Abstract

本发明公开了一种双电机纯电动减速箱防吸空系统,包括箱体、输出轴、驱动机构、油泵、油液过滤器、左驱动电机、右驱动电机、左减速机构和右减速机构。本发明通过将油液过滤器布置在输出轴正下方的所述的油底壳内,油底壳位于所述的整箱的最低点,油泵通过油液过滤器吸油,可保证飞行器倾斜时油底壳内仍存在大量油液,降低油泵吸空导致的失效风险,同时可以使油底壳内的空间更紧凑,降低纯电动减速箱重量;油泵通过输出轴进行左右电机进行双重驱动,可以保证左驱动电机失效或右驱动电机失效时,油泵仍可以正常工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械技术领域,具体涉及一种双电机纯电动减速箱防吸空系统。
背景技术
随着新能源技术的发展,纯电动减速箱越来越多的投入到更广泛的应用领域,用于低空飞行的双电机纯电动减速箱就是其中之一。纯电动减速箱一般采用油冷或水冷方式对电机进行冷却;对于油冷纯电动减速箱油泵是其重要的组成部分,通过油泵将整箱内的机油输送到箱体内对电机进行冷却,对齿轮和轴承进行润滑。传统的油冷纯电动减速箱往往将油泵布置在箱体的一侧。但对于用于低空飞行的双电机驱动的飞行汽车,在飞行过程中受环境等因素影响,整个纯电动减速箱面临比普通的纯电动汽车减速箱更大的倾斜风险,且双电机飞行装置在巡航时仅需要一个电机驱动即可,因此为保证双电机驱动模式和单电机驱动模式下油泵始终可以正常工作,其布置结构和布置位置就非常的重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种双电机纯电动减速箱防吸空系统,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一种双电机纯电动减速箱防吸空系统,包括箱体、输出轴、驱动机构、油泵、油液过滤器、左驱动电机、右驱动电机、左减速机构和右减速机构,所述箱体左右两侧设有所述左驱动电机和所述右驱动电机,所述左驱动电机和所述右驱动电机内侧连接有所述左减速机构和所述右减速机构,所述输出轴设置于所述箱体中部,所述左减速机构和所述右减速机构与所述输出轴活动连接,所述输出轴与所述油泵通过所述驱动机构连接,所述油泵下端连接有所述油液过滤器。
在某些实施方式中,所述箱体下端设有油底壳,所述油液过滤器位于所述油底壳内部,所述油泵位于所述油底壳上端。
在某些实施方式中,所述驱动机构包括油泵驱动齿轮和油泵从动齿轮,所述油泵驱动齿轮固接于所述输出轴底端,所述油泵从动齿轮与所述油泵连接,所述油泵驱动齿轮与所述油泵从动齿轮啮合。
在某些实施方式中,所述油底壳两侧上端设有挡板机构。
在某些实施方式中,所述挡板机构包括挡板和单开门,所述单开门位于所述挡板中部。
在某些实施方式中,所述左减速机构设有左输出轴,所述右减速机构设有右输出轴。
在某些实施方式中,所述输出轴中部设有伞轴,所述左输出轴和所述右输出轴均与与所述伞轴啮合连接。
本发明提供的一种双电机纯电动减速箱防吸空系统,其优点在于通过将油液过滤器布置在输出轴正下方的所述的油底壳内,油底壳位于所述的整箱的最低点,油泵通过油液过滤器吸油,可保证飞行器倾斜时油底壳内仍存在大量油液,降低油泵吸空导致的失效风险,同时可以使油底壳内的空间更紧凑,降低纯电动减速箱重量;油泵通过输出轴进行左右电机进行双重驱动,可以保证左驱动电机失效或右驱动电机失效时,油泵仍可以正常工作。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图,对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
如图1-图3所示:
根据本发明的一种双电机纯电动减速箱防吸空系统,包括箱体1、输出轴2、驱动机构3、油泵4、油液过滤器5、左驱动电机6、右驱动电机7、左减速机构8和右减速机构9,箱体1左右两侧设有左驱动电机6和右驱动电机7,左驱动电机6和右驱动电机7内侧连接有左减速机构8和右减速机构9,输出轴2设置于箱体1中部,左减速机构8和右减速机构9与输出轴2活动连接,输出轴2与油泵4通过驱动机构3连接,油泵4下端连接有油液过滤器5,左驱动电机6经过所述的左减速机构8进行减速后,由输出轴2输出动力,右驱动电机7经过所述的右减速结构9进行减速后,也由输出轴2输出动力;左驱动电机6、左驱减速机构8和右驱动电机7、右减速机构9对称布置在输出轴2两侧。
箱体1下端设有油底壳11,油液过滤器5位于油底壳11内部,油泵4位于油底壳11上端,油液过滤器5布置在输出轴2正下方的油底壳11内,油底壳11位于箱体1的最低点,油泵4通过油液过滤器5吸油,可保证飞行器倾斜时油底壳11内仍存在大量油液,降低油泵4吸空导致的失效风险。
驱动机构3包括油泵驱动齿轮31和油泵从动齿轮32,油泵驱动齿轮31固接于输出轴2底端,油泵从动齿轮32与油泵4连接,油泵驱动齿轮31与油泵从动齿轮32啮合,可通过左右驱动电机同时或单独驱动油泵4。
