Abstract
本发明公开了一种可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品,还涉及该护肤品的具体制备方法。本发明采用的组分均是全食品级基质原料和活性成分,制备出的乳液既可口服内用,又可外用,且通过对其进行感官指标、理化指标、吸湿率及皮肤涂用测试,结果表明其各项指标完全均符合我国目前化妆品行业的行业标准要求,该乳液使用后能够补充身体和皮肤所需营养成分,还能够抗氧化、抗老化,提升肌体免疫力,保湿、淡化色素以及紧致肌肤,最终达到美容养颜的效果,且全食品级的原料也使其使用更安全、放心。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种皮肤护理用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品,还涉及该护肤品的具体制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的不断提升,化妆品、护肤品等早已成为人们的必备生活用品之一,且目前的化妆品、护肤品均为传统的护肤产品,属于精细化工领域。护肤品在生产过程中会添加大量的石油副产品以及其他多种化学合成原料,某些产品为提高和提速护理效果,降低生产成本,甚至还会添加一些重金属和激素。由于护肤品使用频率高,消耗速度较快,因此传统的护肤品长期使用不仅会对皮肤造成伤害,并且对身体健康也会产生不良影响,再加上重金属等配料的使用,在生产加工过程中也会对环境也会形成严重的污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种吸收率高、无副作用,既可外用也可内服,且生产过程中对环境无污染的可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品,包括乳液,所述乳液包括水相原料、油相原料和余料;
所述水相原料包括库拉索芦荟叶汁和水,库拉索芦荟叶汁在所述乳液中的质量百分比为10-11;
所述油相原料包括甘油、油橄榄果油、茶籽油、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-3硬脂酸酯和甘油单月桂酸酯,所述油相原料中各组分在所述乳液中的质量百分比为:甘油3-4、油橄榄果油5-6、茶籽油5-6、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯3-4、聚甘油-3硬脂酸酯5-6、甘油单月桂酸酯2-3;
所述余料包括低聚果糖、肌醇、透明质酸钠、生育酚(维生素E)、黄原胶、咖啡因、肌酸、苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸、香精和果蔬酵素,所述余料中各组分在所述乳液中的质量百分比为:低聚果糖2-3、肌醇0.5-0.6、透明质酸钠0.1-0.2、生育酚(维生素E)0.2-0.3、黄原胶0.2-0.3、咖啡因0.3-0.4、肌酸0.2-0.4、苯甲酸钠0.35-0.4、柠檬酸0.005-0.02、果蔬酵素15-20;
所述乳液中的重量百分比余量由所述水相原料中的水补足。

作为优选的技术方案,所述余料中还包括香精,所述香精在所述乳液中的质量百分比为0.1%,且除所述香精外的所述余料各组分均为活性成分。
作为优选的技术方案,所述水为纯净水或去离子水;所述香精为玫瑰香精。
本发明还公开了一种可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤一、取所述乳液中相应质量的各组分,并按照相类将上述组分分为所述水相原料、所述油相原料和所述余料,且清洗配料锅和油相锅,待用;
步骤二、将所述水相原料加入所述配料锅中,利用所述配料锅将所述水相原料加热至80-85℃,在20r/min的搅拌速度下持续搅拌不少于10分钟,使所述水相原料混合均匀,在80-85℃的温度环境中静置保温不少于10分钟;
步骤三、将所述油相原料加入所述油相锅内,利用所述油相锅将所述油相原料加热至75-80℃,在20r/min的搅拌速度下持续搅拌不少于10分钟,使所述油相原料混合均匀后抽至所述配料锅内;
步骤四、将所述配料锅内的所述水相原料和所述油相原料静置降温至60-65℃,加入至少一半的所述余料,在20r/min的搅拌速度下持续搅拌不少于10分钟,使所述水相原料、所述油相原料和所述余料混合均匀;
步骤五、将所述配料锅内混合后的所述水相原料、所述油相原料和所述余料静置降温至38-42℃,加入剩余的所述余料,在20r/min的搅拌速度下持续搅拌不少于10分钟,使所述配料锅内各组分混合均匀;
