Fig. 4 schematically shows a flow chart of an information processing method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the method includes operations S211 to S214.
In operation S211, a target order is acquired.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the target order may be, for example, an order generated by shopping on a certain e-commerce platform of the user, or may be another target order according to the implementation requirement.
In operation S212, a cool down period for the target order is initiated.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the cool quiet period may be, for example, three minutes, five minutes, or the like, and may also be set to be within other time ranges according to specific implementation needs.
Monitoring the status of the target order in real time during the cool-still period in operation S213;
according to the embodiment of the disclosure, by setting the cool quiet period, too many and too fast generation of the waybill number caused by a certain reason can be effectively prevented, and the effects of reducing system interaction and resource waste are achieved, for example, the target order is invalid due to reasons such as wrong order placement, regret order placement and the like of a user. It should be noted that, according to the specific implementation needs, the time of the cool-still period may also be adjusted to zero to close the cool-still period.
At operation S214, at the end of the cool quiet period, and in the case where the target order is in a normal state, address information associated with the target order is acquired.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the normal state of the target order may be, for example, a state of being in a normal transaction, and when the target order is in the normal state, address information associated with the target order is acquired.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the technical effect of preventing the too fast generation of the freight note number and resource waste can be achieved by maintaining the cold quiet period duration of the target order in advance and delaying the binding of the freight note number.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a flow chart of an information processing method according to yet another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the method includes operations S221 to S222.
In operation S221, a customized logistics information table of each geographic area is constructed, where the customized logistics information table includes at least one logistics party identification information, each logistics party identification information corresponds to one waybill number storage library, and each waybill number storage library includes at least one valid waybill number corresponding to the logistics party identification information.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the geographic area may be divided, for example, according to the four-level address dimension, or may be divided in other manners according to specific implementation needs; the logistics party identification information may be information such as a logistics party name or a logistics party code; the waybill number repository can be, for example, a repository containing one or more waybill numbers corresponding to the logistics party identification information that can be used normally.
For example, taking the example of dividing into eight geographic areas according to the dividing condition, each of the eight geographic areas corresponds to one logistics information table, that is, each geographic area corresponds to at least one logistics party identification information.
In operation S222, each logistics party identification information in the customized logistics information table is sorted according to priority, and a logistics relationship table corresponding to each geographic area is generated.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the logistics relationship table may include, for example, one or more pieces of logistics party identification information sorted by priority.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, determining a target order number for a target order according to address information associated with the target order and a logistics relationship table comprises:
determining a target geographic area of address information associated with the target order; determining a logistics relation table corresponding to the target order according to the target geographic area; sequentially calling the waybill number storage libraries corresponding to the logistics party identification information in the logistics relation table; randomly capturing a valid order number in an order number repository to determine a target order number for the target order.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, for example, when a certain target order is matched with an order number, firstly, address information associated with the target order is obtained; determining a target geographical area of the geographical position, and then acquiring a logistics relation table of the target geographical area; and under the condition that a plurality of logistics party identification information exist in the logistics relation table, preferentially acquiring the freight bill number storage library corresponding to the logistics party identification information with the highest priority, and determining the target freight bill number of the target order in the freight bill number storage library. And if the list number of the list number storage library corresponding to the logistics party identification information with the highest priority is insufficient or service is stopped, sequentially acquiring the list number storage libraries of the logistics party identification information with the second priority until the target order is matched with the target list number.
It should be noted that the foregoing embodiments are only exemplary embodiments, and other waybill number matching methods capable of achieving the same technical effect may also be used according to specific implementation requirements.
Fig. 6 schematically shows a flowchart of an information processing method according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, the method includes operations S231 to S232.
In operation S231, a trigger condition of the shipping information is configured by a configuration center of the information processing system, wherein the trigger condition includes at least one of: printing multi-link list and logistics collecting pieces.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the triggering condition may include, for example, triggering when a multi-link list is printed, triggering when a logistics component is pulled out, and the like, and it should be noted that according to specific implementation needs, other triggering conditions capable of achieving the same technical effect may also be configured by the configuration center.
In operation S232, in case that the trigger condition is satisfied, transmitting shipping information corresponding to the target order to the information processing system so as to update the online logistics state of the target order based on the shipping information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the delivery information corresponding to the target order is sent to the information processing system under the condition that the trigger condition is met according to the trigger condition configured by the configuration center.
Fig. 7 schematically illustrates a multiple gang ticket based item handling method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, the multiple coupon-based article handling method includes operations S701 to S704. The multi-connected bill is the target multi-connected bill obtained by the information processing method.
In operation S701, an item corresponding to the item information in the multiplex list is packaged to obtain a target package.
In operation S702, pick orders from the multi-gang order are placed into the target package.
In operation S703, the logistics information sheet in the multi-gang sheet is fixed to the outside of the target parcel.
