Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of veterinary drugs, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating salpingitis of laying hens, and a preparation process and application thereof.
Background
In the seventy-eight years of the last century, the laying hen industry in China has been vigorously developed, and the egg yield has been steadily at the first in the world since 1985. With the development of the laying hen technology, the specialized, facility, improved variety and marketized laying hen industry is basically completed, and the industry division system is relatively perfect. At present, the egg yield of China is about 2450 million tons. Eggs are indispensable protein food in daily life of people, the breeding economic benefit and the quality safety of the eggs are the most concerned problems of farmers and consumers respectively, and the key to improving the breeding benefit is how to improve the production performance of laying hens and the quality of the eggs. A large amount of antibiotics are frequently used in the disease prevention and treatment process of laying hens, so that the problems of standard exceeding of veterinary drug residues, drug resistance of bacteria, quality safety of livestock and poultry products and the like are easily caused, and serious risk potential hazards are caused to food quality safety, public health safety and ecological safety. The 'banning' of the feed is a great trend, and the feed is to be comprehensively 'banned' by 2020 in China.
Salpingitis is a common disease harmful to laying hens, and often causes the laying rate of the laying hens to be reduced, the number of defective eggs such as soft-shell eggs, blood spot eggs and eggshell eggs is increased, and the breeding profit is seriously influenced. Salpingitis is often closely related to dampness, heat and toxicity, and often causes phlegm stagnation, qi stagnation and blood stasis, and inhibits yang qi from running after long-term development, and shows symptoms of dampness syndrome or lower reproductive function and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of rich resources, low toxicity, low drug residue and the like, and becomes one of the best choices of 'replacing resistance' along with the comprehensive 'banning resistance' of the feed. China has a huge breeding industry market and rich traditional Chinese medicine resources, has a long-history traditional Chinese medicine research history, and has great development prospect along with the continuous progress of scientific technology. Therefore, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating salpingitis of laying hens and a preparation process and application thereof, so as to effectively solve the problems of salpingitis and egg laying of the laying hens.

Example 4: clinical validation
1. Test drugs the water-soluble traditional Chinese medicine compound extracted in example 1.
2. The test animals are provided by a certain mechanized chicken farm in Nanjing, 60000 laying hens are bred in Su poultry No. 1, and the breeding mode is cage breeding with 5-7 feathers per cage. 24000 feathers of laying hens which are 90 weeks old, healthy, similar in weight and subjected to forced moulting are selected.
3. The test grouping test adopts an animal sample self-control method, wherein a blank control group (non-administration stage) is adopted before the administration of the laying hens, and an experimental control group (administration stage and withdrawal stage) is adopted after the administration. The grouping is shown in table 1.
Table 1: test grouping
4. Test method
The egg laying rate and defective egg rate of the chicken group and the number of various defective eggs (blood spot eggs, broken eggs, soft shell eggs, sand shell eggs and malformed eggs) in the sample range are measured by observing for 1 day before the test, and the mental states of the excrement and the chicken group are observed. From day 2, the patient is administered according to the requirement, the relevant indexes are recorded every day, the administration of the liquid medicine is stopped after 7 days, the relevant indexes of each group are continuously recorded for 3 days, and the test is finished. The survey index is shown in Table 2.
Table 2: survey index
5. Test results
5.1 example 1 extraction of Water-soluble Chinese medicinal Compound for improving laying rate of laying hens in laying period
The results are shown in fig. 1, and the test results show that the product of example 1 can improve the laying rate of the laying hens to a certain extent in the administration stage and a certain period of time after the withdrawal, and the increase of the laying rate can reach 5.25 percent at the lowest and 15 percent at the highest. It is noted that on day 1 and day 2 of withdrawal, the laying rate was reduced due to a sudden drop in air temperature as the chicken house suffered from typhoons, but was still higher than the laying rate without the drug. It is generally accepted that the optimum temperature for layer production is 19-22 deg.C, and below this temperature range, cold irritation may occur. The low temperature has great harm to the production performance of the laying hens, and can cause the reduction of the laying rate and the increase of the pecking rate.
5.2 example 1 improvement of defective egg rate and defective egg quantity of laying hens by extracting water-soluble Chinese medicinal compound
The results are shown in fig. 2, and the experimental results show that the product of example 1 can significantly reduce the number of defective eggs and the ratio of defective eggs to the total number of eggs laid per day. The defective egg rate reaches 32.222 ‰ in the non-administration stage, gradually decreases and stabilizes in the rest 11 days with administration of medicine, and stabilizes at 7.037 ‰ -8.394 ‰ in the later stage of experiment. The product of example 1 has the greatest effect on the shell-broken eggs and the shell-sanded eggs, and can reduce the rate of the shell-broken eggs by about 10 per thousand and the shell-sanded eggs by 8 per thousand.
The above results are combined: after the chicken flocks are used, the effect is fast, the laying rate is obviously increased, and the defective egg rate is obviously reduced. The product in the example 1 can improve the gastrointestinal tract function by resisting infection, resisting oxidation and enhancing immunity, and further regulate and control the reproductive hormone level, so that the production performance of the laying hens can be obviously improved. The product is pure traditional Chinese medicine, is safe and reliable to use, and can be widely applied to livestock and poultry breeding.
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating salpingitis of laying hens, a preparation process and an application thought and a method thereof, and particularly provides a plurality of methods and ways for realizing the technical scheme. All the components not specified in the present embodiment can be realized by the prior art.
