receiving a tray prepackage query instruction sent by a second user;

It should be noted that, according to the first pre-package matching condition, the second pre-package matching condition and the sortable order information, it is determined whether a certain standard is met, for example, the whole pre-package placing tray is distributed or reaches a certain distribution ratio, the number of matched orders of the pre-package placing tray reaches a preset value, the pre-package placing tray needs to be cleared in time in the channel to yield the channel, order information with specific requirements such as payment time and order placement time is matched in the sortable order information in the pre-package placing tray, so as to generate an order ex-warehouse priority identifier, and in the ex-warehouse stage of the pre-package, the ex-warehouse priority can be determined according to the order ex-warehouse priority identifier.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, after the activity is finished or the activity is greatly finished, the remaining pre-packaged packages may need to be split and restored, that is, a pre-package restoration instruction may be sent by the second user, where the pre-package restoration instruction carries a pre-package order rule corresponding to the pre-packaged package. And determining the returned commodity information in the pre-packaged package according to the pre-packaged library returning instruction, and reallocating the library positions for the commodities in the pre-packaged package.

the second receiving unit 202 is configured to receive a pre-packaged order picking instruction sent by the second user, and send a pre-packaged order packaging table number recommended for placing a pallet and packaging to the second user according to a pre-packaged order rule included in the pre-packaged order picking instruction;
the third receiving unit 203 is configured to receive a pre-package record file uploaded by the monitoring camera corresponding to the pre-package order packaging station number after picking up the pre-package, where the pre-package record file includes pre-package order number information, IP information of the monitoring camera, and recording time period information;
a fourth receiving unit 204, configured to receive order information sent by the order management system;
the checking unit 205 is configured to check an order structure of the order information, and if the order structure of the order information matches one enabled pre-packaged order rule, distribute pre-packaged packages through pre-packaged picking positions corresponding to the pre-packaged order rule, so that the pre-packaged packages are picked and placed on shelves;
a fifth receiving unit 206, configured to receive the first waybill scanning information of the pre-packaged package sent by the third user;
a first sending unit 207, configured to send a pre-package record file of a pre-package to a third user according to the first waybill scanning information;
and a sixth receiving unit 208, configured to print an express waybill of the pre-packaged package after receiving the confirmation instruction sent by the third user.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
a seventh receiving unit 209, configured to receive a pre-packet ex-warehouse query instruction sent by the second user;
the second sending unit 210 is configured to send a first pre-package matching condition to the second user according to the pre-package ex-warehouse query instruction, where the first pre-package matching condition includes a sortable order quantity of each pre-package order rule on each pre-package placement tray.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
an eighth receiving unit 211, configured to receive a tray prepackage query instruction sent by the second user;
the third sending unit 212 is configured to send a second pre-package matching condition to the second user according to the tray pre-package query instruction, where the second pre-package matching condition includes a quantity of pickable orders of each pre-package order rule on the pre-package placement tray.
The application provides a warehouse pre-wrapped package picking processing method and a device, according to a pre-wrapped order rule started by a first user, a pre-wrapped picking position is distributed to commodities contained in the pre-wrapped order rule, then according to a pre-wrapped order picking instruction of a second user, a recommended warehouse position tray for taking off and a pre-wrapped order packaging table number for packaging are sent to the second user, so that the second user packages the pre-wrapped packages on the pre-wrapped order packaging table, a monitoring camera arranged on the pre-wrapped order packaging table uploads a pre-wrapped record file for subsequent monitoring, and finally picking off the pre-wrapped packages and subsequent operations such as express delivery printing are carried out according to order information. The application scene is limited to a special short period, and the technical problems of commodity sampling inspection cost and packet error and omission are solved. Further, according to the embodiment of the application, the inventory of the key positions can be cleaned as soon as possible through query, key space resources are released, common good products can be set as pre-package order rules, pre-package packages are manufactured in idle time every day, arrangement of personnel in idle and busy time every day is balanced, peak clipping and valley filling are achieved, accurate inventory returning can be conducted on the commodities in the pre-package packages after sales promotion, and the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management are improved.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.

