Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method of printing a label, which may include the steps of:
step S101: receiving order information of an article, wherein the order information at least comprises an order identifier.
Specifically, the order information is generated after the user purchases an article and performs an order placing operation, where the order information at least includes an order identifier, and the order identifier may be a text composed of any one or more of numbers, letters, and characters, for example: 1234567890121212 is the text of order identification consisting of 16 digits; 12345abcde131212 is a 16-digit text of order identification consisting of numbers and letters. The invention does not limit the format, content and character string length of the order mark.
Step S102: acquiring a mark text of one or more set positions in the order mark by analyzing the order mark; and determining the label type of the order according to the mark text and a set strategy.
Specifically, the label category of the order is obtained by analyzing the order identifier; for example: taking the order identifier 1234567890121212 described in step S101 as an example, extracting the number 1 at the 1 st position as 1 and the number 15 as 1, where the 1 st position and the 15 th position are set positions, and the number 1 at the 1 st position and the number 1 at the 15 th position are flag texts, that is, obtaining the flag texts at one or more set positions in the order identifier by analyzing the order identifier, and further determining the label type of the order according to the flag texts and a set policy; for example, the setting policy is: if the 1 st bit in the order identifier is 1 and the 15 th bit in the order identifier is 1 or 2, the label category is AAA; another example is: if the 9 th digit in the order identifier is 0 and the last digit is a letter, the label category is indicated to be BBB, it can be understood that the setting policy is set according to the composition of the order identifier and the specific scenario of the label category, and the specific content of the setting policy is not limited in the present invention. The description of the above example is that a flag text of one or more set positions in the order identifier is obtained, and the label category of the order is determined according to the flag text and a set policy; i.e. the label category of the order is obtained by parsing the order. The invention does not limit the specific content and form of the setting position and the mark text.
Wherein the label category indicates any one or more of label color, label size, label text, and label shape. Specifically, for example, a label for warehousing and packaging articles is printed, and in order to distinguish the time, region, distribution party, and the like of article distribution, different kinds of labels are set, such as: label category AAA indicates a white small-sized rectangular label for commonly delivered packages; the label type BBB indicates a red large-size oval label for package stickers for urgent delivery; the classification into different categories by color, size, shape or text displayed on the label, i.e. label category indicates any one or more of label color, label size, label text, label shape. It will be appreciated that by sorting label categories, preferably using different colours, the efficiency of sorting articles in a warehouse using over wrap labels is improved.
Further, according to the label category, determining a printer for printing a label corresponding to the label category includes: acquiring a printer identifier set, and searching the printer matched with the label type from the printer identifier set according to the corresponding relation between the label type and the printer identifier; here, an example code segment for acquiring a printer identifier set is as follows, a printservices lookup user traverses and acquires available printer identifiers (connected to a physical device or a network), and Printers [ i ] stores the acquired printer identifiers:
PrintServiceprintService[]=PrintServiceLookup.lookupPrintServices(flavor,pras);
for(int i=0;i<printService.length;i++){
Printers[i]=printService[i].getName();}
further, according to the corresponding relation between the label category and the printer identification, searching the printer matched with the label category from a printer identification set; the correspondence relationship includes two types:
the first method comprises the following steps: setting each printer identification and the label category as identifications with the same content or partially same identifications, establishing a corresponding relation, and determining the printer identification corresponding to the label category by using character string matching.
And the second method comprises the following steps: the contents of each printer identification and the label category are different, the corresponding relation data (for example, in a key value pair mode) of the printer identification and the label category is preset and stored in a data source (for example, a data table or a text), and a program searches the corresponding printer identification from the data source by utilizing the label category so as to determine the matched printer.
It is understood that, in the printer corresponding to the determined printer identification, printing paper corresponding to the label category of the label is pre-loaded.
Step S103: and sending the data of the label to the printer to drive the printing operation of the label.
Specifically, after determining a printer used for printing the label, sending data to the printer and driving the printer to print the label; wherein the data of the label comprises the text displayed by the label; for example, the information includes the address, name (displayed in a partially hidden way), telephone (displayed in a partially hidden way), warehouse address of the processed package, label type, delivery time, order bar code, two-dimensional code and the like; the specific format and content of the tag data are not limited by the present invention. It will be appreciated that a printer is pre-loaded with printing paper required to print a label and the printing paper is matched to the label type (colour, size, shape etc.), i.e. the printer is pre-loaded with printing paper corresponding to the label type of the label before the label data is sent to the printer to drive the printing operation of the label.
