Description

Anti-dandruff shampoo containing compound zinc component and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to an anti-dandruff shampoo containing a compound zinc component and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Dandruff troubles currently afflict many people, and researchers find that an important cause of the mechanism of dandruff production is caused by excessive reproduction of the microorganism pityrosporum orbiculare. In the presence of large amounts of sebum on the skin of the head, the metabolism of pityrosporum orbiculare produces free fatty acids, which can lead to excessive keratinization of the itchy scalp, resulting in the production of large amounts of abnormal dandruff.
Moreover, physiological conditions of the skin of the head of a human body, such as excessive dryness of the skin of the head, excessive or abnormal secretion of oil and fat of the skin of the head, and the stimulation response of the skin of the head to a detergent, can also generate certain pathological scalp keratosis.
In order to treat dandruff, it is necessary to eliminate physiological abnormalities such as excessive secretion of fats and oils present in the skin of the head and abnormal keratinization of the scalp, and it is also necessary to suppress excessive proliferation of pityrosporum orbiculare. At present, the broad-spectrum bacteriostatic component of zinc pyrithione adopted by most shampoos utilizes the strong killing power of zinc pyrithione on most fungi and bacteria and the targeted inhibition effect on pityrosporum orbiculare to prevent the growth of pityrosporum orbiculare on scalp. However, because the zinc pyrithione is not stable enough in the shampoo system and is easy to discolor to cause the phenomenon of overall turbidity of the shampoo, which is easy to bring certain use and obstruct the mind of users, the zinc salt of the zinc pyrithione is protected from being complexed by adopting inorganic zinc salt zinc chloride and/or zinc sulfate at present and is used as an auxiliary additive for preventing the zinc pyrithione from generating discoloration reaction; in addition, because the zinc pyrithione is deposited on the scalp, has the functions of inhibiting and killing pityrosporum orbiculare and adsorbing the grease secretion of the scalp skin, the dandruff caused by scalp bacteria is solved, and simultaneously the scalp skin is relatively dry, which easily causes the phenomenon of dandruff caused by high sensitivity of the scalp skin or scalp pruritus and cuticle keratinization of a user with dry head skin.

Detailed Description
In order to make the examination committee more aware of the objects, features and functions of the present invention, the following detailed description of preferred embodiments is given:
the water-soluble organic zinc salt used in the invention has the following characteristics:
zinc lactate, another name: zinc α -hydroxypropionate of formula: c6H10ZnO6•3H2O, molecular weight: 297.38 (according to 1987, international atomic weight), is white granule or crystal powder, sweet in taste, easy to dissolve in hot water, small in molecular weight, good in stability and water solubility, and very good for human body to absorb, and related data show that the absorption peak is reached 16 hours after the zinc lactate is taken, and the highest absorption rate is up to 84%; it is prepared from lactic acid, sodium hydroxide and zinc sulfate or from lactic acid and zinc oxide as main raw materials. After the zinc salt is dissociated, lactate ions are good skin moisturizing ingredients with remarkable performance, and the skin moisturizing ingredients are applied to the field of skin care for many years.
Zinc gluconate: alias: zinc gluconate, molecular formula: c12H22O14Zn, molecular weight 455.68, is white crystal or granular powder, is easily soluble in water, is insoluble in ethanol, needs shading, and is sealed for storage. Many methods for synthesizing zinc gluconate include double decomposition, air catalytic oxidation, ion exchange resin, fermentation, electrolysis, etc., but the preferred method for industrial production is the paired electrolysis, which has the advantages of short process, low cost, less pollution and high product purity, and is a widely used processing and synthesizing route at present. Glucose is an energy substance and a nutrient component necessary for a human body, and the action of glucose on the human body muscle energy is also self-evident. Of course, glucose is also important due to its polyol molecular structure, one of the natural humectants.
Zinc pyrrolidone carboxylate, alternative name: zinc PCA, the PCA structure is the major component in the stratum corneum of the skin, one of the natural moisturizing factors. The PCA zinc changes sodium ions in the natural moisturizing factors into zinc ions with bacteriostatic action, and provides moisturizing action and excellent bacteriostatic property for skin. A number of scientific studies have shown that zinc can reduce excessive sebum secretion by inhibiting 5-a reductase.
The zinc lactate, the zinc gluconate or the zinc PCA and the zinc pyrithione have synergistic effect, and the important points are that the natural moisturizing effect is taken as an important combination for synergistically ensuring the anti-dandruff effect of the zinc pyrithione on the basis of providing free zinc, stabilizing the stable existence of the zinc pyrithione and reducing the color change risk of products. Meanwhile, free lactate ions, PCA (principle component) or gluconate ions or zinc lactate or zinc gluconate which is not free appear in the formula in the form of an organic humectant, so that a strong moistening effect is provided for hair or scalp, zinc salt is further introduced, the organic zinc salt is an active ingredient for metabolism of the human body and effective dandruff removal, and the organic zinc salt and the active ingredient supplement each other, so that the dandruff removal and the nourishing of dry scalp are effectively combined, and the treatment of both symptoms and root causes of dandruff is really realized.
Zinc phenolsulfonate: zincphenolsulfonate, molecular formula: c12H10O8S2Zn•8H2O, molecular weight 555.84, as white powdery crystals. Is widely used as astringent, antiperspirant, and deodorantHas the characteristics of oil control and skin refreshing. Has better solubility in alcohol or surfactant.
The synergistic effect of the zinc phenolsulfonate and the zinc pyrithione is mainly to provide free zinc, stabilize the stable existence of the zinc pyrithione and reduce the risk of discoloration of products, and ensure the anti-dandruff effect of the zinc pyrithione. Meanwhile, the free p-phenolsulfonate in the formula further provides an oil convergence/control effect and helps to reduce dandruff caused by excessive oil secretion due to oily hair.
Zinc undecylenate: ZincUndecenate, formula C22H38O4Molecular weight 431.92, white amorphous powder, was practically insoluble in water or ethanol. The undecylenic acid is mainly used as a raw material, firstly, the undecylenic acid and a sodium hydroxide solution are subjected to saponification reaction, then, the undecylenic acid and zinc sulfate are subjected to double decomposition reaction, and finally, the undecylenic acid is obtained by washing, centrifugal dehydration and drying. Is anionic surfactant, and can also be used as co-emulsifier for emulsified cosmetic. Has good emulsifying and sterilizing effects, and has antibacterial effect. When the zinc ion is complexed, undecylenic acid is formed, which has moderate bactericidal and fungistatic effects. While free zinc acts as an astringent, helping to reduce inflammation and irritation.
The undecylenic acid substance is a first generation of sterilization and itching relieving component, the zinc undecylenate and the zinc pyrithione have synergistic effect, and the antidandruff effect of the zinc pyrithione is ensured on the basis of providing free zinc, stabilizing the stable existence of the zinc pyrithione and reducing the color change risk of products. Meanwhile, the synergistic bacteriostatic action of the undecylenic acid and the zinc pyrithione helps to solve the dandruff condition caused by excessive reproduction of some fungi such as pityrosporum orbiculare and the like.