步骤六、取料检测,合格的过滤出料,制得所述乳液。
作为优选的技术方案,在所述步骤六中采用100目的滤布进行过滤出料。
作为优选的技术方案,所述乳液的Ph值为4.5-7.0,粘度为8000-15000mpa.s。
作为对上述技术方案的改进,所述乳液的使用方法包括外用或/和内服,所述外用为将所述乳液直接涂抹于皮肤表面,每日涂抹1-2次;所述内服为每次口服所述乳液10g,每日早中晚各服用一次。
在上述各组分中,部分重要组分的各功效如下所述:
库拉索芦荟叶汁可去除体内毒素,起到调理和保健的作用,且药性比较缓慢,健胃理肠作用比较明显,对胆甾醇的合成有促进作用,有助于改变皮脂的组成。
低聚果糖是一种水溶性膳食纤维,长期服用可以降低血清胆固醇,改善脂质代谢,减少有毒代谢产物、保护肝脏、提高人体免疫力等功效显著,其良好的水溶性膳食纤维,可以促进肠道蠕动、清除肠道垃圾,防止便秘、腹泻,改善肠胃功能。
在所有B族维生素中,只有肌醇可以明显地增加消化道的收缩,它能够促进胃口不好的人恢复正常,使摄食食物更加顺畅,还可以让厌食、便秘等症状得以缓解。
透明质酸钠具有促伤口愈合的作用,还能软化皮肤角质层,达到改善肌肤弹性和减少皱纹的功效,并且可明显提高药液黏稠度和附着力,达到长效、强效的作用。
油橄榄果油中含有大量鞣酸、挥发油、香树脂醇、微量元素等,能有效地补充人体的体液及营养成分,具有滋润咽喉,抗炎消肿的作用,其含钙量也很高,且易被人体吸收。
茶叶籽油是世界四大木本植物油之一,被称为东方橄榄油,具有食用保健作用,还可以预防心血管疾病,预防癌症,抗辐射,美容美肤等,添加在护肤品中可以使肌肤柔嫩、水嫩。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:采用的组分均是全食品级基质原料和活性成分,制备出的乳液既可口服内用,又可外用,且通过对其进行感官指标、理化指标、吸湿率及皮肤涂用测试,结果表明其各项指标完全均符合我国目前化妆品行业的行业标准要求,该乳液使用后能够补充身体和皮肤所需营养成分,还能够抗氧化、抗老化,提升肌体免疫力,保湿、淡化色素以及紧致肌肤,最终达到美容养颜的效果,且全食品级的原料也使其使用更安全、放心。

一种可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品,包括乳液,所述乳液包括水相原料、油相原料和余料。其中,所述水相原料包括库拉索芦荟叶汁和水,库拉索芦荟叶汁在所述乳液中的质量百分比为10-11;所述油相原料包括甘油、油橄榄果油、茶籽油、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-3硬脂酸酯和甘油单月桂酸酯,所述油相原料中各组分在所述乳液中的质量百分比为:甘油3-4、油橄榄果油5-6、茶籽油5-6、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯3-4、聚甘油-3硬脂酸酯5-6、甘油单月桂酸酯2-3;所述余料包括低聚果糖、肌醇、透明质酸钠、生育酚(维生素E)、黄原胶、咖啡因、肌酸、苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸、香精和果蔬酵素,所述余料中各组分在所述乳液中的质量百分比为:低聚果糖2-3、肌醇0.5-0.6、透明质酸钠0.1-0.2、生育酚(维生素E)0.2-0.3、黄原胶0.2-0.3、咖啡因0.3-0.4、肌酸0.2-0.4、苯甲酸钠0.35-0.4、柠檬酸0.005-0.02、果蔬酵素15-20;所述乳液中的重量百分比余量由所述水相原料中的水补足,并利用玉米淀粉作为增稠剂,对其粘稠度进行调节。
具体地,所述水相原料中的库拉索芦荟叶汁在所述乳液中的质量百分比为10.5;所述油相原料中各组分在所述乳液中的质量百分比为:甘油3.5、油橄榄果油5.5、茶籽油5.5、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯3.5、聚甘油-3硬脂酸酯5.5、甘油单月桂酸酯2.5;所述余料中各组分在所述乳液中的质量百分比为:低聚果糖2.5、肌醇0.55、透明质酸钠0.15、生育酚(维生素E)0.25、黄原胶0.25、咖啡因0.35、肌酸0.3、苯甲酸钠0.35、柠檬酸0.01、果蔬酵素18;所述乳液中的重量百分比余量由所述水相原料中的水补足。
所述余料中还包括香精,所述香精在所述乳液中的质量百分比为0.1%,且除所述香精外的所述余料各组分均为活性成分。所述水为纯净水或去离子水;所述香精为玫瑰香精。