In operation S704, the logistics collecting component corresponding to the single phase of the logistics information is notified to complete the shipment.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the order picking sheet and the logistics information sheet of the same target order are printed on the same multi-link sheet together and are separately utilized during packaging, so that the problem of wrong matching of ordering and transporting relations caused by separate printing of the logistics information sheet and the order picking sheet in the related technology can be solved.
Fig. 8 schematically illustrates another multiple coupon-based item processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 8, taking a multi-gang form as an example of a two-gang form, firstly, the multi-gang form corresponding to a target order is printed, and it should be noted that batch printing or single printing can be performed according to the number of the target order during printing; sequentially packaging the articles according to the multi-linked lists, picking and packaging the articles according to the picking lists on the two linked lists during packaging, tearing off the picking lists on the two linked lists, putting the picking lists into a package or keeping the picking lists, and sticking the logistics information list to the outer side of the package; and finally, informing the logistics party to carry out package delivery.
Furthermore, according to the specific implementation needs, a remark area can be reserved on the order picking sheet for recording the remark information of the merchant or the user.
It should be noted that the above embodiments are only exemplary embodiments, and any number of other multiple units may be used according to specific implementation requirements.
FIG. 9 schematically shows a block schematic diagram of an information handling system according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 9, the information processing system 900 includes a determination module 901, a generation module 902, a population module 903, and an update module 904.
The determining module 901 is configured to determine a target order number of the target order according to address information associated with the target order and a logistics relationship table, where the logistics relationship table at least includes one logistics party identification information and an order number storage library corresponding to each logistics party identification information.
And a generating module 902, configured to generate logistics information of the target order according to the target waybill number.

According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the object order is associated with the address information and the logistics relation table, so that the logistics party and the freight note number can be automatically bound when the object is issued, the manual association of the order and the logistics party is avoided, the labor cost is saved, and the binding efficiency of the freight note number is improved; the printing efficiency can be improved and the printing cost can be saved by the multi-order sheet which can simultaneously contain the logistics information sheet and the goods picking sheet, and the problem of wrong matching of the ordering relationship caused by separate printing of the logistics information sheet and the goods picking sheet in the related technology can be solved; the online logistics state of the target order can be automatically updated according to the delivery information sent by the information synchronization system, and the online information can be timely updated.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the information processing system further comprises a first acquisition module, a starting module, a monitoring module and a second acquisition module.
The first obtaining module is used for obtaining the target order.
And the starting module is used for starting the cool quiet period of the target order.
And the monitoring module is used for monitoring the state of the target order in real time in the cold and quiet period.
And the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the address information associated with the target order when the cool quiet period is finished and the target order is in a normal state.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the information processing system further includes a construction module and a sorting module.
The construction module is used for constructing a customized logistics information table of each geographic area, wherein the customized logistics information table at least comprises logistics party identification information, each logistics party identification information corresponds to an invoice number storage library, and each invoice number storage library at least comprises an effective invoice number corresponding to the logistics party identification information.

Alternatively, at least one of the determining module 901, the generating module 902, the populating module 903 and the updating module 904 may be at least partially implemented as a computer program module that, when executed, may perform a corresponding function.
It should be noted that, the information processing system and the article processing system in the embodiment of the present disclosure correspond to the information processing method and the article processing method in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the description of the information processing system and the article processing system specifically refers to the information processing method and the article processing method, and is not repeated here.
Fig. 10 schematically shows a block diagram of an electronic device adapted to implement the above described method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device shown in fig. 10 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 10, an electronic device 1000 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor 1001 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1002 or a program loaded from a storage section 1008 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1003. Processor 1001 may include, for example, a general purpose microprocessor (e.g., a CPU), an instruction set processor and/or associated chipset, and/or a special purpose microprocessor (e.g., an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), among others. The processor 1001 may also include onboard memory for caching purposes. The processor 1001 may include a single processing unit or multiple processing units for performing different actions of a method flow according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
In the RAM1003, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 1000 are stored. The processor 1001, ROM1002, and RAM1003 are connected to each other by a bus 1004. The processor 1001 performs various operations of the method flow according to the embodiments of the present disclosure by executing programs in the ROM1002 and/or the RAM 1003. Note that the program may also be stored in one or more memories other than the ROM1002 and the RAM 1003. The processor 1001 may also perform various operations of method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure by executing programs stored in one or more memories.