Further, creating a printing task, and generating a data stream corresponding to the data of the label according to the data of the label; and driving the printer to execute the printing task based on the data stream so as to complete the printing operation of the label. Specifically, creating a print job may use the following example code: (ii) DocPrintJob job ═ service. According to the data of the tag, the following example codes can be used for generating the data stream corresponding to the data of the tag: FileInputStream ═ new FileInputStream (file); the following example code may be used to drive the printer to perform the print job: print (doc, pras). Through the operation of this step, utilize the label of different label classification of automatic printing of different printers, and need not artifical the participation (for example, the manual change is beaten paper), thereby improved the efficiency of packing link.
Further, driving a printing operation of the label includes: and when the returned result of the printing operation is detected to be completed, sending a message of printing completion to the client, wherein the message contains the printer identifier. The method for detecting the returned result of the printing operation comprises the steps of acquiring an abnormal result by using a try/catch (exception) code; specifically, after printing is completed, a printing completion message may be sent to the client to notify the relevant staff member to obtain the printed label from the location of the printer corresponding to the printer identifier. Meanwhile, when the returned result of the printing operation is detected to be abnormal (such as printing failure, paper jam, paper shortage and the like), the printer identification is obtained, a matched standby printer is determined according to the printer identification, and the standby printer is driven to complete the printing operation of the label; for example: the standby printer identifier matched with the printer identifier AAA is AAA-BAK; then, the matched standby printer "AAA-BAK" is searched and determined according to the printer identifier "AAA", and the standby printer "AAA-BAK" is driven to complete the operation of printing the label, and it can be understood that the printing paper corresponding to the label category of the label is pre-installed in the standby printer. Through automatic switch to spare printer, overcome the problem that the printing that causes owing to the printer is unusual (the trouble such as lack of paper, paper jam) stops, promoted the efficiency of article packing. And when detecting that the return result of the printing operation of the printer or/and the spare printer is abnormal, sending a message of abnormal printing to a client, wherein the message comprises the return result, the printer identifier or/and the spare printer identifier. Wherein the message contains the returned result, the printer (and/or alternate printer) identification; when printing abnormity (such as printing failure, paper jam, paper shortage and the like) is detected, a printing abnormity message can be sent to the client (the sending method can send a short message, an instant message, a mail and the like through the application interface) so as to inform relevant maintenance workers of checking and maintaining the position of the printer (or/and the standby printer) corresponding to the printer identifier.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an exemplary flow of printing a label, and the method may include the following steps:
step S201: and receiving order information and analyzing an order mark contained in the order information.
Specifically, regarding the order information of the received item, the description of analyzing the order identifier is consistent with the descriptions of step S101 and step S102, and is not repeated herein.
Step S202A: by the analysis, for example, the 1 st digit is 1 and the 15 th digit is 1 or 2 in the order identifier.
Specifically, by analyzing the order identifier, the 1 st place is 1 and the 15 th place is 1 or 2 in the order identifier, that is, the mark text for obtaining one or more set positions in the order identifier is obtained. The description about resolving the order identifier is consistent with the description of step S102, and is not repeated here.
Step S203A: the tag class is determined to be class AAA.
Specifically, for example, the setting policy is: if the 1 st digit is 1 and the 15 th digit is 1 or 2 in the order identifier indicates the tag category "AAA", the tag category is determined to be the category AAA according to the flag text described in step S202A.
The descriptions of step S202A-step S203A are: and acquiring a mark text of one or more set positions in the order mark, and determining the label type of the order according to the mark text and a set strategy. The description of "obtaining the label type of the order by analyzing the order identifier" is consistent with the description of step S102, and is not repeated here.
Step S204A: the printer AAA corresponding to the label category AAA is selected from the printer identification set.
Specifically, assuming that a label category "AAA" has a correspondence with a printer identifier "AAA", it is determined that a printer printing the label is "AAA", that is, a printer identifier set is obtained, and the printer matching the label category is searched for from the printer identifier set according to the correspondence between the label category and the printer identifier. It will be appreciated that printer "AAA" is pre-loaded with the paper required for the label (e.g., red, custom label size 1). The description of step S102 for determining a printer for printing a label corresponding to the label category according to the label category is consistent, and step S205A is not repeated here: sends the tag data and drives the printer AAA to perform the operation.
Step S206A: it is determined whether the printing operation returns an exception. If so, go to step S207A, otherwise go to step S208A.
Step S207A: determining a matched standby printer according to the printer identifier; and sending the label data and driving a standby printer AAA-BAK to execute the operation. Specifically, the description about the spare printer is identical to that of step S103, and is not repeated here.
Step S208A: the label data is printed on a red custom size 1 printing paper, generating a label.
Specifically, the description of "sending the data of the label to the printer, driving the printing operation of the label" is consistent with the description of step S103, and is not repeated here.
Similarly, the process from step S202B to step S208B describes the process of obtaining the label category CCC by parsing the order identifier and printing blue custom size 2 on the printing paper by using the printer CCC, and the flow is consistent with the flow description from step S202A to step S208A, and will not be described again here.
