Abstract
The invention discloses a multiple granular silky scrub cream and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing mixed liquid, heating and stirring and sterilizing a finished product. The scrub cream has smooth particle appearance and silky skin feel, is nontoxic to a human body, does not scratch the face or influence the blood circulation of the face skin when in use, has good scrub effect and good dirt removing effect, and simultaneously has a large temperature tolerance range through the mutual combination of various raw materials of a surfactant, an emulsifier and a silky composition, and can suspend and stabilize the scrub particle composition at different temperatures, so that the scrub cream is suitable for people with oily skin and oily hair, and can improve the dirt removing effect of the people with oily skin and oily hair.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of scrub cream, and particularly relates to various granular silky scrub cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The scrub cream is an emulsified skin cleaning product containing uniform fine particles, is mainly used for removing dirt in the deep layer of skin, can peel aged scaly cutin by rubbing on the skin to remove dead skin, can be divided into face and body according to nursing, contains insoluble solid abrasive materials, is an emulsified cream for deeper cleaning of the face skin, properly massages the cream on the skin when in use, and can remove the dirt which is difficult to remove and aged stratum corneum cells accumulated on the surface of the skin by rubbing action of the abrasive materials such as apricot hull powder, nylon powder and the like while exerting the cleaning effect of oil, water and surfactant in the preparation;
the existing scrub cream has a small temperature tolerance range, has poor dirt removing effect for people with oily skin or oily hair, is not smooth in scrub particles, is easy to scratch the skin when being rubbed on the face, is hard in texture and is not beneficial to blood circulation of the skin of the face.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a plurality of granular silky scrub creams and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the multiple granular silky scrub cream is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-65 parts of frosted particle composition, 10-25 parts of surfactant, 5-10 parts of avocado oil, 5-10 parts of coconut oil, 5-10 parts of deionized water, 1-5 parts of humectant, 1-3 parts of emulsifier, 0.1-2 parts of silk feeling composition, 0.5-1 part of polyglycerol-10 laurate, 0.5-1 part of sweet orange extract, 0.01-0.1 part of lavender essential oil, 0.01-0.1 part of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate and 0.01-0.1 part of citric acid.
Preferably, the abrasive particle composition is sea salt, sucrose, jojoba particles, cellulose abrasive particles, hydrated silica, charcoal powder, and color soft beads.
Preferably, the surfactants are sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, decyl glucoside, and ammonium laureth sulfate.
Preferably, the silk feeling composition is alginate oligosaccharide, sodium hyaluronate, polyquaternium-7, fructo-oligosaccharide, oat beta-glucan and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Preferably, the emulsifier is tween-20, glyceryl stearate, PEG-20 stearate and PEG-100 stearate.
According to the multiple granular silky facial scrub, the preparation method of the multiple granular silky facial scrub is provided, and comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a mixed solution, dissolving sucrose and sea salt in deionized water, adding jojoba particles, cellulose frosted particles, hydrated silica, carbon powder and colored soft beads in the deionized water, mixing and stirring to obtain a mixed solution A, and adding avocado oil, coconut oil, a humectant, polyglycerol-10 laurate, sweet orange extract, lavender essential oil, tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, citric acid, a surfactant, a silk feeling composition and an emulsifier in the mixed solution to obtain a mixed solution B;
s2, heating and stirring, namely heating the mixed solution B to 60-80 ℃, naturally cooling the mixed solution B to 45-55 ℃, pouring the cooled mixed solution B into a magnetic stirring tank to stir for 20-30 min, so that the mixed solution B is uniformly mixed, and finally obtaining a paste;
and S3, sterilizing the finished product to obtain a paste, adding a phenolic preservative into the magnetic stirring tank, continuously stirring for 3-5 min, opening the magnetic stirring tank to cool the paste to room temperature, taking out the paste, sterilizing, filling the sterilized paste, and packaging to obtain the finished scrub cream.
Preferably, in the step S1, the deionized water in which the sucrose and the sea salt are dissolved is heated to 70-80 ℃, and is kept warm for 5-10 min, and then other raw materials are added.
Preferably, the sterilized paste in S3 is treated by ultrasound, centrifugation or vacuum to remove air bubbles in the paste, and the device used for removing air bubbles is an ultrasonic wave defoaming machine, a centrifugal defoaming machine or a vacuum defoaming machine.

