Abstract
Description
The invention relates to cosmetics and household chemicals and is intended to produce a universal detergent for washing hands and dishes.
A skin cleanser “Troy” is known (Pat. 2134571 C1 RU, IPC A61K 7/48, 1998). The product contains an active component in the form of an infusion of ginseng biomass, hydrolyzed mussels, a denaturing additive selected from the group: diethyl phthalate, turpentine, fir oil, and also includes ethyl alcohol, fragrance and water. The method of preparing the Troy cleanser consists of the usual mixing of components - an infusion of ginseng biomass 0.05-0.10%; hydrolyzate from mussels 0.01-0.05%; diethyl phthalate 0.001-0.10%; fragrances 0.01-0.50%; ethyl alcohol 70.0-95.0% and water - the rest. The product has a tonic and cleansing effect, with a disinfectant effect. Suitable for cleaning any type of skin, and, having a wound-healing effect, can be used to clean the skin of the hands and face if it has cuts and abrasions. The disadvantage is that diethyl phthalate, which is part of the product, belongs to the category of moderately toxic compounds with a weak cumulative effect. It has irritating skin-resorptive, sensitizing, gonadotropic, teratogenic and mutagenic effects. And ethyl alcohol destroys the protective barrier and water-lipid mantle of the skin, as a result of which dermatitis and allergic reactions are possible.
There is a known method for producing natural soap (patent No. 2392300 RF, IPC C11D 13/00, 2008). The method involves introducing carbonates or bicarbonates of alkali and alkaline earth metals into water with constant stirring and a temperature of 20-25°C at atmospheric pressure, adding hydroxide of alkali and alkaline earth metals to the resulting solution, heating to a temperature of 90°C and stirring until the hydroxide is completely dissolved in the solution , heating to 125°C, adding oil or a mixture of oils, saponification of oils at a temperature of 90-125°C, maturation and plasticization with constant cooling to a temperature of 15-25°C, homogenization, introduction of an aqueous solution of a foaming stabilizer from a number of food foaming stabilizers and an aqueous solution of an antioxidant from a number of weak organic acids, useful additives and heating to a temperature of 100°C. Aqueous, oily or carbon dioxide extracts of medicinal plants, herbal decoctions or dry fine powders of medicinal plants are used as useful additives. The disadvantage of this product is the multicomponent nature and lengthy preparation process.
There is a known method for producing soap-based detergent compositions (Patent No. 2505597 of the Russian Federation, IPC C11D 9/00, 2014). The method involves producing soap containing soap shavings and functional additives, while the liquid microbiological preparation “EM-Vita” and EM ceramic powder with a particle size of 1-10 microns are used as additives, and the components are taken in the following ratio, wt. %: drug "EM-VITA" - 1-3%; “EM powder” - 0.3-0.5%; soap shavings - the rest. In addition, soap shavings are used in a mixture with hot-cooking laundry soap in a ratio of 7-10:1 by volume. The disadvantage is the use of ready-made soap shavings of unknown origin, which can lead to side effects.
The closest technical solution is the Method for producing environmentally friendly detergent from whey (Pat. No. 2093039, RU, IPC A23S 21/00, C11D 1/00, 1995). The essence of the method: whey filtrate with a dry matter content of 3.8-4.2%, acidity 55-65°T is fermented with a starter containing lactic acid bacteria of Bulgarian and acidophilus bacilli in a ratio of 1:1, the fermented filtrate is stirred for 30 minutes, fermented to an acidity of 190-210°T, thicken to a dry matter content of 51-53% and an acidity of 190-210°T, cool to 31-35°C, seed (lactose) in an amount of 0.02%, stir for 30 minutes , cooled to a temperature of 25-27°C and packaged. Common to the prototype is the use of whey in the composition. The difference is that in our case we use whey, enriched with metabolic products of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus strain 317/402 "Narine", which is introduced into the base of the detergent. Also new is the additional introduction of new active ingredients into the detergent composition in the form of a decoction of mussels with shells, and the dissolution of potassium hydroxide in a decoction of mussels and herbs.
The quantitative value of the components of the composition was chosen by the authors experimentally and is optimal, allowing to achieve the stated technical result. The introduction of formulation components below and above the specified quantitative values does not provide the expected physiological and preventive effect. The introduction of natural essential oils into the detergent formulation is due to their biochemical properties, which provide the necessary effect on the skin.
Rationale for the use of components. Numerous medical and cosmetic preparations are made from mussels (1). Mussels contain fat-soluble vitamins A and D, water-soluble B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12), vitamin F and others. The most important is provitamin D3 (7-dehydrocholesterol), which is rarely found in other raw materials, which, when irradiated with ultraviolet light, turns into vitamin D3. The content of a number of essential substances in mussel meat determines its high nutritional and biological value and medicinal properties. The biologically active substances contained in mussels in cosmetics have a moisturizing effect, prevent dehydration of the epidermis, increase the antioxidant protection of the skin, restore firmness and elasticity of the skin, restoring its tone and healthy appearance. Extracts and decoctions from mussels in creams and other dermatological compositions reduce and even prevent the negative effects of ultraviolet radiation. At the same time, there is a normalization of the enzyme systems of skin cells involved in the detoxification of reactive oxygen species. Cosmetics containing mussel extract, decoction or hydrolyzate tone the skin, restore its firmness and elasticity, and prevent dehydration of the epidermis (2). In addition to vitamins and amino acids, mussels contain a large number of microelements (Table 1).
(5).The mussel shell contains many different minerals, in particular Ca in an easily digestible form. Mussel meat contains a significant amount of micro- and macroelements, including rare ones (silver, titanium, vanadium, nickel, molybdenum), the content of which is an order of magnitude higher than in fish, and two orders of magnitude higher than the meat of terrestrial animals (3). Among the biologically active substances found in mussels, saxitoxin and a related group of toxins that cause blocking of the conductivity of the nervous system are of significant interest. They can be used to relieve the tone of smooth muscles and blood vessels. The drug mitilane, which belongs to the group of immunomodulators, was isolated from the interleaflet fluid. It has been established that mitilane induces the synthesis of interferon, which suppresses the pathogenic microflora S. typhimirum, Staphylococcus aureus, Yerseniapseudotuberculosis (4). To obtain biologically active components, hydrolysates, extracts and mussel decoctions are used (5).
The effectiveness of using waste products of lactic acid bacteria in the production of cosmetics was described by A. Ambartsumyan and Lang K. (6; 7). Studies have shown that cosmetics using them are physiological and beneficial for the human body at any age and have no contraindications for use. The antimicrobial effectiveness of different strains of lactic acid bacteria in pharmaceuticals has also been described.
