The skin composition and the bath lotion realize the balance of cleaning power, mildness and stability, and are particularly suitable for the elderly people suffering from body odor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily necessities, in particular to a skin composition, a body wash and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The soap-based bath product has the advantages of easy washing, excellent foaming power, rich and fine foam and thorough decontamination. However, the existing soap base product has the defects of dryness, strong irritation and unstable foam, and more importantly, the ideal balance among the cleaning power, the mildness and the stability of the product is difficult to achieve all the time. At present, in order to improve the cleaning power of soap-based body wash, the content of fatty acid is usually increased, however, the simple increase of the content of fatty acid brings great challenges to the degreasing power, stability and mildness of the product, so that the skin of the product after washing is dry and obviously dehydrated, and the skin is easy to crack due to the continuous use of the product.
Therefore, there is a need for a cleansing lotion that is a combination of cleansing, mildness and stability.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a skin composition, a bath lotion and a preparation method thereof, wherein the skin composition and the bath lotion have the advantages of cleaning power, mildness and stability
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a skin composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
6.0-10.0 parts of lauric acid;
2.5-6.0 parts of palmitic acid;
3.0-6.0 parts of myristic acid;
0.2-2.0 parts of high molecular weight fatty acid;

First, stability test
The skin composition of the present invention and the products of bath milk examples 1 to 3, comparative examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 6 were used formally according to the procedure of daily use, respectively, to evaluate the foaming speed and the foam quality, and the stability of the product was verified according to the abundance and persistence of the foam, and the statistics of the experimental results are shown in table 3.
Table 3 example and comparative example stability test statistical table
Group of | Foaming speed | Quality of foam |
EXAMPLE 1 group | Fast-acting toy | The foam is dense and durable |
EXAMPLE 2 group | Fast-acting toy | The foam is dense and durable |
EXAMPLE 3 group | Fast-acting toy | The foam is dense and durable |
Comparative example 1 group | Slow | Large foam and easy disappearance |
Comparative example 2 group | Slow | Large foam and easy disappearance |
Comparative example 3 group | Slow | Small foam and easy disappearance |
Comparative example 6 group | Slow | Large foam and easy disappearance |
As can be seen from Table 3, the skin composition and the bath cream of the present invention have a high foaming speed and a dense and long-lasting foam, while those of comparative example 1, comparative example 2, which does not contain stearic acid but contains other fatty acid contents, and comparative example 6, which does not contain sodium lauroamphoacetate, have a relatively slow foaming speed, a large foam, and a tendency to disappear. Meanwhile, the product of comparative example 3, which contained an excessive amount of stearic acid, not only foamed slowly, but the foam disappeared easily though it was small.
In addition, in example 1, compared with example 2, the foam density and the durability were good when the amount of the fatty acid used was reduced and the amount of the amphoteric surfactant, sodium lauroamphoacetate, was kept the same.
Therefore, the skin composition and the bath lotion are saponified by adding the fatty acids with different carbon chain lengths, ensure that the addition content of the high molecular weight fatty acid, namely stearic acid, is relatively small, and add the sodium lauroamphoacetate, so that the skin composition and the bath lotion system have good stability.
Second, skin feel evaluation test
The skin feel evaluation tests were carried out on the products of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 6 of the skin composition and the shower cream of the present invention, and the evaluation methods were specifically as follows:
the products of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 6 of the skin composition and body wash of the present invention were used for cleansing according to a normal procedure, an appropriate amount of the skin cleansing product was extruded into the palm, a small amount of water was added to knead out the foam, the foam was applied to the body, the skin was thoroughly rinsed with clear water after light massage, and after use, the skin feel was evaluated after about 2 minutes.
Each skin cleansing product was evaluated by 100 panelists, each time using an equal weight and volume of skin cleansing product: tightness, irritation and cleaning feeling.
Specifically, the skin compositions and the bath creams of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 6 of the present invention were scored for tightness, irritation and cleansing, each with a score of 1 to 5, with higher scores representing more satisfactory experience for the experiencers, and the scores for each group of subjects were counted and averaged, and the specific data are shown in table 4:
table 4 table 3 statistical tables for skin feel evaluation tests of examples and comparative examples
Group of | Sense of tightness | Sensation of irritation | Feeling of washing |
EXAMPLE 1 group | 4.6 | 4.5 | 4.5 |
EXAMPLE 2 group | 4.7 | 4.6 | 4.7 |
EXAMPLE 3 group | 4.6 | 4.5 | 4.6 |
Comparative example 1 group | 4.5 | 4.6 | 4.0 |
Comparative example 2 group | 4.6 | 4.4 | 4.0 |
Comparative example 3 group | 4.5 | 4.3 | 3.9 |
Comparative example 4 group | 4.1 | 4.5 | 4.5 |
Comparative example 5 group | 4.2 | 4.6 | 4.6 |
Comparative example 6 group | 4.5 | 4.0 | 4.4 |
As can be seen from the above table, the skin compositions and body washes of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention each had a good clean feel, and no noticeable tightness or irritation after washing. While the product of comparative example 1, which does not contain stearic acid, and the product of comparative example 2, which does not contain stearic acid but with the addition of other fatty acid contents, though also have a better skin feel in use, namely: there was no noticeable tight feeling and dry feeling, but the feeling of washing was relatively poor. Comparative example 3 the product containing excess stearic acid, while not having a noticeable tightness, was slightly irritating and less clean. This shows that the products of comparative examples 1-2 containing no stearic acid and the product of comparative example 3 containing an excess amount of stearic acid have inferior detergency effects to the skin composition and the bath cream containing stearic acid in the proportion of the present invention, and the detergency effect of the examples of the present invention cannot be achieved even if the content of other fatty acids is increased.
While the products of comparative example 4 containing no tocopherol and the shea butter extract and the products of comparative example 5 containing no shea butter extract were relatively noticeable in the tightening feeling after use, it is shown that the moisturizing performance of comparative examples 4 to 5 was slightly inferior to that of the products of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention containing tocopherol and the shea butter extract in the skin composition and the bath cream.
While comparative example 6 does not contain sodium lauroamphoacetate, although it also has a better skin feel in use, namely: has no obvious tight feeling and good cleaning feeling, but has obvious irritation feeling. This shows that the product of comparative example 6, which does not contain sodium lauroamphoacetate, is relatively more irritating than the product of inventive examples 1-3 skin compositions and shower gels containing sodium lauroamphoacetate.
The above shows that the skin composition and the bath lotion of the present invention can produce abundant and durable foam, thereby having good stability and excellent detergency. Meanwhile, the skin care product is nonirritating and has excellent skin feeling experience. Therefore, the cleaning agent really realizes the balance of cleaning power, mildness and stability, and is particularly suitable for the elderly people suffering from body odor.
In addition, in the soap-based system of the present invention, myristate and stearate have a large influence on the pearl effect. When the usage amount of the ethylene glycol distearate is the same, the pearly luster effect is greatly increased along with the increase of the myristate and the stearic acid, the myristate can form a relatively soft and slightly transparent milky pearly luster in the crystallization process, and the stearate forms a white and relatively bright pearly luster in the crystallization process under the condition of reducing the temperature. Therefore, the skin composition and the body wash of the present invention also have an excellent pearl effect.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
