The apparatus described in fig. 3 can be applied to a warehouse management system, such as a local server or a cloud server for warehouse logistics picking and delivering management, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus may include:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the picking delivery task; the picking delivery task comprises at least one target cargo information;
the first determining module is used for determining the order picking instruction information according to the order picking delivery task; the order information comprises at least one target order information; the goods picking instruction information is used for indicating the goods picking operation of the target goods;
the second determining module is used for determining target ex-warehouse information according to the picking instruction information; the target delivery information comprises at least one target cargo delivery information; the target ex-warehouse information is used for indicating the operation of loading the target cargo to the target container.
It can be seen that, by implementing the picking delivery device described in fig. 3, the picking instruction information for instructing the picking operation on the target cargo can be obtained by acquiring the picking delivery task, and then the target delivery information for instructing the loading operation of the target cargo onto the target cargo box can be obtained, which is beneficial to reducing the labor intensity of the operator and improving the picking accuracy, and further improving the operation efficiency of picking and delivering the cargo and the warehouse production operation efficiency.
In another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the target cargo information includes cargo number information and target cargo quantity;
the first determining module determines the specific implementation mode of the picking instruction information according to the picking delivery task as follows:
for any target cargo information, matching cargo number information corresponding to the target cargo information with to-be-matched number information corresponding to a to-be-matched bin to obtain a first matching result;
when the first matching result shows that target number information matched with the goods number information corresponding to the target goods information exists, determining the position to be matched corresponding to the target number information as the position to be matched corresponding to the target goods information;
judging whether the quantity of goods to be selected corresponding to the position to be determined is larger than or equal to the quantity of target goods or not, and obtaining a first judgment result;
and when the first judgment result shows that the quantity of the goods to be selected corresponding to the position to be determined is greater than or equal to the quantity of the target goods, determining the position to be determined as the target position corresponding to the information of the target goods.
It can be seen that, by implementing the picking delivery device described in fig. 4, the to-be-detected bin corresponding to each target goods information in the picking delivery task can be determined through matching with the to-be-matched bin, and then the target bin corresponding to the target goods information can be determined through judging the quantity of the to-be-selected goods, so that the labor intensity of operators can be reduced, the picking accuracy can be improved, and the picking delivery operation efficiency and the warehouse production operation efficiency can be improved.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the obtaining module is further configured to obtain bin position code information corresponding to any target picking information before the second determining module determines the target delivery information according to the picking instruction information;
the second determining module determines the specific implementation mode of the target ex-warehouse information according to the picking instruction information as follows:
judging whether the bin code information corresponding to the target picking information is matched with the target bin information corresponding to the target picking information or not for any target picking information to obtain a second matching result;
when the second matching result shows that the bin code information corresponding to the target picking information is matched with the target bin information corresponding to the target picking information, determining that the bin corresponding to the bin code information is the target delivery bin corresponding to the target picking information;
and determining the target goods delivery information corresponding to the target picking information according to the target delivery position corresponding to the target picking information.
It can be seen that, by implementing the picking delivery device described in fig. 4, it is possible to determine whether the bin code information matches the target bin information to determine the target delivery bin corresponding to the target picking information, and then determine the target delivery bin corresponding to the target picking information, which is beneficial to reducing the labor intensity of the operator and improving the picking accuracy, and further improving the operation efficiency of picking delivery and the warehouse production operation efficiency.

the fifth determining module is used for determining a time alarm instruction according to the goods inspection time limit information and the goods inspection time information; the time alert instruction is used to instruct the inspection personnel to complete the inspection task.
Therefore, the goods picking and delivery device described in the embodiment of fig. 4 can determine the time alarm instruction for indicating the goods inspection personnel to complete the goods inspection task according to the judgment of the goods inspection time, and is more favorable for reducing the labor intensity of the operation personnel and improving the goods picking accuracy rate, thereby improving the operation efficiency of goods picking and delivery and the production operation efficiency of warehouses.

1. A method of picking a product from a warehouse, the method comprising:
acquiring a picking delivery task; the picking delivery task comprises at least one target cargo information;
determining goods picking instruction information according to the goods picking delivery task; the order picking instruction information comprises at least one target order picking information; the picking instruction information is used for indicating the picking operation of the target goods;

judging whether the quantity of goods to be selected corresponding to the position to be warehoused is larger than or equal to the target quantity of goods or not, and obtaining a first judgment result;
