The invention discloses a mild cleaning bath bubble and a preparation method thereof, the formula comprises 50-80 parts of deionized water, 10-25 parts of surfactant, 5-10 parts of humectant, 2-8 parts of W mild composition, 1-3 parts of skin conditioner, 0.3-0.8 part of preservative, 0.1-0.5 part of S soothing essential oil composition, 0.05-0.1 part of chelating agent and 0.01-0.1 part of pH regulator, the deionized water, the chelating agent, the humectant and the surfactant in the formula are heated and mixed in advance, after the pH is adjusted by cooling, the W mild composition, the S soothing essential oil composition, the skin conditioner, the preservative and essence are added, and the mixture is fully stirred, dissolved and uniformly dispersed to obtain the mild cleaning bath bubble, the bath bubble prepared by mutually combining the surfactant and the W mild composition has the mild cleaning effect and the soothing effect of the S soothing essential oil composition, the user can experience comfortable use feeling in the bathing process.

Technical Field

Background
The bath bubble is also called bath mousse, is a kind of bath lotion, is a liquid cleaning agent used in bath, can obtain a bubble like cream by pumping and shearing liquid in a bottle by pressing a foam pump head, is a popular cleaning product in China, and has the functions of generating foam by a main surfactant, lubricating skin, emulsifying and decontaminating dirt and oil stains, and improving skin feel and foaming power and reducing irritation by an auxiliary surfactant. Moisturizers, such as glycerin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, etc., keep the skin moisture and prevent skin dryness. pH regulator for regulating pH value of system, such as citric acid, sodium citrate, lactic acid, etc., chelating agent, hard water resisting function, such as sodium ethylenediamine tetracetate, phosphate, etc., preservative for preventing microbial spoilage of product, such as methyl ester, phenoxyethanol, etc., and functional additive for skin care.

Preferably, the surfactant is cocamidopropyl betaine, decyl glucoside, sodium cocoamphoacetate, disodium laureth sulfosuccinate, sodium lauroamphoacetate, polyglycerol-10 laurate, or tween-20.
Preferably, the humectant is glycerin, diglycerin, hydroxyethyl urea, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum and algal oligosaccharides.
Preferably, the warrior composition is a composition of 2 or more of peony root extract, lactobacillus fermentation lysate, sophora fruit extract, hydrolyzed millet, aloe extract and soapberry fruit extract.
Preferably, the skin conditioner is a composition containing more than 2 of algal oligosaccharide, fructo-oligosaccharide, cationic oat beta-glucan and glycerol polyether-26.
Preferably, the preservative comprises a composition of more than 2 of ethylhexyl glycerol, p-hydroxyacetophenone and caprylyl glycol.
Preferably, the S soothing essential oil composition comprises lavender essential oil, sweet orange essential oil, geranium essential oil, rose essential oil and rosemary essential oil.
According to the mild detergent bath bubble, the preparation method of the mild detergent bath bubble is provided, and comprises the following steps:
s1, heating and mixing, namely preheating deionized water, a chelating agent, a humectant and a surfactant in the formula, and then mixing the deionized water, the chelating agent, the humectant and the surfactant in the formula;
s2, cooling and adjusting the pH value, cooling the deionized water, the chelating agent, the humectant and the surfactant in the formula, and then adjusting the pH values of the deionized water, the chelating agent, the humectant and the surfactant;
and S3, adding ingredients, adding the W mild combination agent, the S soothing essential oil composition, the skin conditioner, the preservative and the essence into the deionized water, the chelating agent, the humectant and the surfactant which are heated, mixed and cooled to adjust the pH value, mixing and stirring the mixture until the mixture is dissolved and dispersed uniformly, and thus obtaining the mild cleaning and bathing bubble.

