在汽车行业中,需对车用导线进行固定及缠绕,使线束固定缠绕的胶带应客户需求而生,其可使汽车内部线束固定,可有效的减少汽车内部电线导线分散、零乱和无规律的排列摆放。随着汽车行业的飞速发展,线束缠绕胶带也得到大力发展。随着近些年国内外汽车市场的需求和国家对环境保护政策力度的加大及对消费者安全意识的提高,对车内组成所使用到的各式各样部件需要更高的要求。现有的线束胶带在疏水防潮、阻燃以及强度和韧性方面均略显不足,难以满足市场发展的需求。

步骤3:将所述聚合物:100份;阻燃剂:5-7份;固化剂:1-2份;石蜡1-2份;氧化锌1-2份;环氧类交联剂:1-2份;搅拌混合后制得成品胶水;
步骤4:在PE膜一面涂覆成品胶水,得汽车PE线束阻燃胶带。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明汽车PE线束阻燃胶带制备方法所得胶带中,所述胶水层中添加氧化锌,起到分散、导热,提高胶带耐热性的作用,胶带的胶水层中还添加石蜡,石蜡通过搅拌混合在胶水里,可以起到润滑并阻碍水分子的进入的作用,使本发明胶带具有较好的防渗透性,在潮湿环境不易松脱开裂。本发明胶带整体具有高阻燃性且低气味,低挥发物质,耐温性好,线束缠绕长期高温下不翘边,替代了传统型油性线束缠绕产品,并且制作操作简便,可靠性高,十分适合于汽车线束缠绕使用的规模化,量产化。

所述阻燃剂为磷酸三苯酯;所述固化剂为甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI;所述环氧类交联剂为甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯。
步骤4:在PE膜一面涂覆成品胶水,得汽车PE线束阻燃胶带。
所述成品胶水在PE膜涂覆厚度为30微米;所述PE膜的厚度为100微米。
将上述实施例1-3制得的汽车PE线束阻燃胶带进行性能检测,得到的试验数据结果如表1所示:

由上表看出,实施例1-3制得的汽车PE线束阻燃胶带具有良好的防水,耐高温性能,且阻燃效果很好,达到UL94标准测试方法下的V-0等级,剥离力高,适合在汽车线束缠绕中使用。

Claims (8)
1.一种汽车PE线束阻燃胶带,其特征在于,包括PE膜和设置在PE膜上的胶水层;
所述胶水层由以下重量份原料组成:聚合物:100份;阻燃剂:5-7份;固化剂:1-2份;石蜡1-2份;氧化锌1-2份;环氧类交联剂:1-2份;
所述聚合物由以下原料组成:丙烯酸:2-3份;丙烯酸乙酯:10-13份;丙烯酸丁酯:7-10份;丙烯酸异辛酯:15-18份;丙烯酸羟乙酯:1-2份;醋酸乙烯:6-8份;醋酸乙酯:60-63份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车PE线束阻燃胶带,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为TCEP、TCPP和磷酸三苯酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车PE线束阻燃胶带,其特征在于,所述固化剂为异氰酸酯固化剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车PE线束阻燃胶带,其特征在于,所述防水膜由聚氨酯树脂涂覆到美纹纸上,经过干燥和冷却形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车PE线束阻燃胶带,其特征在于,所述环氧类交联剂为甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车PE线束阻燃胶带,其特征在于,所述胶水层由以下重量份原料组成:聚合物:100份;TCEP;7份;异氰酸酯固化剂:2份;石蜡2份;氧化锌2份;甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯:2份。
7.一种汽车PE线束阻燃胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将丙烯酸:2-3份;丙烯酸乙酯:10-13份;丙烯酸丁酯:7-10份;丙烯酸异辛酯:15-18份;丙烯酸羟乙酯:1-2份;醋酸乙烯:6-8份;搅拌混合得到混合产物;
步骤2:将混合产物在反应炉中放入醋酸乙酯:60-63份,打开搅拌,通入氮气,升温至74-76℃得聚合物;
步骤3:将所述聚合物:100份;阻燃剂:5-7份;固化剂:1-2份;石蜡1-2份;氧化锌1-2份;环氧类交联剂:1-2份;搅拌混合后制得成品胶水;
步骤4:在PE膜一面涂覆成品胶水,得汽车PE线束阻燃胶带。
8.根据权利要求7所述的汽车PE线束阻燃胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述成品胶水在PE膜涂覆厚度为20-30微米;所述PE膜的厚度为75-100微米。
