Description

Medicine for treating cold of children and adults and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medicament for treating children and adults cold and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a Chinese patent medicament (Uygur medicament) prepared by taking Chinese herbal medicines as raw materials, which is used for treating children and adults cold and influenza.
Background
The cold is classified into narrow sense and broad sense, which refers to common cold and is a slight viral infection of upper respiratory tract (nose and throat). Influenza is also included in the broad sense and is generally more severe than the common cold, with additional symptoms including fever, chills and muscle soreness, and with more pronounced systemic symptoms.
Common cold, also called acute nasopharyngitis, called cold for short, is the most common disease in acute upper respiratory virus infection in traditional Chinese medicine, is mostly self-limiting, but has high incidence, affects a wide range of people, has large amount and huge economic loss, and can cause various complications.
The pathogens of the cold are viruses, common people comprise rhinovirus, coronavirus and parainfluenza virus, rare people comprise respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, enterovirus and the like, and even coxsackie virus, echovirus, reovirus types 1-3, herpes simplex virus type 1, EB virus and the like in the enterovirus can be used as the pathogens of the cold. It is often associated with bacterial infection, mainly manifested as inflammation of nasopharynx, and can cause various complications. The mycoplasma pneumoniae, group A, C and G streptococcus and non-biological pathogenic factors such as allergic rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis, nasal septum deflection, foreign bodies and the like can cause cold-like symptoms, and are not cold in the true sense.
The incubation period varies from 1 to 3 days, and varies with the virus, the enterovirus is the shortest, and the adenovirus and the respiratory syncytial virus are longer. The onset is sudden. Most of them are a burning sensation in the nose and throat, followed by nasal obstruction, sneezing, nasal discharge, general malaise and muscular soreness. Symptoms peak at 48h (virus uncoating) and acute nasopharyngitis is usually not or only low-grade fever, especially with rhinovirus or coronavirus infections. There are conjunctival congestion, lacrimation, photophobia, eyelid swelling, and edema of throat mucosa. The presence or absence of laryngopharyngitis and tracheitis varies from human to human and from viruses. Nasal secretions initially take the form of a large number of watery thin nasal discharges and later become mucous or purulent. Purulent secretions do not necessarily indicate a secondary bacterial infection. Coughing is usually not severe and can last as long as 2 weeks. Purulent sputum or severe lower respiratory symptoms suggest viral complications other than rhinovirus or secondary bacterial infection. When children catch cold, the symptoms are more serious than adults, and the symptoms of the lower respiratory tract and the digestive tract (vomiting, diarrhea and the like) are frequent. The cold is self-limited, if there is no complication, the course of disease is 4-10 days.
Influenza, an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by influenza virus, can cause various complications such as myocarditis, pneumonia, bronchitis and the like. It is usually manifested as malaise, chills, fever, body temperature rise to 39 deg.C or above, headache, general soreness, fatigue, pharyngalgia, paranoia, and rhinorrhea. Epidemiologically, the traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of high morbidity, quick onset, quick transmission, wide epidemiology, great variability, strong infectivity and certain mortality (mainly infants, the elderly, the weak, and patients with immune or cardiopulmonary insufficiency). The symptoms of a high-incidence influenza population of school-age children are often more serious than those of adults, and the symptoms of the lower respiratory tract and the symptoms of the digestive tract (such as vomiting and diarrhea) are frequent. Influenza viruses are classified into three types, i.e., influenza a, influenza b and influenza c, and infections caused by influenza a are common. Influenza is often caused by seasonal outbreaks, as influenza viruses are occasionally derived from new species.
Influenza epidemics often cause more serious social impact, and estimated according to data published by the world health organization, the worldwide annual number of influenza cases reaches 6-12 hundred million. China is a place with a lot of flu, the disease is tens of millions every year, and a flu activity peak is generated in the north of China every year in winter.
Uygur medicine is an integral part of Chinese medicine and pharmacy, has over 2500 years of history so far, and is an important part of Chinese traditional medicine and Uygur excellent traditional culture. Uygur medicine integrates the advantages of Arabic and ancient Greece medicine, is also harmoniously developed with traditional Chinese medicine, is a practical experience accumulated by Uygur people in disease prevention and treatment for thousands of years, gradually forms a theoretical system with unique Uygur cultural characteristics and rich clinical experience, and exerts miraculous effect in clinic.
The compound almond granules are patent medicine preparations recorded in the drug Standard-Uighur medicine Manual of the Ministry of public health of the people's republic of China, are the traditional classic famous prescription for Uygur medicine to treat upper respiratory tract infection and cold, are prepared from 6 medicinal materials of almond, fenugreek seed, hollyhock seed, arabic gum, tragacanth and licorice extract, and have the effects of relieving cough and reducing sputum and promoting sleep. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of treating cold cough, cold with excessive phlegm, asthma and insomnia, and has definite and reliable curative effect and convenient taking through years of clinical use. However, due to the fact that the cucurbit seed and the tragacanth in the prescription lack of the legal medicinal material quality standard, the effective control of the product quality of the preparation is certain obstacle, aiming at the defect of the preparation, the prescription of 'compound almond granules' is modified, the new prescription consists of almond, hyssop, hollyhock, arabic gum, water lily flower and licorice extract, the medicine effect and toxicity test research of the new prescription is carried out, and the results show that: the medicine can obviously reduce the cough frequency of mice and the body temperature of febrile rats.
