Abstract

The invention discloses a compound five-vein green chorionic villus composition with skin color brightening, anti-allergy and relieving effects and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of five-vein green velvet artemisia, 10-50 parts of rhodiola rosea and 10-50 parts of phyllanthus emblica. The invention also comprises a preparation method and application of the composition. The composition provided by the invention is used in skin care products for brightening skin color and resisting allergy and relieving, and has the advantages of milder effect on skin, no irritation and higher safety.

The Artemisia rupestris L.is the whole herb of the Papaveraceae plant Artemisia rupestris L Meconopsis quintuplinervia regel. Cool, sweet and astringent, has effects of clearing heat and promoting urination, and relieving inflammation and pain, and can be used for treating pneumonia, hepatitis, liver and lung heat syndrome, and edema. Mainly contains alkaloid components such as oripavine, norsanguinarine, five-vein green chorine arteannuin, etc., and flavonoid components such as luteolin, quercetin, dihydroquercetin, etc.

The fructus Phyllanthi is dried mature fruit of Euphorbiaceae plant Phyllanthus emblica Phyllanthus emblica L. Cool, sour and astringent, has effects of clearing heat and cooling blood, resolving food stagnation and invigorating stomach, promoting fluid production and relieving cough, and can be used for treating blood heat and blood stasis, dyspepsia, abdominal distention, cough, laryngalgia and dry mouth. Mainly contains gallic acid, ellagic acid, rutin, quercetin, etc.

The preparation method of the compound five-vein green chorionic villus composition with the functions of brightening skin color and resisting allergy and relieving comprises the following steps in sequence:

(1) Weighing dried five-vein green fleeceflower root, rhodiola rosea and phyllanthus emblica, mixing, crushing, and sieving with a 20-mesh sieve to obtain mixed powder;

Example 2

Example 3

Example 4

A compound five-vein green chorifolious wormwood composition with skin color brightening, anti-allergy and relieving effects is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of five-vein green-fine-grained wormwood, 30 parts of rhodiola rosea and 40 parts of phyllanthus emblica.

(2) Adding water into the mixed powder obtained in the step (1) according to the volume-to-mass ratio of 20:1, carrying out reflux extraction for 2 times, each time for 1.5 hours, filtering, merging filtrate, and concentrating at normal pressure to obtain clear paste;

(3) Adding water into the fluid extract obtained in the step (2) until the concentration is 2g/mL, then adding 95% ethanol to enable the alcohol content to reach 50%, standing overnight, taking filtered supernatant, and drying under reduced pressure to obtain the compound five-vein artemisia annua composition with the effects of brightening skin color and resisting allergy and relieving.

Example 5

A compound five-vein green chorifolious wormwood composition with skin color brightening, anti-allergy and relieving effects is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of five-vein green-fine-grained wormwood, 40 parts of rhodiola rosea and 40 parts of phyllanthus emblica.

(2) Adding water into the mixed powder obtained in the step (1) according to the volume-to-mass ratio of 25:1, carrying out reflux extraction for 2 times and 2.5 hours each time, filtering, merging filtrate, and concentrating at normal pressure to obtain clear paste;

(3) Adding water into the fluid extract obtained in the step (2) until the concentration is 1g/mL, adding 95% ethanol to enable the alcohol content to reach 75%, standing overnight, taking filtered supernatant, and drying under reduced pressure to obtain the compound five-vein artemisia annua composition with the effects of brightening skin color and resisting allergy and relieving.

Experimental example

The compositions obtained in example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were taken and prepared into corresponding skin creams according to the formulation shown in Table 1.

1. Skin color brightening effect comparison experiment

(1) A subject: selecting 70 persons of a subject, women, and workers in the room with ages of 20-45 years, wherein the subject exclusion condition meets the inclusion and exclusion standard of the cosmetic contact dermatitis diagnosis standard and the treatment principle; no severe systemic disease, no immunodeficiency or autoimmune disease; no active allergic disease; no allergic history to skin care cosmetics; hormone drugs and immunosuppressants have not been used throughout the body for 1 month, not during gestation or lactation; no ethical contraindications; skin color was tested between II-IV using healthy subjects according to the Chardon group method. Subjects were randomly divided into 7 groups of 10 persons each, and skin lightening effect comparison experiments were performed using the skin cream prepared from example 1 and the comparative example composition described above.

(2) The test indexes are as follows: skin whiteness (brightness) (L ^* Value): l (L) ^* The value is white balance, and the larger the value, the more the color is biased to white, and vice versa.
