Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for warehousing goods according to an embodiment of the present invention. The goods warehousing management method described in fig. 1 can check the goods to be warehoused by acquiring the warehousing task information, and thus obtain the target warehousing information for indicating the warehousing of the target goods to the target warehouse location, which is beneficial to reducing the process complexity, improving the goods warehousing efficiency, and further improving the warehouse management efficiency and reducing the operation cost. As shown in fig. 1, the goods warehousing management method may include the operations of:
101. and acquiring warehousing task information.
102. And determining an inventory command according to the warehousing task information, and acquiring an inventory result corresponding to the inventory command.
In the embodiment of the invention, the counting instruction is used for indicating the counting operation of the goods to be warehoused corresponding to the warehousing task information.
103. And determining target warehousing information according to the counting result.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target warehousing information is used for indicating the operation of warehousing the target goods to the target bin.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the incoming list, the checking and accepting are started, whether the quantity of the incoming goods to be checked and accepted is matched with the quantity of the incoming goods in the incoming list is judged, and when the two are matched, the incoming list is signed. And then uploading the received incoming list to a system, and forming a corresponding warehousing order number according to the incoming list. Optionally, the incoming goods to be checked and accepted may be containers, packing boxes, or other carriers for loading goods in the prior art, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. For example, after the PDA receives the incoming list of the marine article, the PDA recognizes whether the incoming quantity matches the incoming quantity in the incoming list, and if so, the PDA uploads the incoming list of the marine article to the warehousing management system, and the warehousing management system assigns the warehousing order number corresponding to the marine article.
Optionally, according to the sign-off task, the target warehousing entry number corresponding to the sign-off task is obtained by querying all warehousing entry numbers in the database. Optionally, the query to obtain the target warehousing entry number is implemented by a fuzzy matching function of the system. For example, the last N digits corresponding to the task order are input into the PDA, the warehousing entry number to be selected is obtained through intelligent matching of the warehousing management system, the target warehousing entry number corresponding to the sign-in task is obtained through screening, and the target warehousing entry number is sent to the PDA.
Optionally, the container information is determined according to the target warehousing entry number, and the checking operation of the corresponding incoming inventory on the number of the containers corresponding to the container information is executed according to the target warehousing entry number, so that a checking result is obtained. Optionally, the container is a carrier for loading goods to be warehoused in the incoming goods to be checked.
Optionally, when the verification result indicates that the number of the containers is matched with the number of the goods in the incoming list, the task information to be warehoused is generated according to the incoming list and the container information, and the task information to be warehoused is uploaded to the warehouse management system through the PDA or other intelligent terminals. Further, the task information to be warehoused includes goods name information, and/or number information, and/or specification information, and/or quantity information, and/or price information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Further, when the task information to be warehoused is acquired, during goods warehousing operation, task personnel can check the number of fixed packages of the database parts in multiples by inquiring the number of the fixed packages of the database parts in real time through the PDA, so that the warehousing checking time is shortened, and efficient and accurate field checking operation is ensured.
Optionally, when the incoming goods need to be put on shelf, target warehousing task information matched with the current task personnel information is screened out from all the information of the tasks to be warehoused and used as warehousing task information.
Optionally, the operation of selecting the warehousing task information may be that a task person automatically acquires the warehousing task information from a database by using a PDA, or may be distributed according to a task condition of the task person by using a warehousing management system, and an embodiment of the present invention is not limited. Further, when an emergency comes and needs to be put in storage, the emergency task is arranged in queue through the storage management system, and the emergency task is used as a priority and is distributed to task personnel as the information of the preferred storage task. For example, when the PDA is used to transmit real-time information to the warehouse management system, the physical supervisor prioritizes tasks of task personnel through the warehouse management system to keep the operation of the emergency warehouse-in goods going on smoothly.
Optionally, the warehousing task information includes position information of the containers, type information and quantity information of the goods to be warehoused. For example, the position information may be a position of a lane in a warehouse where the container exists.
Optionally, an inventory instruction is determined according to the warehousing task information, and inventory operation of goods to be warehoused is executed according to the inventory instruction so as to determine target warehousing information. Optionally, when the goods are checked through the PDA or other devices that can be used to scan the bar codes of the goods, the number of the goods in the goods list is not displayed in the display interface of the current checking state.
Further, the specific mode of performing the inventory operation of the goods to be warehoused according to the inventory instruction is to scan and acquire the bar code information of the goods to be warehoused through a PDA and obtain the type and the number of the goods to be warehoused corresponding to the bar code information. Optionally, when the goods that this bar code information corresponds are the suit, this suit can include a plurality of sub-suits of the same type promptly, every sub-suit can include a plurality of goods, then this bar code information includes the quantity of above-mentioned sub-suit, through setting up like this, the bar code information of PDA scanning corresponds the quantity of all sub-suits in this suit, need not unpack the suit and scan and obtain corresponding quantity one by one to all sub-suits of suit row, this is favorable to improving the efficiency of checking operation, also is favorable to reducing the emergence of the maloperation condition. For example, when the specification of the parts in a set is 50, the PDA scans the barcode information of the set to obtain the number of the parts is 50.
