Abstract
The invention discloses a lip cosmetic composition, and belongs to the field of cosmetic production. The lip cosmetic composition consists of active ingredients and auxiliary materials, wherein the active ingredients comprise ellagic acid, rice bran wax and an emollient. Compared with the prior art, the lip cosmetic composition disclosed by the invention can effectively lighten the lip marks, nourish the lips and lighten the lips, and has good popularization and application values.

Background
At present, common lip problems mainly comprise lip slackening, deep lip lines, dry cracking and peeling, uneven lip color, dull lip color and the like. The existing face cosmetics (such as daily cream emulsion and the like) do not show obvious effects on lips, but the existing lip cosmetics are mainly used for moistening lips, improving facial aesthetic feeling, correcting lip contours and the like, and have no good solution to the problems of lips Zhou Songchi, deep lips and the like.

0.1-20% of rice bran wax;
5-30% of an emollient.
Particularly preferred ellagic acid, rice bran wax and emollient are the following components in percentage by mass:
ellagic acid 0.1-3%;
5-12% of rice bran wax;
8-15% of emollient.
Preferably, the emollient is rice bran oil and/or sucrose acetate isobutyrate.
The rice bran oil has a promoting effect on the generation of cholesterol and ceramide, and is helpful for improving the softness of lips; activating glutathione reductase, and promoting repair of lip streak.
The sucrose acetate isobutyrate is high refractive index grease, which is helpful for improving the glossiness of lip products; high-density grease is helpful for improving the dispersion stability of pigment in grease.
Preferably, when rice bran oil and sucrose acetate isobutyrate are added simultaneously, the mass ratio of rice bran oil to sucrose acetate isobutyrate is (1-30): 1-15, particularly preferably (5-20): 3-10.
The auxiliary materials comprise grease, wax, an emulsifier, silicone oil, polyalcohol, an antioxidant and/or color paste.
The oil is preferably synthetic squalane, sunflower seed oil, coconut oil, white pool seed oil, wheat germ oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, caprylic capric triglyceride, triglyceride (ethylhexanoate), neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, propylene glycol dicaprylate diheptanoate, triisodecanol trimellitate, caprylic triglyceride, tridecanol trimellitate, lanolin (synthetic lanolin), white oil, vaseline, cetylstearyl ethyl caproate, glyceryl stearate/PEG-100 stearate, glyceride oils and/or vegetable oils and/or derivatives of vegetable oils, etc.
The wax is preferably microcrystalline wax, ceresin, beeswax, candelilla wax and/or polyethylene wax or the like.
The emulsifier also includes stearyl polyether-21, glyceryl stearate, cetostearyl alcohol, and/or span, among others.
The silicone oil is preferably dimethiconol, dimethicone, diphenyldimethicone, and/or vinyl dimethicone cross polymer, and the like.
The polyol is preferably butanediol, propylene glycol, methyl propylene glycol, glycerol, pentanediol, and/or hexanediol, etc.;
the antioxidant is tocopherol, tocopherol acetate, rosemary extract, tea polyphenols, vitamin C lipid, butyl Hydroxy Anisole (BHA), dibutyl hydroxy toluene (BHT), propyl Gallate (PG) and/or tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ), etc.
In order to adjust the smell of the skin cream, the lip cosmetic composition of the invention can also be added with a proper amount of essence.
To increase the shelf life of the cream, the lip cosmetic composition may further comprise a suitable amount of preservative (e.g. methylparaben, phenoxyethanol, etc.).
The lip cosmetic composition of the present invention may be lip cosmetics such as lip gloss and lipstick.

compared with the prior art, the lip cosmetic composition has the following outstanding beneficial effects:
firstly, the ellagic acid is applied to the lip cosmetics for the first time, so that the effects of resisting oxidation, fading lips and preventing photoaging can be achieved, and the stability and the safety are good.
The rice bran wax is a high-melting-point and high-safety plant-source wax and has excellent stability, and the rice bran wax is used as a carrier (thickener) and a synergist of functional components such as ellagic acid, an emollient and the like, so that the efficacy of various functional raw materials can be further improved.
The effects of the functional raw materials can be greatly improved by compounding ellagic acid, rice bran wax and an emollient, and the effects are remarkable in improving the roughness of lips and reducing the lips;
and fourthly, when rice bran oil and sucrose acetate isobutyrate are taken as emollients, ellagic acid, rice bran wax, rice bran oil and sucrose acetate isobutyrate have synergistic effect, and the best effect can be achieved.