Claims (11)
1. A warehouse pre-wrapping goods-picking processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a starting instruction of a pre-package order rule sent by a first user, and distributing a pre-package goods picking position for the pre-package order rule according to the starting instruction, wherein the pre-package goods picking position is a goods picking position for placing pre-packages packaged by pre-packages on a tray upper rack after picking the goods and pre-packaging the goods;
receiving a pre-packaged order picking instruction sent by a second user, and sending a storage position tray recommended to be placed on a shelf and a pre-packaged order packaging platform number recommended to be packaged to the second user according to a pre-packaged order rule contained in the pre-packaged order picking instruction;
after picking up goods and pre-packaging, receiving a pre-packaging record file uploaded by a monitoring camera corresponding to a pre-packaging order packaging station number, wherein the pre-packaging record file comprises pre-packaging order number information, IP information of the monitoring camera and recording time period information;
receiving order information sent by an order management system;
checking an order structure of the order information, and if the order structure of the order information is matched with an enabled pre-packaged order rule, distributing the pre-packaged packages through the pre-packaged picking positions corresponding to the pre-packaged order rule so that the pre-packaged packages are placed on a shelf;
receiving first face order scanning information of the pre-packaged parcels sent by a third user;
sending the pre-packaged record file of the pre-packaged package to the third user according to the first waybill scanning information;
and after receiving a confirmation instruction sent by the third user, printing the express waybill of the pre-packaged package.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the receiving a pre-packaged order picking command sent by a second user, and sending a pre-packaged order packing station number recommended for packing and a storage tray recommended for placing to the second user according to the pre-packaged order rule included in the pre-packaged order picking command specifically includes:
receiving a pre-packaged order picking instruction sent by a second user, wherein the pre-packaged order picking instruction carries one pre-packaged order rule;
determining a position matched with the pre-packaged order picking instruction according to one pre-packaged order rule contained in the pre-packaged order picking instruction, wherein the position contains a commodity in one pre-packaged order rule;
and sending the storage position tray recommending the storage position for taking off the shelf and the pre-packaged order packaging platform number recommending packaging to the second user.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the receiving a pre-packaged order picking command sent by a second user, and after sending a pre-packaged order packing station number recommended for packing and a storage tray recommended for placing a shelf to the second user according to the pre-packaged order rule contained in the pre-packaged order picking command, further comprises:
receiving a storage tray scanning instruction sent by the second user, wherein the storage tray scanning instruction carries a storage tray number and commodity information contained in the storage tray;
sending a pre-packaging operation prompt to the second user according to the storage tray scanning instruction, wherein the pre-packaging operation prompt is an operation prompt performed by the second user during pre-packaging after matching one pre-packaging order rule according to commodity information contained in the storage tray;
receiving a pre-packet confirmation instruction sent by the second user, wherein the pre-packet confirmation instruction corresponds to one pre-packet order rule;
and generating pre-packaging list number information of the pre-packaging package according to the pre-packaging confirmation instruction and prompting printing.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the checking the order structure of the order information, and if the order structure of the order information matches an enabled pre-packing order rule, allocating the pre-packing packages through the pre-packing picking positions corresponding to the pre-packing order rule, so that the pre-packing picking placement specifically comprises:
checking the order structure of the order information, and judging whether the order structure of the order information is matched with an enabled pre-packaged order rule or not;
if so, distributing the pre-packaged packages through the pre-packaged picking positions corresponding to the pre-packaged order rules so that the pre-packaged packages are picked and placed on shelves;
if not, the order information is pushed to a common storage position for inventory distribution.
5. The method of warehouse pre-wrap pick-up processing as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a pre-packet ex-warehouse query instruction sent by the second user;
and sending a first pre-package matching condition to the second user according to the pre-package ex-warehouse query instruction, wherein the first pre-package matching condition comprises the quantity of the order which can be picked according to each pre-package order rule on each pre-package placing tray.
6. The method of warehouse pre-wrap pick-up processing as claimed in claim 5, further comprising:
receiving a tray prepackage query instruction sent by the second user;
and sending a second pre-packaging matching condition to the second user according to the tray pre-packaging query instruction, wherein the second pre-packaging matching condition comprises the quantity of the order which can be picked according to each pre-packaging order rule on the pre-packaging placing tray.
7. The method of warehouse pre-wrap pick-up processing as claimed in claim 6, further comprising:
receiving a pre-packet library returning instruction sent by the second user, wherein the pre-packet library returning instruction carries the pre-packet order rule corresponding to the pre-packet package;
and determining the returned commodity information contained in the pre-packaged package and the re-allocated library position of the pre-packaged package according to the pre-packaged library returning instruction.
8. The method of warehouse pre-wrap pick-up processing as claimed in claim 6, further comprising:
generating an order ex-warehouse priority identifier according to the first pre-package matching condition, the second pre-package matching condition and the order information capable of picking;
and determining the ex-warehouse sequence of the pre-packaged packages and the order information matched with the pre-packaged packages according to the order ex-warehouse priority identification.

the fourth receiving unit is used for receiving the order information sent by the order management system;
the inspection unit is used for inspecting the order structure of the order information, and if the order structure of the order information is matched with an enabled pre-packaged order rule, the pre-packaged packages are distributed through the pre-packaged picking positions corresponding to the pre-packaged order rule, so that the pre-packaged packages are placed on shelves;
the fifth receiving unit is used for receiving the first face order scanning information of the pre-packaged parcel sent by a third user;
the first sending unit is used for sending the pre-packaged record file of the pre-packaged package to the third user according to the first waybill scanning information;
and the sixth receiving unit is used for printing the express waybill of the pre-packaged package after receiving the confirmation instruction sent by the third user.

a seventh receiving unit, configured to receive a pre-packet out-of-library query instruction sent by the second user;
and the second sending unit is used for sending a first pre-package matching condition to the second user according to the pre-package ex-warehouse query instruction, wherein the first pre-package matching condition comprises the quantity of order orders which can be picked according to each pre-package order rule on each pre-package placing tray.
11. The warehouse pre-wrap pick-up processing device of claim 10, further comprising:
an eighth receiving unit, configured to receive a tray prepackage query instruction sent by the second user;
and the third sending unit is used for sending a second pre-package matching condition to the second user according to the tray pre-package query instruction, wherein the second pre-package matching condition comprises the quantity of order orders which can be picked according to each pre-package order rule on the pre-package placement tray.
