The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: the medicinal and edible composite raw materials are subjected to superfine grinding, distilled water and composite biological enzyme are added for enzymolysis, ethanol is used for extraction and precipitation after separation, then separation treatment is carried out, supernatant is merged and concentrated under reduced pressure, concentrated paste is subjected to solvent extraction and filtration, and finally the mixture is mixed with fragrance substances and compounded to obtain the medicinal and edible atomization inhalation product with the lung clearing function. The process can effectively extract effective components of the medicinal and edible composite raw materials, the effective components are inhaled into a human body through a respiratory tract by the atomization inhalation equipment, and the selected raw materials are medicinal and edible raw materials, so that the medicinal and edible composite raw materials can act on the lung more quickly, more accurately and more safely, can well relieve lung heat, and has good treatment effect on asthma, chronic tracheitis, chronic pharyngitis and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical dosage forms, and particularly relates to a medicinal and edible atomization inhalation product with a lung-heat clearing function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The lung is the respiratory organ of the human body and also the important hematopoietic organ of the human body, is positioned in the chest cavity, is positioned on the left and the right, and is covered on the heart. The lung has five lobes, three on the left and two on the right. The lung lobes are delicate and not resistant to cold and heat, so they are easy to invade by pathogens, so they are also called delicate organs. Once the lung is inhaled with bacteria, viruses, fungi and the like to damage the lung function, in the past, the dirty objects are not removed in time, and irreversible damage can be caused. If the lung is not cleared timely for a long time, the lung will cause respiratory diseases, immunity decline, low mood and other adverse effects.
In recent years, attention and attention are increasingly paid to the repair effect of food and medicine raw materials and components thereof on sub-health of human bodies. The food can play a role in clearing away the lung-heat, but has slow effect. If the food and medicine raw materials directly act on the lung through the respiratory tract, the lung clearing effect can be achieved more quickly and accurately. At present, a product for treating natural edible and medicinal raw materials with homology of medicine and food is especially lacked, and the natural edible and medicinal raw materials are regulated by fragrance substances and inhaled into the body through a respiratory tract to relieve lung heat, and relieve asthma, chronic tracheitis, chronic pharyngitis and other symptoms. Therefore, there is a need to develop an aerosol inhalation product with fast action, no toxic side effects and lung clearing function.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a medicinal and edible atomization inhalation product with a lung-heat clearing function and a preparation method thereof.
Firstly, the medicinal and edible composite raw materials are mixture of five or more of honeysuckle, heartleaf houttuynia herb, emblic leafflower fruit, fragrant solomonseal rhizome, mint, dandelion, sophora flower bud, purslane, kudzuvine root, stevia, dark plum fruit, purple perilla, wrinkled gianthyssop herb, liquorice and lily, wherein the honeysuckle, the heartleaf houttuynia herb, the mint, the liquorice and the lily are preferably selected as 3:1:2:2: 2. The medicinal and edible composite raw materials are subjected to superfine grinding for 20min-30min until the fineness reaches more than 1500 meshes.
Adding 9 times volume of distilled water into the medicinal and edible composite superfine powder, adding two or more of acid cellulase, acid pectinase, acid protease, amylase and lipase according to the addition amount of 1% respectively, carrying out enzymolysis at 50-60 ℃ and pH value of 4.5-6.5, and carrying out enzymolysis and stirring for 2-3 hours to obtain an enzymolysis solution.
Centrifuging the enzymolysis solution at 8000-10000 r/min for 10-20 min, and collecting supernatant.
Extracting the precipitate with ethanol by refluxing the precipitate with anhydrous ethanol at 80-100 deg.C for 2-4 hr.
Centrifuging the ethanol extractive solution at 8000-10000 r/min for 10-20 min, and mixing the obtained supernatant with the enzymolysis supernatant.
And carrying out reduced pressure rotary evaporation on the combined supernatant at the temperature of 60-80 ℃, concentrating until the Baume degree is 41.5-43.0, and finishing concentration to obtain the concentrated paste.
Adding the concentrated paste into a mixed solvent of glycerol and propylene glycol 2:1, stirring for dissolving, and filtering to obtain a dissolved solution.
Mixing the dissolved solution and oleum Menthae essential oil to obtain medicinal and edible aerosol inhalation product with lung clearing effect
The invention has the advantages that the active ingredients of the medicinal and edible composite raw materials can be effectively extracted through biological enzyme enzymolysis and ethanol extraction, the taste is adjusted through fragrance substances, and the compounded aerosol inhalation product is safe, takes effect quickly and has better taste than oral medicines.

Functional evaluation
1. Experimental Material
1) The inhalation type medicinal and edible preparation with the effects of clearing lung and relieving cough is prepared according to the preparation methods of the examples 1, 2, 3 and 4;
2) 60C-57 mice, male, 6 weeks, 18-22g in body weight;
3) strong ammonia water;
4) a suction machine.
Experiment grouping
Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups of 10 mice each, and the inhalation therapy was administered as follows:
example 1: the preparation is inhaled for 1 hour every day for 7 days;
example 2: the preparation is inhaled for 1 hour every day for 7 days;
example 3: the preparation is inhaled for 1 hour every day for 7 days;
example 4: the preparation is inhaled for 1 hour every day for 7 days;
solvent group: 1 hour of glycerol + propylene glycol solvent inhalation treatment;
blank group: there is no inhalation therapy.
Experimental methods
Parameters of the suction machine: inhalation time 3S, rest time 237S, inhalation volume 55ml, inhaled every 4 minutes for a total of 1 hour for 7 days. Cough tests were performed 1 hour after the last inhalation: a glass plate was placed in 1/3 containing a filter paper having a diameter of 10cm, 0.15 mL of concentrated ammonia water was added and dropped on the filter paper, and a 1000-mL beaker was quickly inverted, and then the mouse was placed in the beaker while the timer was started. The incubation period of cough induction (time from placing in a beaker to the beginning of cough) and the number of cough times (with contraction of abdominal muscle and mouth opening of the mouse as cough indexes) of the mouse within 2min were recorded.
Results of the experiment
The research results in figure 1 show that the medicines in the groups of examples 1 to 4 can obviously prolong the cough incubation period of the mice with ammonia water induced cough and reduce the cough frequency, and have obvious difference with the solvent group and the blank group.