Electronic device 1000 may also include an input/output (I/O) interface 1005, the input/output (I/O) interface 1005 also being connected to bus 1004, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The system 1000 may also include one or more of the following components connected to the I/O interface 1005: an input section 1006 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 1007 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 1008 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1009 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1009 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 1010 is also connected to the I/O interface 1005 as necessary. A removable medium 1011 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 1010 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1008 as necessary.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable storage medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication part 1009 and/or installed from the removable medium 1011. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the embodiment of the present disclosure when executed by the processor 1001. The systems, devices, apparatuses, modules, units, etc. described above may be implemented by computer program modules according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
The present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be contained in the apparatus/device/system described in the above embodiments; or may exist separately and not be assembled into the device/apparatus/system. The computer-readable storage medium carries one or more programs which, when executed, implement the method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the computer-readable storage medium may be a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium. Examples may include, but are not limited to: a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
For example, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer-readable storage medium may include the ROM1002 and/or the RAM1003 described above and/or one or more memories other than the ROM1002 and the RAM 1003.
Embodiments of the present disclosure also include a computer program product comprising a computer program containing program code for performing the method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, when the computer program product is run on an electronic device, the program code being configured to cause the electronic device to implement the information processing method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The computer program, when executed by the processor 1001, performs the above-described functions defined in the system/apparatus of the embodiments of the present disclosure. The systems, apparatuses, modules, units, etc. described above may be implemented by computer program modules according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
In one embodiment, the computer program may be hosted on a tangible storage medium such as an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or the like. In another embodiment, the computer program may also be transmitted in the form of a signal on a network medium, distributed, downloaded and installed via the communication part 1009, and/or installed from the removable medium 1011. The computer program containing program code may be transmitted using any suitable network medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wired, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, program code for executing computer programs provided by embodiments of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, and in particular, these computer programs may be implemented using high level procedural and/or object oriented programming languages, and/or assembly/machine languages. Claims (10)

1. An information processing method comprising:
determining a target freight note number of a target order according to address information associated with the target order and a logistics relation table, wherein the logistics relation table at least comprises logistics party identification information and a freight note number storage library corresponding to each logistics party identification information;
generating logistics information of the target order according to the target freight order number;
filling the logistics information and the article information associated with the target order into corresponding areas of a multi-coupon to obtain a target multi-coupon, wherein the multi-coupon at least comprises a logistics information sheet corresponding to the logistics information and a picking order corresponding to the article information;
and acquiring delivery information corresponding to the target order sent by an information synchronization system so as to update the online logistics state of the target order corresponding to the target multiplex-phase.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the target order;
starting a cool quiet period of the target order;
monitoring the state of the target order in real time in the cool-still period;
and acquiring the address information associated with the target order when the cool quiet period is ended and the target order is in a normal state.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
constructing a customized logistics information table of each geographic area, wherein the customized logistics information table at least comprises logistics party identification information, each logistics party identification information corresponds to an invoice number storage library, and each invoice number storage library at least comprises an effective invoice number corresponding to the logistics party identification information;
and sequencing each logistics party identification information in the customized logistics information table according to the priority to generate the logistics relation table corresponding to each geographic area.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a target order number for a target order from address information and a logistics relationship table associated with the target order comprises:
determining a target geographic region of the address information associated with the target order;
determining the logistics relation table corresponding to the target order according to the target geographic area;
sequentially calling the waybill number storage libraries corresponding to the logistics party identification information in the logistics relation table;
and randomly grabbing one valid order number in the order number storage library to determine a target order number of the target order.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
configuring, by a configuration center of an information processing system, a trigger condition of the shipping information, wherein the trigger condition includes at least one of: printing a multi-link list and a logistics acquisition piece;
and if the triggering condition is met, sending the delivery information corresponding to the target order to the information processing system so as to update the online logistics state of the target order based on the delivery information.
6. An item processing method based on a multi-coupon, wherein the multi-coupon is a target multi-coupon obtained by the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, the item processing method comprising:
packaging the article corresponding to the article information in the multi-link list to obtain a target package;
placing pick orders in the multi-gang order into the target package;
fixing the logistics information sheet in the multi-link sheet to the outer side of the target parcel;
and informing the logistics acquisition piece corresponding to the logistics information in a single phase to finish delivery.
7. An information processing system comprising:
the system comprises a determining module, a storage module and a processing module, wherein the determining module is used for determining a target freight note number of a target order according to address information associated with the target order and a logistics relation table, and the logistics relation table at least comprises logistics party identification information and a freight note number storage library corresponding to each logistics party identification information;
the generating module is used for generating the logistics information of the target order according to the target freight order number;
a filling module, configured to fill the logistics information and the item information associated with the target order into corresponding areas of a multi-coupon, respectively, to obtain a target multi-coupon, where the multi-coupon includes at least a logistics information sheet corresponding to the logistics information and a pick-up sheet corresponding to the item information;
and the updating module is used for acquiring the delivery information which is sent by the information synchronization system and corresponds to the target order so as to update the online logistics state of the target order which corresponds to the target multiplex-link.
8. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
wherein the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-5.
9. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer program product comprising computer executable instructions for implementing the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executed.