本实施例中可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤一、取所述乳液中相应质量的各组分,并按照相类将上述组分分为所述水相原料、所述油相原料和所述余料,且清洗配料锅和油相锅,待用;
步骤二、将所述水相原料加入所述配料锅中,利用所述配料锅将所述水相原料加热至80-85℃,在20r/min的搅拌速度下持续搅拌不少于10分钟,使所述水相原料混合均匀,在80-85℃的温度环境中静置保温不少于10分钟,具体温度可控制在83℃。
步骤三、将所述油相原料加入所述油相锅内,利用所述油相锅将所述油相原料加热至75-80℃,在20r/min的搅拌速度下持续搅拌不少于10分钟,使所述油相原料混合均匀后抽至所述配料锅内,具体温度可控制在77℃。
步骤四、将所述配料锅内的所述水相原料和所述油相原料静置降温至60-65℃,加入至少一半的所述余料,在20r/min的搅拌速度下持续搅拌不少于10分钟,使所述水相原料、所述油相原料和所述余料混合均匀,具体温度可控制在63℃。
步骤五、将所述配料锅内混合后的所述水相原料、所述油相原料和所述余料静置降温至38-42℃,加入剩余的所述余料,在20r/min的搅拌速度下持续搅拌不少于10分钟,使所述配料锅内各组分混合均匀,具体温度可控制在40℃。
步骤六、取料检测,合格的过滤出料,制得所述乳液,具体可采用100目的滤布进行过滤出料。最终制得的所述乳液的Ph值为4.5-7.0,粘度为8000-15000mpa.s,当Ph值为6.2时效果最佳。如图1和图2所示,为本实施例在不同发酵时间段内的发酵酵母菌乳酸菌细胞数量和pH值的变化。
本实施例中所述乳液的使用方法包括外用或/和内服,所述外用为将所述乳液直接涂抹于皮肤表面,每日涂抹1-2次;所述内服为每次口服所述乳液10g,每日早中晚各服用一次。
为保证所述乳液使用后效果的稳定性和可靠性,对其进行了下列相关测试或评定:
一、感观性能评定
取乳液样品在室温和非阳光直射下目测观察,其外观细腻,色泽光亮,无异味。
将两份所述乳液样品装入密封塑料管中,分别置40℃的恒温烘箱内及-10℃冰箱的冷冻室中,一段时间后取出恢复至室温,观察无油水分离现象或明显性状差异,72小时后观察形态稳定,没有水油分层现象。
二、离心实验
在离心试管中放入所述乳液,置于离心机中,以3000r/min的速度离心实验30min,在光照下观察无分层现象。
三、pH测试
称取两份所述乳液样品3.0g,分别放入盛有30.0ml的除去CO2的去离子水小烧杯中,加热至40±1℃并不断搅拌,冷却至室温后用校正好的pH计测量,检测结果pH值为5.1-5.4。
四、乳化颗粒的均匀度
分别取少量所述乳液于载玻片上,盖上盖玻片,碾压均匀后置于显微镜下观察并拍照,显微镜放大倍数为40×10,观察结果为柔和细腻。
五、皮肤试用实验
如图3和图4所示,给试验人员试用所述乳液,每天两次均匀涂于手臂内侧部位,涂覆面积为2×2cm2,连续涂覆30天,用皮肤测试仪进行的皮肤测试结果如下:使用前的皮肤的油分为14%、水分为4%、胶原蛋白纤维为62%、色素为28%、皮肤弹性为34%;使用30天后的皮肤的油分为17%、水分为9%、胶原蛋白纤维为73%、色素为16%、皮肤弹性为46%。由此可见本实施例的所述乳液有助于保湿、淡化色素、增强肌肤弹性、亮泽肌肤。
六、感官及理化性能测定
感官及理化性能测定结果,亲肤性良好,透气舒适。
将上述各测试或评定结果汇总后,如表一所示。

另外,当所述乳液在相对湿度为75%和43%的环境下进行测定时,样品失水速度缓慢,6小时后吸湿率均不到-1.6%,且失水速率差别不大,说明所述乳液在不同的湿度情况下保湿效果均比较好。其中在相对湿度75%时,样品失水速度缓慢,6小时后失水率不到-1.8%,但在相对湿度为43%时,则失水相对较快,说明在低湿度下缺少油脂的阻隔作用,保湿性将相对降低。
本实施例还将该制备方法中涉及的原料与工艺与传统化妆品或护肤品进行了对比,具体对比如表二所示:

由此可见,本实施例具有以下优点:
一、不使用化工原料,最大程度地保护了用户的使用安全与身体健康。
二、所有原料均采用食品原料(2021年药监局食品原料目录)并严格遵守国家要求的添加比例(2021年药监局食品原料添加规定)。
三、采用了纯食品原料以及瞬杀灭菌工艺,对环境不造成任何化学污染,生产环保,也有利于加工人员的身体健康。

Claims (8)
1.一种可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品,其特征在于:包括乳液,所述乳液包括水相原料、油相原料和余料;