油底壳11两侧上端设有挡板机构12,挡板机构12包括挡板121和单开门122,单开门122位于挡板121中部,单开门122只可向油底壳11一侧打开,油底壳11两侧设置有左右两侧挡板机构12,左侧挡板121的单开门122使得油液从左侧箱体回流到油底壳11,阻挡油底壳11的油液流到左侧挡板121左侧的箱体1内;右侧挡板121的单开门122允许油液从右侧箱体流到油底壳11,阻挡油底壳11内的油液流到所述的挡板121右侧的箱体1内;当箱体1左倾时,右侧挡板121右侧的油液通过单开门122可快速流回油底壳11,当箱体1右倾时,左侧挡板121左侧的油液通过单开门122可快速流回油底壳11,这样可以油底壳11内的液位高度,大幅度降低油泵4吸空进而导致油泵4失效的风险。
左减速机构8设有左输出轴81,右减速机构9设有右输出轴91,输出轴2中部设有伞轴21,左输出轴81和右输出轴91均与与伞轴21啮合连接,左驱动电机6和右驱动电机7分别经过所述的左减速机构8和右减速机构9减速后均由输出轴2输出动力,因此左驱动电机6单独工作时,油泵4可正常工作;右驱动电机7单独工作时,油泵4也可正常工作;左驱动电机6和右驱动电机7同时工作时,油泵4也可正常工作,油泵4可在其中一个电机失效时仍正常工作,保证整个减速箱的正常冷却润滑。
实施例1
根据本发明的一种双电机纯电动减速箱防吸空系统,包括箱体1、输出轴2、驱动机构3、油泵4、油液过滤器5、左驱动电机6、右驱动电机7、左减速机构8和右减速机构9;左驱动电机6经过左减速机构8进行减速后,由输出轴2输出动力;右驱动电机7经过右减速机构9进行减速后,也由输出轴8输出动力;左驱动电机6、左减速机构8和右驱动电机7、右减速机构9对称布置在输出轴2两侧。
输出轴2位于箱体1中间位置,油泵驱动齿轮7与输出轴2相连,油泵驱动齿轮7驱动油泵从动齿轮2,油泵从动齿轮2驱动油泵4工作。
另外,油泵4也可直接与输出轴2相连,由输出轴2直接驱动进行工作。
左驱动电机6和右驱动电机7分别经过左减速机构8和右减速机构9进行减速后均由输出轴2输出动力,因此左驱动电机6单独工作时油泵4可正常工作;右驱动电机7单独工作时油泵4也可正常工作;左驱动电机6和右驱动电机7均工作时油泵4也可正常工作。
油液过滤器5布置在输出轴2正下方的油底壳11内,该油底壳11位于整个箱体1的最低点,油泵4通过油液过滤器5进行吸油,该结构可降低由于飞行器倾斜造成油泵4吸空导致的失效风险。
油泵4位于输出轴2下方,同时位于油液吸滤器5上方或者与油液吸滤器5并排布置在油底壳11内,这样可以使油底壳11内的空间更紧凑,降低纯电动减速箱重量。
油底壳11两侧分别设置左挡油板9和右挡油板3,左挡油板9允许油液从左挡油板9左侧流回到油底壳11内,不允许油底壳11的油液流到左挡油板9的左侧;右挡油板3允许油液从右挡油板3右侧流回到油底壳11内,不允许油底壳11内的油液流到右挡油板3的右侧;当箱体1左倾时,右挡油板3右侧的油液可快速流回油底壳11,保证油底壳11内的液位高度,避免油泵4出现吸空风险;当箱体1右倾时,左侧挡油板9左侧的油液可快速流回油底壳11,保证油底壳11内的液位高度,避免油泵4出现吸空风险;这样可以大幅度降低油泵4吸空进而导致油泵4失效的风险。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种双电机纯电动减速箱防吸空系统,其特征在于,包括箱体(1)、输出轴(2)、驱动机构(3)、油泵(4)、油液过滤器(5)、左驱动电机(6)、右驱动电机(7)、左减速机构(8)和右减速机构(9),所述箱体(1)左右两侧设有所述左驱动电机(6)和所述右驱动电机(7),所述左驱动电机(6)和所述右驱动电机(7)内侧连接有所述左减速机构(8)和所述右减速机构(9),所述输出轴(2)设置于所述箱体(1)中部,所述左减速机构(8)和所述右减速机构(9)与所述输出轴(2)活动连接,所述输出轴(2)与所述油泵(4)通过所述驱动机构(3)连接,所述油泵(4)下端连接有所述油液过滤器(5);所述箱体(1)下端设有油底壳(11),所述油液过滤器(5)位于所述油底壳(11)内部,所述油泵(4)位于所述油底壳(11)上端;所述油底壳(11)两侧上端设有挡板机构(12),所述挡板机构(12)包括挡板(121)和单开门(122),所述单开门(122)位于所述挡板(121)中部,所述单开门(122)只可向油底壳(11)一侧打开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双电机纯电动减速箱防吸空系统,其特征在于,所述驱动机构(3)包括油泵驱动齿轮(31)和油泵从动齿轮(32),所述油泵驱动齿轮(31)固接于所述输出轴(2)底端,所述油泵从动齿轮(32)与所述油泵(4)连接,所述油泵驱动齿轮(31)与所述油泵从动齿轮(32)啮合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双电机纯电动减速箱防吸空系统,其特征在于,所述左减速机构(8)设有左输出轴(81),所述右减速机构(9)设有右输出轴(91)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双电机纯电动减速箱防吸空系统,其特征在于,所述输出轴(2)中部设有伞轴(21),所述左输出轴(81)和所述右输出轴(91)均与所述伞轴(21)啮合连接。