The contents of the respective components used below are mass percent unless otherwise specified.
Main reagents and instruments:
MicroSkinII multifunctional dermoscope image analysis system, three-roll grinder, homogenizer (IKA, T25), stainless steel lipstick mould, lipstick tube.
Ellagic acid, omega not less than 99%, shanghai force precision industries, inc.; rice bran wax, shanghai power precision industries, inc.; polydimethylsiloxane, KCC (Guangzhou) co., ltd; rice bran oil, shanghai power precision industries, ltd; sucrose acetate isobutyrate, shanghai force precision industries, inc.; caprylic capric triglyceride, dubous.
Embodiment one:
the lip balm of the embodiment is prepared by taking ellagic acid, rice bran wax, rice bran oil and sucrose acetate isobutyrate as functional raw materials and adding a proper amount of auxiliary materials. The raw material proportions are shown in Table 1:

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the phase A material into a beaker, homogenizing to uniformly disperse the phase A material, and putting the beaker into a constant-temperature water bath kettle at 80 ℃;
s2, adding the phase B material into a beaker, and then placing the beaker on an electric heating furnace for heating to enable the solid grease to be melted;
s3, adding the phase B into the phase A, and uniformly stirring. Freezing and molding, and then filling into a lipstick tube.
And (3) performance detection:
effect tests were performed on the lip balms of the present examples, groups a-J.
Test sample: lip balm of group A-J and blank (group K);
the human subject: 110 persons, women aged 35-45 years, were equally divided into A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, G, K groups of 10 persons each.
Test instrument: microSkinII multifunctional skin mirror image analysis system
Test area: right side of lower lip
The testing method comprises the following steps: the blank group did not undergo any treatment. The other groups were applied to the lips normally daily, with the application amount (4.0.+ -. 0.2) mg/cm2, and tested twice daily for 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, respectively.
The test data are shown in tables 2, 3 and 1-11.

From tables 2 and 3, it can be seen that the average roughness of the lips and the average depth of the lips in the A-F groups are both negative, which indicates that the roughness of the lips and the depth of the lips are both reduced, and the trend of reduction is more obvious with the change of time, and the change of A is most obvious and the change of A-F groups is more uniform. The data of group G-J show that the average roughness of lips and the average depth of lips change to negative values, and the roughness of lips and the depth of lips decrease, but the magnitude of decrease is an order of magnitude different from that of group A-F, which shows that ellagic acid, rice bran wax, rice bran oil and sucrose acetate isobutyrate appear in the form of a composition, and have synergistic effect and optimal effect.
The change amplitude of the blank K group is small, and the positive and negative crossover occurs.
Embodiment two:
the lipstick of the embodiment is prepared by taking ellagic acid, rice bran wax, rice bran oil and sucrose acetate isobutyrate as functional raw materials and adding a proper amount of auxiliary materials. The raw material proportions are shown in Table 4:

(3) NOMCORT HK-G is glyceryl behenate/eicosadioate, available from Nisshin Oillio Group, ltd.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the phase A material into a beaker, homogenizing to uniformly disperse the phase A material, and putting the beaker into a constant-temperature water bath kettle at 80 ℃;
s2, adding the phase B material into a beaker, and then placing the beaker on an electric heating furnace for heating to enable the solid grease to be melted;
s3, adding the phase B into the phase A, and uniformly stirring. Stirring, cooling, adding phase C, introducing into red mold, freeze molding, and packaging into lipstick tube.
Claims (7)
1. A lip cosmetic composition comprises effective components and auxiliary materials, and is characterized in that the effective components comprise ellagic acid, rice bran wax and emollient,
the emollient is rice bran oil and sucrose acetate isobutyrate, and the mass ratio of the rice bran oil to the sucrose acetate isobutyrate is (1-30) to (1-15).
2. The lip cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein: the composition comprises ellagic acid, rice bran wax, emollient and auxiliary materials in percentage by mass:
ellagic acid 0.1-5%;
5-15% of rice bran wax;
5-30% of an emollient;
60-90% of auxiliary materials.

the grease is grease and/or a derivative of vegetable grease of synthesized squalane, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, neopentyl glycol diheptanoate, propylene glycol dioctanoate diheptanoate, triisodecyl alcohol trimellitate, tridecyl alcohol trimellitate, lanolin, white oil, vaseline, cetostearyl alcohol ethyl caproate, glycerol stearate/PEG-100 stearate and glyceride;
the wax is microcrystalline wax, ceresin, beeswax, candelilla wax and/or polyethylene wax;
the emulsifier is stearyl alcohol polyether-21, glyceryl stearate, cetostearyl alcohol, vomit and/or span;
the silicone oil is dimethiconol, dimethicone, diphenyl dimethicone and/or vinyl dimethicone crosslinked polymer;
the polyalcohol is butanediol, propylene glycol, methyl propylene glycol, glycerol, pentanediol and/or hexanediol;
the antioxidant is tocopherol, tocopherol acetate, rosemary extract, tea polyphenols esters, vitamin C lipid, butyl hydroxy anisole, dibutyl hydroxy toluene, propyl gallate and/or tert-butyl hydroquinone.
5. The lip cosmetic composition according to claim 4, wherein:
the lipid of the glyceride is caprylic capric triglyceride and/or triglyceride (ethyl caproic acid) ester.
6. The lip cosmetic composition according to claim 4, wherein:
the vegetable oil and fat and its derivatives are sunflower seed oil, coconut oil, white pool seed oil, wheat germ oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil, jojoba oil and/or avocado oil.