Optionally, the above-mentioned judging the goods type in the process of checking the incoming goods by the PDA is automatically performed by the system, that is, when the package is scanned, the part information is obtained by the multiple product method; when the single piece is scanned, the system automatically converts the counting mode into the single counting mode, and acquires the part information in a single product mode. Further, when a plurality of types of goods are loaded in the container, the plurality of types of goods can be swept by the PDA or other equipment which can be used for scanning the bar codes of the goods, and the goods are respectively counted and checked. Further, the part information includes item type information, and/or item quantity information, and/or item number information, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
Optionally, when the PDA or other device capable of scanning the goods barcode is set to successfully scan the goods barcode, the current interface color of the PDA or other device capable of scanning the goods barcode is changed to another color, and the color of the another color is different from the color of the current interface color, which is beneficial to the judgment of success or failure of scanning the barcode, and is further beneficial to the efficiency of the checking operation. For example, the bottom color of the PDA is white, which will change to green when the code swipe is successful. Optionally, when the PDA or other device capable of scanning the bar code of the goods scans the code each time to obtain the part, the information of the part is automatically stored and determined, and if the system has information completely matching with the information of the part, the interface color of the PDA or other device capable of scanning the bar code of the goods changes to indicate that the part has been scanned and obtained; if no information exists in the system that exactly matches the information for the part, the interface color of the PDA or other device that may be used to scan the item barcode remains unchanged.
Therefore, by implementing the goods warehousing management method described in the embodiment of the invention, the goods to be warehoused can be checked by acquiring the warehousing task information, and the target warehousing information for indicating the warehousing of the target goods to the target warehouse location is obtained, so that the process complexity is reduced, the goods warehousing efficiency is improved, the warehouse management efficiency is improved, and the operation cost is reduced.
In an optional embodiment, the method further includes:
judging whether the counting result meets the warehousing condition or not to obtain a first judgment result;
when the first judgment result shows that the counting result meets the warehousing condition, triggering and executing the operation of determining the target warehousing information according to the counting result;
when the first judgment result shows that the checking result does not meet the warehousing condition, determining a checking instruction according to the checking result, and acquiring a checking result corresponding to the checking instruction; the checking instruction is used for indicating the checking operation of the goods to be warehoused;
and determining a new counting result according to the checking result.
Optionally, after the checking operation of the goods to be warehoused is executed, a checking result corresponding to the checking instruction is obtained, and whether the goods to be warehoused can be warehoused is judged according to the checking result.
Optionally, the warehousing condition is that the counting result is not abnormal. Specifically, the counting result is free from abnormal conditions, including no damage to the goods to be warehoused and the quantity of the goods to be warehoused being consistent with the quantity of the goods in the incoming inventory.
Optionally, when damaged goods in the goods to be warehoused are detected, the checking result is abnormal, and the first judgment result corresponding to the abnormal checking result is that the checking result does not meet the warehousing condition. Further, when the inventory result shows that the goods have the damage, the system displays the goods damage processing task, the task personnel can take pictures of the goods damage according to the goods damage processing task and upload the pictures to the cloud, and field evidences are collected in time so as to wait for the goods damage processing instruction to further process the damaged goods, and the processing efficiency of the damaged goods is improved.
Optionally, when the number of the goods to be warehoused is inconsistent with the number of the goods in the incoming list, the checking result is abnormal, and the first judgment result corresponding to the abnormal checking result is that the checking result does not meet the warehousing condition. For example, when the number of the goods to be put in storage is less than the number of the goods in the incoming list, the PDA displays that the checking result is abnormal; when the number of the goods to be warehoused is larger than that of the goods in the incoming list, the PDA displays that the checking result is abnormal, and when the checking result is determined to be abnormal in the PDA, the PDA uploads the abnormal checking result to the warehousing management system. Further, the number of the goods to be warehoused may be the number of the goods to be warehoused which are checked out for the first time, the number of the goods to be warehoused for the second time, or the number of the goods to be warehoused for the first time and the second time, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. For example, when a task person checks the goods, the task person does not display the number of the goods in the incoming list when checking for the first time, the system automatically checks the checking result after the first checking is finished, if the result shows that the number of the goods to be put in storage is not consistent with the number of the goods in the incoming list, the system performs the second checking, the number of the goods in the incoming list is not displayed on the PDA, and if the result shows that the number of the goods to be put in storage is not consistent with the number of the goods in the incoming list, the system automatically checks the checking result, if the result shows that the number of the goods to be put in storage is not consistent with the number of the goods in the incoming list, the checking result is determined to be abnormal, and the checking result is reported to the storage management system, the operation authority of the task person is limited, the step of the abnormal number condition is processed by the abnormal number processing instruction, and the processing efficiency of the abnormal number of the goods is improved.