The multiple granular silky scrub cream is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-65 parts of frosted particle composition, 10-25 parts of surfactant, 5-10 parts of avocado oil, 5-10 parts of coconut oil, 5-10 parts of deionized water, 1-5 parts of humectant, 1-3 parts of emulsifier, 0.1-2 parts of silk feeling composition, 0.5-1 part of polyglycerol-10 laurate, 0.5-1 part of sweet orange extract, 0.01-0.1 part of lavender essential oil, 0.01-0.1 part of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate and 0.01-0.1 part of citric acid, wherein the avocado oil is suitable for dry skin, sensitive skin, water-deficient skin and eczema skin. When the face cleanser is used on the face, the face cleanser can be used as a cleansing milk, the deep cleansing effect is good, the effects of metabolism, black spot lightening and wrinkle removing are good, and the lavender essential oil and the sweet orange extracting solution can play a role in increasing fragrance;

s1, preparing a mixed solution, dissolving sucrose and sea salt in deionized water, heating the deionized water in which the sucrose and the sea salt are dissolved to 70-80 ℃, keeping the temperature for 5-10 min, adding jojoba particles, cellulose frosted particles, hydrated silica, carbon powder and colored soft beads in the deionized water, mixing and stirring to obtain a mixed solution A, adding avocado oil, coconut oil, a humectant, polyglycerol-10 laurate, a sweet orange extracting solution, lavender essential oil, tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, citric acid, a surfactant, a silk feeling composition and an emulsifier in the mixed solution to obtain a mixed solution B, dissolving the sucrose and the sea salt, and then adding the rest raw materials into the heated deionized water, so that the raw material mixing efficiency can be improved;
s2, heating and stirring, namely heating the mixed solution B to 60-80 ℃, naturally cooling the mixed solution B to 45-55 ℃, pouring the cooled mixed solution B into a magnetic stirring tank to stir for 20-30 min, so that the mixed solution B is uniformly mixed, and finally obtaining a paste;
and S3, sterilizing the finished product, adding a phenolic preservative into the magnetic stirring tank after obtaining the paste, then continuing to stir for 3-5 min, opening the magnetic stirring tank to cool the paste to room temperature, then taking out the paste for sterilization, filling and packaging the sterilized paste to obtain the finished scrub cream product, wherein the sterilized paste needs to be subjected to ultrasonic treatment, centrifugal treatment or vacuum treatment to remove bubbles in the paste, and the equipment used for removing the bubbles is an ultrasonic defoaming machine, a centrifugal defoaming machine or a vacuum defoaming machine.

A multiple granular silky scrub cream is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-65 parts of frosted particle composition, 10-25 parts of surfactant, 5-10 parts of avocado oil, 5-10 parts of coconut oil, 5-10 parts of deionized water, 1-5 parts of humectant, 1-3 parts of emulsifier, 0.1-2 parts of silk feeling composition, 0.5-1 part of polyglycerol-10 laurate, 0.5-1 part of sweet orange extract, 0.01-0.1 part of lavender essential oil, 0.01-0.1 part of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate and 0.01-0.1 part of citric acid.

3. The plurality of particulate silky scrub of claim 1, wherein: the surfactant is sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, decyl glucoside, and ammonium laureth sulfate.
4. The plurality of particulate silky scrub of claim 1, wherein: the silk feeling composition is seaweed oligosaccharide, sodium hyaluronate, polyquaternium-7, fructo-oligosaccharide, oat beta-glucan and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
5. The plurality of particulate silky scrub of claim 1, wherein: the emulsifier is Tween-20, glyceryl stearate, PEG-20 stearate and PEG-100 stearate.
6. The method for preparing a plurality of granular silky scrub creams as claimed in claims 1-5, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