A mild cleansing bath bubble comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of deionized water, 10-25 parts of surfactant, 5-10 parts of humectant, 2-8 parts of W mild composition, 1-3 parts of skin conditioner, 0.3-0.8 part of preservative, 0.1-0.5 part of S soothing essential oil composition, 0.05-0.1 part of chelating agent and 0.01-0.1 part of pH regulator, the bath bubble prepared by mutually combining the surfactant and the W mild composition has a mild cleaning effect, and the soothing effect of the S soothing essential oil composition is combined, so that a user can feel comfortable in the bath process.
The surfactant is cocamidopropyl betaine, decyl glucoside, sodium cocoamphoacetate, disodium laureth sulfosuccinate, sodium lauroamphoacetate, polyglycerol-10 laurate, and tween-20, including but not limited to the above materials.
The humectant is glycerol, diglycerol, hydroxyethyl urea, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum and algal oligosaccharides, including but not limited to the above raw materials, the hydroxyethyl urea provides a moisturizing function and does not have sticky hand feeling, and meanwhile, the humectant can increase skin elasticity and supplement skin moisture, and is good in compatibility with various skin care raw materials, mild and non-irritating, and the use experience of a user is improved.
The W mild composition is a composition containing 2 or more than 2 of peony root extract, lactobacillus fermentation lysate, sophora fruit extract, hydrolyzed millet, aloe extract and soapberry fruit extract, most of anthrone compounds in aloe have the functions of sterilization, bacteriostasis, inflammation diminishing, detoxification, wound healing promotion and the like, aloesin and aloe-emodin glycoside have the functions of sterilization and inflammation diminishing, and the functions of sterilization and inflammation diminishing of aloe can effectively eliminate acne and acne on skin.
The skin conditioner is a composition of 2 or more than 2 of alginate oligosaccharide, fructo-oligosaccharide, cationic oat beta-glucan and glycerol polyether-26, and comprises but is not limited to the raw materials.
The preservative comprises any one or combination of at least two of ethylhexyl glycerol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, phenoxyethanol or caprylyl glycol, wherein the combination of ethylhexyl glycerol and p-hydroxyacetophenone or the combination of phenoxyethanol and caprylyl glycol is most preferable.
The S soothing essential oil composition comprises any two or at least three of lavender essential oil, sweet orange essential oil, geranium essential oil, rose essential oil, rosemary essential oil or eucalyptus essential oil, wherein the combination of the lavender essential oil and the rose essential oil or the combination of the lavender essential oil, the sweet orange essential oil and the rose essential oil or the geranium essential oil, the rosemary essential oil or eucalyptus essential oil is the most preferable.
A preparation method of a mild cleansing bath bubble comprises the following steps:
s1, heating and mixing, namely preheating deionized water, a chelating agent, a humectant and a surfactant in a formula, and then mixing the deionized water, the chelating agent, the humectant and the surfactant in the formula;
s2, cooling and adjusting the pH value, cooling the deionized water, the chelating agent, the humectant and the surfactant in the formula, pouring the cooled deionized water, the chelating agent, the humectant and the surfactant into a stirring tank, stirring for 20-30 min, uniformly mixing the deionized water, the chelating agent, the humectant and the surfactant, testing the pH values of the deionized water, the chelating agent, the humectant and the surfactant through a pH value sensor, and optimally adjusting the pH value to be 5-6 according to the pH values of the ionized water, the chelating agent, the humectant and the surfactant;
and S3, adding ingredients, adding the W mild combination agent, the S soothing essential oil composition, the skin conditioner, the preservative and the essence into the deionized water, the chelating agent, the humectant and the surfactant which are heated, mixed and cooled to adjust the pH value, mixing and stirring the mixture until the mixture is dissolved and dispersed uniformly, and thus obtaining the mild cleaning bubble.
S4, standing, and standing the gently cleaned and washed bubble which is stirred uniformly for 10-12 h;

The mild cleansing and bathing bubble is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of deionized water, 10-25 parts of surfactant, 5-10 parts of humectant, 2-8 parts of W mild composition, 1-3 parts of skin conditioner, 0.3-0.8 part of preservative, 0.1-0.5 part of S soothing essential oil composition, 0.05-0.1 part of chelating agent and 0.01-0.1 part of pH regulator.
2. The mild cleansing bath bubble of claim 1, wherein: the surfactant is cocamidopropyl betaine, decyl glucoside, sodium cocoyl amphoacetate, disodium laureth sulfosuccinate, sodium lauroamphoacetate, polyglycerol-10 laurate, and tween-20.
3. The mild cleansing bath bubble of claim 1, wherein: the humectant is glycerol, diglycerol, hydroxyethyl urea, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum and algal oligosaccharide.
4. The mild cleansing bath bubble of claim 1, wherein: the W mild composition is a composition containing more than 2 of peony root extract, lactobacillus fermentation lysate, sophora fruit extract, hydrolyzed millet, aloe extract and soapberry fruit extract.
5. The mild cleansing bath bubble of claim 1, wherein: the skin conditioner is a composition containing more than 2 of alginate oligosaccharide, fructo-oligosaccharide, cationic oat beta-glucan and glyceryl polyether-26.
6. The mild cleansing bath bubble of claim 1, wherein: the antiseptic comprises more than 2 of ethylhexyl glycerol, p-hydroxyacetophenone and octyl glycol.
7. The mild cleansing bath bubble of claim 1, wherein: the S soothing essential oil composition comprises lavender essential oil, sweet orange essential oil, geranium essential oil, rose essential oil and rosemary essential oil.
8. The method of claims 1-7, wherein the method comprises: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, heating and mixing, namely preheating deionized water, a chelating agent, a humectant and a surfactant in the formula, and then mixing the deionized water, the chelating agent, the humectant and the surfactant in the formula;