Optionally, when the checking result does not satisfy the warehousing condition, the checking instruction is determined, the checking operation of the goods to be warehoused is executed according to the checking instruction, and then the checking result corresponding to the checking instruction is obtained, so as to determine the actual state of the coming goods.
Optionally, when there is no damaged goods in the goods to be warehoused and the number of the goods to be warehoused is consistent with the number of the goods in the incoming inventory, the checking result is no abnormality, and the first judgment result corresponding to the checking result is that the checking result meets the warehousing condition. Further, when the checking result meets the warehousing condition, the goods to be warehoused are determined to be the goods to be warehoused, and the target warehousing information corresponding to the goods to be warehoused is determined.
Therefore, the goods warehousing management method described by the embodiment of the invention can analyze and judge whether warehousing operation is carried out on the checking result, is beneficial to reducing the process complexity and improving the goods warehousing efficiency, and further improves the warehouse management efficiency and reduces the operation cost.
In another optional embodiment, the determining a checking instruction according to the counting result and obtaining a checking result corresponding to the checking instruction includes:
determining the checking type according to the counting result;
determining a checking instruction according to the checking type; the checking instruction comprises information of a checker;
and executing the checking operation of the goods to be warehoused according to the checking instruction to obtain a checking result corresponding to the checking instruction.
Optionally, the checking instruction includes information of the checking person and information of the checking standard. Wherein the check criterion information includes the quantity of the items in the incoming list. Further, the number of the goods in the incoming list is obtained according to the task information to be warehoused.
Optionally, the checking type includes two types, namely a goods loss checking type and a quantity checking type. Specifically, when the inventory result is a damaged goods, determining the checking type as goods damage checking; and when the counting result is that the quantity of the goods to be warehoused is inconsistent with the quantity of the goods in the incoming goods list, determining the checking type as quantity checking.
Optionally, the checker information includes freight loss checker information and quantity checker information.

Optionally, when the checking result is abnormal, the target goods are determined according to the checking result.
Optionally, after the target goods are determined, the target bin is determined by obtaining information of all the bins to be used in the warehouse and using a preset bin determination rule. Optionally, the bin determining rule may be to automatically associate and select a target bin through a preset algorithm, or may determine the target bin according to a historical storage relationship, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, after the target position information is determined, the target position information and the target goods information are associated.
Therefore, the goods warehousing management method described by the embodiment of the invention can be implemented by acquiring the warehousing task information, checking the goods to be warehoused, determining the target goods information according to the checking result, and then obtaining the target warehousing information for indicating the warehousing of the target goods to the target position, thereby being more beneficial to reducing the process complexity, improving the goods warehousing efficiency, further improving the warehouse management efficiency and reducing the operation cost.
In an optional embodiment, the determining, in the step 204, target warehousing information corresponding to the target item according to the target item information includes:
acquiring bin information to be used; the standby bin information comprises position information of the standby bin and a storable goods type of the standby bin;
and determining target bin position information according to the target goods information and the standby bin position information.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the target goods are determined, the standby bin information of all the standby bins in the warehouse is obtained, and then the target bin information corresponding to the target goods is determined by combining the target goods information and the standby bin information, namely the target bin for storing the target goods is determined.
Optionally, for any inactive bin, the type of inventory that can be placed for that inactive bin is associated with the storage space for that inactive bin. For example, when the storage space of the standby bin is N square meters, all the goods with the packaging volume less than M square meters corresponding to the goods type can be regarded as storable goods types, wherein M is less than N.
Optionally, the type of the stored goods in the standby bin may be determined according to the historical storage information, or may be preset, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.

Optionally, for the bin corresponding to any partition of the warehouse, sorting all bins according to the location information of the bins to obtain a bin sequence.
Optionally, the shipment frequency interval is determined according to the bin partitions of the warehouse. For example, when there are A, B, C, D bin divisions in the warehouse, the corresponding shipment frequency intervals in the target time period are [0, a ], (a, b ], (b, c ], and (c, + ∞), respectively.
Optionally, the shipment frequency interval where the target goods are located is determined according to the shipment frequency of the target goods, and the corresponding target bin partition is determined according to the shipment frequency interval. For example, when the shipment frequency of the target item in the target time period is d, where d is greater than b and d is less than C, the shipment frequency interval of the target item is (b, C), and the target bay section corresponding to the target item is the C section.
Optionally, the most front bin to be selected in the target bin partition corresponding to the target goods is selected as the target bin.
Optionally, when there is no bin to be selected in the target bin partition corresponding to the target item, the previous bin partition of the target bin partition is selected as a new target bin partition. For example, when the determined target bin partition is a C region, and there is no bin to be selected in the C region, it is determined that the B region is a new target bin partition.
Optionally, when the target bin is not enough to store the target goods, that is, the goods on the rack explode, the bin to be selected which is arranged the second in the bin sequence is preferentially selected in the target bin partition as a new target bin, and the remaining target goods are stored in the new target bin.
