactured, the receipt with the license plate number, the factory entering time, the batch number, the card manufacturing time, the card manufacturing machine number and the license plate identification system number is printed.
Preferably, the use method of the self-service card handling system for the coal transporting vehicle in the thermal power plant comprises the following steps:

Example 1 is a preferred embodiment of the invention, and the improvement effect is remarkable after the test of a thermal power plant in a company is implemented for 1 month; the original 2 employee posts for checking the card are cut off, the average time from the time when the vehicle enters the factory to the time when the vehicle receives the batch number is shortened from about 13 min/card to 5.4 min/card, and the condition that the vehicle queues and blocks occasionally under the original technology is improved; the card application accuracy is improved to 100 percent from the original 95.4 percent, and the effect is very obvious.

Preferably, the working computer is also connected with a receipt printer and a card making machine, and the receipt with the license plate number, the factory entering time, the batch number, the card making time, the card making machine number and the license plate identification system number is printed while making the card.
Preferably, the use method of the card registering system for the coal transporting vehicle in the thermal power plant comprises the following steps:
s1, import information: the coal coming vehicle forecasts information to a fuel part of a power plant in advance, the fuel part receives the coal coming forecast information such as vehicle information and mine site information, and the coal coming forecast information is guided into a server by a worker according to a certain format;
s2, scanning the number plate of coal vehicle: the number plate recognition system recognizes the number plate of the coal vehicle passing through the gate sentry, and uploads the scanned number plate number to the server;
s3, the driver enters the card transaction window, waits for the card transaction staff to input the license plate number into the server, transfers the related vehicle and mine information, checks the vehicle and mine information with the dictation of the driver, and produces the IC card after checking the error; the driver takes the IC card to a sampling machine for identity sampling and then receives the batch number plate.

It can be seen that in the embodiment 2, the server is also adopted to input information in advance, the license plate identification system automatically acquires the license plate entering the factory, and the license plate is manually checked; the information in the IC card is not required to be manually input by a worker in the whole process, and the worker only needs to compare the information acquired by the machine, so that the accuracy is ensured; however, drivers still need to wait in line for staff to check and card making, and the card making efficiency is not greatly improved.
Therefore, through practical use tests, compared with the original card registering method, the self-service card registering system and the use method for the coal-transporting vehicle of the thermal power plant provided by the invention have the advantages that the card registering efficiency is obviously improved, the problem of information mismatching possibly caused by manual operation is greatly reduced, the self-service card registering system has the characteristics of high efficiency and accuracy, and the personnel and management costs of enterprises are saved to a certain extent.
