Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to sea salt particle polishing facial cleanser and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The facial cleanser is also called facial cleanser, and is a high-grade face cleanser and can clean dirt on the face and remove makeup. The facial cleanser with excellent quality has the effects of cleaning, nourishing, protecting skin and the like. The decontamination mechanism is to utilize a surfactant to reduce the surface tension of dirt and remove the dirt through the actions of wetting, dispersing, foaming, emulsifying and the like. Face cleansers can be divided into soap-based and non-soap-based types. The soap base type contains fatty acid soap components, has rich foam, is easy to wash, but has slight irritation, and the washed skin has tight feeling. The non-soap-based product has greasy feeling after being washed, the foaming power, the cleaning power and the irritation are different due to different compounded surfactants, and for improving the foaming power and the cleaning power and reducing the cost, some surfactants with stronger alkalinity and stronger irritation are added into the non-soap-based product, and if the non-soap-based product is used for a long time, a sebum film is damaged, and the skin is easily damaged by the outside.
The facial cleanser on the market at present is confetti, has uneven quality, cannot meet the requirements of people, cannot well nourish the skin of people, cannot effectively remove cutin and mites, and cannot effectively and mildly moisten the skin when in use.
Disclosure of Invention
The sea salt particle frosted cleansing milk is mild and moist, has a particle massage feeling when being used, and can effectively control oil, remove cutin, remove acne, remove mites and clean pores.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme for solving the technical problems:
the sea salt particle facial scrub comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 50 ~ 70 parts of sea salt, 6 ~ 12 parts of decyl glucoside, 4 ~ 012 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 2 ~ 18 parts of propylene glycol, 2 ~ 28 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1 ~ 39 parts of sucrose, 1 ~ 4 parts of sodium cocoyl isethionate, 1 ~ 5 parts of cocamide DEA, 1 ~ 4 parts of glycerol glucoside, 0.5 ~ 4 parts of sodium lauryl glycolcarboxylate, 0.1 ~ 0.4 parts of ceramide 2, 0.05 ~ 0.3 parts of oligopeptide-1, 0.2 ~ 0.8.8 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, and 0.1 ~ 0.6.6 parts of DMDM hydantoin.
Preferably, the sea salt particle scrub facial cleanser comprises the following raw material components, by weight, 55 ~ 65 parts of sea salt, 7 ~ 11 parts of decyl glucoside, 6 ~ 010 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 3 ~ 17 parts of propylene glycol, 4 ~ 26 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 3 ~ 37 parts of sucrose, 1 ~ 3 parts of sodium cocoyl isethionate, 1 ~ 4 parts of cocamide DEA, 1 ~ 3 parts of glycerol glucoside, 0.5 ~ 3 parts of sodium lauryl glycolate, 0.1 ~ 0.3, 0.3 parts of ceramide 2, 0.1 ~ 0.2, 0.2 parts of oligopeptide-1, 0.3 ~ 0.7, 0.7 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, and 0.1 ~ 0.5, 0.5 parts of DMDM hydantoin.
Most preferably, the sea salt particle scrub facial cleanser comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 59 parts of sea salt, 9 parts of decyl glucoside, 8 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 5 parts of propylene glycol, 5 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 5 parts of sucrose, 2 parts of sodium cocoyl isethionate, 2 parts of cocamide DEA, 2 parts of glycerol glucoside, 2 parts of sodium lauryl glycolate, 0.15 part of ceramide 2, 0.15 part of oligopeptide-1, 0.5 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.3 part of DMDM hydantoin.
Preferably, the preparation method of the sea salt comprises the steps of adding auxiliary fuel into the sea mud, burning the sea mud, collecting burning steam, cooling to 20 ~ 30 ℃ to obtain liquid, adding polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate into the liquid, performing suction filtration for 2 ~ 4 times, adding calcium carbonate, uniformly stirring, adding Fenton reagent, performing suction filtration for 2 ~ 4 times, distilling, collecting steam, and drying to obtain the sea salt.
Preferably, the weight ratio of sea salt to auxiliary combustion is 5 ~ 10: 1.
Preferably, the auxiliary fuel is gasoline.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the liquid, the polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate, the calcium carbonate and the Fenton reagent is 90 ~ 100:1 ~ 2:0.5 ~ 1.5.5: 2 ~ 4.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sea salt particle frosted facial cleanser, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding sea salt, decyl glucoside, sodium cocoyl glycinate, propylene glycol, cocoamidopropyl betaine, sucrose, sodium cocoyl isethionate, cocoamidoDEA, glycerol glucoside, sodium lauryl glycolate and polydimethylsiloxane into a reaction kettle, heating to 80 ~ 100 ℃, and stirring at 600 ~ 800rpm for 20 ~ 40 min;
(2) cooling to 40 ~ 50 deg.C, adding ceramide 2, oligopeptide-1, and DMDM hydantoin, and stirring at 300 ~ 500rpm and 500rpm for 40 ~ 60min to obtain the final product.
Preferably, the stirring in the step (1) is carried out at 700rpm for 30 min.
Preferably, the stirring in the step (2) is carried out for 50min at the rotating speed of 400 rpm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the sea salt particle scrub facial cleanser is mild and moist, and can effectively control oil, remove acnes, remove cutin, clean pores and remove mites; (2) the sea salt can make the skin soft and healthy, can improve the tension of the skin to a great extent, and the magnesium in the sea salt can prevent the water from being retained in the skin and take away the water to the maximum extent; (3) the sea salt particles break through the traditional common cleaning, can be used for massaging and kneading, deeply cleaning and removing cutin by the sea salt particles, and really achieve the effects of nourishing and protecting the skin by the salt.
