Abstract
The invention provides a method for treating beach or saline-alkali soil by grafting salix mongolica, wherein the salix mongolica is grafted and cultivated by taking salix mongolica as a stock and taking branches of arbors as scions. The plant used by the method has high saline-alkali resistant activity, is suitable for growing in saline-alkali soil or seaside beaches, and has more ornamental value compared with wild saline-alkali shrubs.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ecological restoration, and particularly relates to a method for treating tidal flats or saline-alkali soil by using grafted salix mongolica.
Background
The seaside tidal flat or inland saline-alkali soil has high salt concentration in the soil, so that the normal growth of crops is influenced; resulting in not being fully exploited. The formation of alkaline earth and alkalized soil in China is mostly related to the accumulation of carbonate in soil, so that the alkalization degree is generally high, and plants in serious saline-alkaline earth regions can hardly survive.
The method is an important method for treating saline-alkali soil by planting plants on the saline-alkali soil, but the existing saline-alkali soil treatment method has low plant survival rate, and the used saline-alkali tolerant plants have the common plant height and do not have the effect of serving as landscape plants.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for treating a beach or saline-alkali soil by using grafted salix mongolica, and the used treated plants can not only resist the soil environment of the saline-alkali soil, but also have the ornamental effect generated by landscape trees.
The method for treating the tidal flat or the saline-alkali soil provided by the invention uses the grafted salix mongolica as a plant for treatment;
the grafted salix mongolica is obtained by taking salix mongolica as a stock and taking an arbor branch as a scion for grafting cultivation;
the grafting cultivation is to graft the branches of the trees to the roots of the salix mongolica;
furthermore, the grafting cultivation is that the branches of the trees are grafted on the salix mongolica for cultivation, and then the grafted branches of the trees are grafted on the salix mongolica with the age of 3 years or more for grafting cultivation;
the arbor is specifically described as one of the embodiments, and is made of salix mongolica, salix alba or salix purpurea;
furthermore, the treatment method is to select a saline suaeda salsa population degraded area in the degraded coastal wetland as an area to be repaired.
The method uses salix mongolica as a stock in the area of the beach or saline-alkali land to be repaired, and uses branches of trees as scions to graft and cultivate the salix mongolica, and the used plants have high saline-alkali resistance activity, are suitable for growing in the saline-alkali land or seaside beach and have ornamental value compared with wild saline-alkali shrubs.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the grafting of Salix psammophila in example 1;
FIG. 2 is a growth chart of Salix psammophila grafting cultivation planting in example 1 for three years.
Detailed Description
In the treatment process of the saline-alkali soil, the problems that the planted plants are difficult to survive and the biological diversity is difficult to improve always exist, and the method for treating the saline-alkali soil by adopting the plant in the saline-alkali soil cultured by grafting is adopted to plant the plants in the saline-alkali soil, so that the biological diversity of the saline-alkali soil can be effectively improved, the improved saline-alkali soil is suitable for birds and benthonic animals to move, and the survival rate of the planted plants is effectively improved.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below.
Example 1
The grafting cultivation is carried out by adopting the method of the invention, and the specific method comprises the following steps: using salix mongolica as a stock; using the branches of the salix mongolica as scions, wherein the length of the scions is 4-5cm, and the diameter of the scions is 4-5 mm; cutting one end of the scion into 50-60 degrees to be used as a grafting end; cutting a grafting groove at a position 1-1.2m away from the ground of the stock from top to bottom; then the scion is inserted into the stock, so that the inclined plane of the grafting end of the scion is attached to the grafting groove surface of the stock; after the scion is grafted on the stock, the grafting connector is wrapped by a plastic bag, the scion is exposed, and the plastic bag is blocked and cultivated by a rubber strip.
After one year of cultivation, grafting the grafted scion branches to salix psammophila with the age of 3 years for grafting cultivation, namely grafting the arbor branches to salix psammophila for cultivation, and grafting the grafted arbor branches to salix psammophila with the age of 3 years or more for grafting cultivation. The obtained grafted salix mongolica has high survival rate in the saline-alkali soil environment, and the plants can grow higher.
The growth vigor of grafting and cultivating the salix mongolica for three months is shown in figure 1, 40 salix mongolica are grafted and cultivated for one year in 2018, in 4 months, and are planted in a tidal flat area of a New eastern maritime city, the tidal flat area belongs to saline-alkali soil, the survival rate of trees after grafting and cultivating for one year after cultivation reaches 98% in the saline-alkali soil, and therefore the survival rate of the salix mongolica planted in the saline-alkali soil is high; under the same management conditions, the growth vigor in the third year of planting is shown in figure 2, and the figure 2 shows that the grafted salix psammophila used by the invention has the characteristics of a tall arbor.
Example 2
Carrying out beach treatment on the grafted salix mongolica cultivated by the method in the embodiment 1 (coated on 150 mu beach of seashore in a Yongfeng estuary demonstration area (demonstration area)), and when mechanical ditching and ridging are adopted in a restoration area, turning buttons and deep ploughing in the area to be restored, and airing; and (4) rotating the aired soil deeply by adopting a rotary cultivator, and carrying out rotary tillage and leveling.
After the area to be repaired is leveled, ridging is carried out by using a ridger, and furrowing is carried out on the side of the ridge; selecting a large tractor, turning over and deep ploughing, and airing for 1-3 days; rotating the aired soil deeply by a rotary cultivator, and carrying out rotary tillage and leveling for 2-4 times; after the area to be repaired is leveled, ridging is carried out by using a ridger, and furrowing is carried out on the side of the ridge; wherein the time for mechanically ditching and ridging is 11-12 months. After ridging, the height of each ridge is 2.5-3.0m, the width of each ridge top is 2.0-3.0m, the width of each ridge bottom is 3.5-4.0m, and the distance between ridges is 5.0-5.5 m; after ditching is carried out on the ridge side, the width of the ditch is 2.0-2.5m, and the depth of the ditch is 1.0-2.0 m; the ridging mode comprises ridging in a direction parallel to the tide direction, ridging in a direction perpendicular to the tide direction and ridge forming by alternately ridging and molding furrows in a direction parallel to the tide direction and perpendicular to the tide direction; the depth of the foundation pit is not less than 50cm, and the distance between adjacent foundation pits is 2.5 m.
Birds and zoobenthos were investigated 5 months after one year of planting and relevant events are recorded in table 1.
Table 1: statistical table of animal activity conditions in planted grafting salix mongolica
As can be seen from the relevant information in the table 1, the method is adopted to treat the beach of the seashore, birds and benthonic animals are found to move after the treatment, and the invention can effectively improve the diversity of beach organisms of the seashore.
The method uses salix mongolica as a stock in the area of the beach or saline-alkali land to be repaired, and uses salix mongolica, or salix rosewood and salix alba branches as scions to graft and cultivate the salix mongolica as a treatment plant, and the used plant has high saline-alkali resistance activity, is suitable for growing in the saline-alkali land or the seaside beach and has ornamental value compared with wild saline-alkali shrubs.