所述水相原料包括库拉索芦荟叶汁和水,库拉索芦荟叶汁在所述乳液中的质量百分比为10-11;
所述油相原料包括甘油、油橄榄果油、茶籽油、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-3硬脂酸酯和甘油单月桂酸酯,所述油相原料中各组分在所述乳液中的质量百分比为:甘油3-4、油橄榄果油5-6、茶籽油5-6、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯3-4、聚甘油-3硬脂酸酯5-6、甘油单月桂酸酯2-3;
所述余料包括低聚果糖、肌醇、透明质酸钠、生育酚(维生素E)、黄原胶、咖啡因、肌酸、苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸、香精和果蔬酵素,所述余料中各组分在所述乳液中的质量百分比为:低聚果糖2-3、肌醇0.5-0.6、透明质酸钠0.1-0.2、生育酚(维生素E)0.2-0.3、黄原胶0.2-0.3、咖啡因0.3-0.4、肌酸0.2-0.4、苯甲酸钠0.35-0.4、柠檬酸0.005-0.02、果蔬酵素15-20;
所述乳液中的重量百分比余量由所述水相原料中的水补足。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品,其特征在于:所述水相原料中的库拉索芦荟叶汁在所述乳液中的质量百分比为10.5;
所述油相原料中各组分在所述乳液中的质量百分比为:甘油3.5、油橄榄果油5.5、茶籽油5.5、聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯3.5、聚甘油-3硬脂酸酯5.5、甘油单月桂酸酯2.5;
所述余料中各组分在所述乳液中的质量百分比为:低聚果糖2.5、肌醇0.55、透明质酸钠0.15、生育酚(维生素E)0.25、黄原胶0.25、咖啡因0.35、肌酸0.3、苯甲酸钠0.35、柠檬酸0.01、果蔬酵素18;
所述乳液中的重量百分比余量由所述水相原料中的水补足。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品,其特征在于:所述余料的组分中还包括香精,所述香精在所述乳液中的质量百分比为0.1%,且除所述香精外的所述余料中各组分均为活性成分。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品,其特征在于:所述水为纯净水或去离子水;所述香精为玫瑰香精。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤一、取所述乳液中相应质量的各组分,并按照相类将上述组分分为所述水相原料、所述油相原料和所述余料,且清洗配料锅和油相锅,待用;
步骤二、将所述水相原料加入所述配料锅中,利用所述配料锅将所述水相原料加热至80-85℃,在20r/min的搅拌速度下持续搅拌不少于10分钟,使所述水相原料混合均匀,在80-85℃的温度环境中静置保温不少于10分钟;
步骤三、将所述油相原料加入所述油相锅内,利用所述油相锅将所述油相原料加热至75-80℃,在20r/min的搅拌速度下持续搅拌不少于10分钟,使所述油相原料混合均匀后抽至所述配料锅内;
步骤四、将所述配料锅内的所述水相原料和所述油相原料静置降温至60-65℃,加入至少一半的所述余料,在20r/min的搅拌速度下持续搅拌不少于10分钟,使所述水相原料、所述油相原料和所述余料混合均匀;
步骤五、将所述配料锅内混合后的所述水相原料、所述油相原料和所述余料静置降温至38-42℃,加入剩余的所述余料,在20r/min的搅拌速度下持续搅拌不少于10分钟,使所述配料锅内各组分混合均匀;
步骤六、取料检测,合格的过滤出料,制得所述乳液。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤六中采用100目的滤布进行过滤出料。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述乳液的Ph值为4.5-7.0,粘度为8000-15000mpa.s。
8.如权利要求5所述的一种可食性果蔬酵素类护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述乳液的使用方法包括外用或/和内服,所述外用为将所述乳液直接涂抹于皮肤表面,每日涂抹1-2次;所述内服为每次口服所述乳液10g,每日早中晚各服用一次。
