Description

Compound five-vein green chorifola medicine composition with skin color brightening, anti-allergy and soothing effects and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refined daily necessities, in particular to a compound five-vein green chorionic villus composition with the effects of brightening skin color and resisting allergy and relieving and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Skin color, i.e., skin color, is the skin color reflected by pigmentation of the human skin epidermis layer, such as melanin, protoheme, and bilirubin. Skin colors are distributed differently in different areas and people. Skin color is related to the content and distribution (granular or dispersed) of melanin in the skin. Melanin is concentrated in and among cells of the germinal layer of the epidermis. The dermis layer is generally free of melanin, but when pigmented, it can be made to appear cyan through the skin, such as the sacral portion of the neonate and the gray-cyan spots of the buttocks. In addition, the color of the skin is also related to the blood in the microvasculature, the roughness of the skin, and the degree of moisturization.
Most Asian women hope to have bright and white skin, but under the conditions of accelerated work and life rhythm and increased pressure in modern society, many Asian women have skin health problems of dull complexion and increased skin darkness, which causes trouble to their daily life and work. Thus, the need for skin lightening products is also an urgent need for asian female skin care products.
Along with the frequent use of various skin care and cosmetic products and the increase of external bad stimulus such as environmental pollution, the proportion of people with sensitive skin is also increasing. Sensitive skin is easy to have symptoms such as skin redness, fever, itching, stinging and the like, and skin reddening and rash can occur when the sensitive skin is severe, and in addition, the problems such as uneven skin color, marks or spots left by fading of inflammation and the like can also occur. Sensitive skin also causes the problems of thinning, incomplete stratum corneum, easy desquamation, poor water retention capacity, tight and dry skin and the like. With the continuous increase of the quality requirements of skin care and cosmetic products, consumers also want products which have milder effect on skin, no irritation and higher safety.
At present, skin care products which can lighten skin color and resist allergy and relieve are still less visible. The products with the function of brightening skin color mostly adopt vitamin C, fruit acid, kojic acid, tretinoin and the like, and the raw materials are easy to cause the problems of redness, swelling, fever, itching, stinging and the like of sensitive skin, and the products do not brighten skin color, but cause new skin problems. Therefore, consumers want products with both functions, providing new solutions to skin problems.

1. Skin color brightening effect comparison experiment
(1) A subject: selecting 70 persons of a subject, women, and workers in the room with ages of 20-45 years, wherein the subject exclusion condition meets the inclusion and exclusion standard of the cosmetic contact dermatitis diagnosis standard and the treatment principle; no severe systemic disease, no immunodeficiency or autoimmune disease; no active allergic disease; no allergic history to skin care cosmetics; hormone drugs and immunosuppressants have not been used throughout the body for 1 month, not during gestation or lactation; no ethical contraindications; skin color was tested between II-IV using healthy subjects according to the Chardon group method. Subjects were randomly divided into 7 groups of 10 persons each, and skin lightening effect comparison experiments were performed using the skin cream prepared from example 1 and the comparative example composition described above.
(2) The test indexes are as follows: skin whiteness (brightness) (L * Value): l (L) * The value is white balance, and the larger the value, the more the color is biased to white, and vice versa.
Skin brightness (darkness) (ita° value): ITA DEG is the individual type angle of the skin, and is equal to L * Value sum b * A value related to a numerical value representing skin brightness. The greater the ITA DEG value, the brighter the skin, and conversely the darker the skin.
The testing method comprises the following steps: the inner sides of the left and right arm crank arms of the test subject are selected as test areas (the areas are the same), random marking is carried out, a blank area is set (no sample is used), the test areas are coated with test samples, the test areas are coated with the test samples 1 time a day in the morning and evening, and the coating amount is according to the personal use habit. The use period was 8 weeks. The subjects did not change the brands and habits of daily use of the cleaning products during the test. After 8 weeks of application of the test product, data were collected from the test sites using a test instrument (Mexameter MX 18 skin melanin and heme tester, MPA9 multifunctional skin tester and colorimetric test probe, germany CK).
Data analysis: if the data is normally distributed, the method of t-test is applied to analyze the variation of the data before and after using the sample and the difference between the test zone and the matrix zone. And if the data are in non-normal distribution, applying rank sum test to carry out corresponding statistical analysis, and obtaining a conclusion whether the data are valid or not according to a calculation result. The data calculation formula is shown in the formula (1) and the formula (2).
Formula (1) DeltaL * Value=l * Value (test area) -L * Values (white space), formula (2) Δita° values = ita° values (test area) -ita° (white space).
Skin whiteness (brightness) (L * Values) are shown in table 2.

2. Anti-allergic antipruritic test
After 1 week of adaptive feeding of 90 mice, the mice were randomly divided into 9 groups: blank, histamine, inventive example 1, comparative examples 1-6, 10 per group. In the experiment, the back hair of the mice is removed by 1% sodium sulfide, the area of the dehaired skin area is 2cm multiplied by 3cm, and the mice are used for the experiment after 2 days. In the experiment, corresponding samples (0.2 ml/mouse) are respectively smeared on the back dehairing area of each group of animals, and 50 mu L/mouse are injected into the neck and back skin of each group of mice except for a blank control group 1h after the last administration for 5 days. After administration of histamine, the itching of the mice was observed and the number of itching of the mice was recorded over 30 min. The test data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software, the statistics were represented by mean.+ -. Standard deviation, and if the data were normally distributed, the variation of the data before and after using the samples and the difference between the test zone and the matrix zone were analyzed by applying the t-test method. And if the data are in non-normal distribution, applying rank sum test to carry out corresponding statistical analysis, and obtaining a conclusion whether the data are valid or not according to a calculation result. The results of the anti-allergic antipruritic test are shown in Table 3.

as shown in Table 3, the product of the example of the present invention has an obvious anti-allergic and antipruritic effect on itching caused by histamine, and has a remarkable difference (P < 0.01) compared with the histamine model group, and the itching frequency of the product of the example 1 is obviously lower than that of the other comparative examples compared with the other comparative examples, although the itching frequency is still higher than that of the blank group, and the antipruritic effect is obvious. The formula of the invention has obvious synergistic anti-allergic and relieving effects, and has obvious anti-allergic and antipruritic effects and definite synergistic effects compared with a comparative example product containing only one or two raw materials.
While the invention has been described in detail in terms of specific embodiments thereof, it should not be construed as limiting the scope of the patent. Various modifications and variations which may be made by those skilled in the art without the creative effort are within the scope of the patent described in the claims.
