Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于生猪养殖多种益生菌发酵饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:麸皮20~30份,玉米16~22份,豆粕12~16份,玉米秸秆18~23份,骨粉5~8份,芽孢杆菌1~3份,维生素3~5份,酒糟7~9份,益生菌复合剂1~2份。本饲料饲料中添加有益生菌复合剂,益生菌复合剂中的乳酸菌促进饲料发酵,促进猪对饲料的吸收,同时,抑制了粪尿的恶臭气味,提高了饲料的利用率,促进了生猪的生长,通过芽孢杆菌产生的细菌素对大肠杆菌和沙门氏杆菌进行抑制,通过双歧杆菌产生的挥发性脂肪酸、乳酸和过氧化氢对大肠杆菌和沙门氏杆菌进行灭杀,能够促进乳猪健康发育,增强了生猪的抵抗力,显著降低了生猪的死亡率。

本发明属于生猪饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于生猪养殖多种益生菌发酵饲料。
背景技术
畜牧养殖业是我国农业的重要组成部分,养猪业作为畜牧养殖中发展较早,规模较大的一项,在我国的农业发展过程中起到了积极的作用。随着经济的不断发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,猪肉的市场需求量也在稳步增长。在我国居民的日常生活消费结构中,食品所占的比例较大。但现有的猪饲料大都未经处理直接喂食,由于饲料中含有的大分子不易消化,导致饲料吸收率低,饲养成本高,料肉比差,生猪生长周期长,患病率高等缺点。现亟需一种能提高料肉比,生猪易于吸收,易于催肥,同时能提高生猪抵抗力的饲料的制备方法,使制备出的生猪饲料能够解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于生猪养殖多种益生菌发酵饲料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于生猪养殖多种益生菌发酵饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:
麸皮20~30份,玉米16~22份,豆粕12~16份,玉米秸秆18~23份,骨粉5~8份,芽孢杆菌1~3份,维生素3~5份,酒糟7~9份,益生菌复合剂1~2份。
优选的,所述用于生猪养殖多种益生菌发酵饲料的原料重量份组成为:麸皮26份,玉米19份,豆粕13份,玉米秸秆20份,骨粉7份,芽孢杆菌1.2份,维生素4份,酒糟8份,益生菌复合剂1.8份。
优选的,所述益生菌复合剂包括酵母菌、乳酸菌和双歧杆菌,所述酵母菌、乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的重量占比为:4:3:4。
优选的,所述芽孢杆菌为地衣芽孢杆菌或枯草芽孢杆菌中的一种。
优选的,所述酒糟经过高温蒸熟处理。
一种用于生猪养殖多种益生菌发酵饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照饲料配方准备原料,并将玉米秸秆使用粉碎机进行粉碎,备用;
(2)将玉米、豆粕和麸皮进行混合粉碎,在粉碎物种加入芽孢杆菌、酒糟和益生菌复合剂和适量水,使物料含水率在50%左右;
(3)将上述混合物放入到发酵池中发酵,发酵时间为3天,发酵温度为40-45℃;
(4)将发酵后的物料与玉米秸秆碎屑、骨粉充分混合,制成成品饲料。
本发明的技术效果和优点:本饲料中加入酒糟,酒糟价格较低,且酒槽中含有粗蛋白,粗脂肪等营养物质以及丰富的磷和B族维生素,经过高温加热和芽孢杆菌的发酵后能够提高生猪肠道的消化吸收功能,提高免疫力和生长速度,同时又改善了生猪粪便,既科学又合理;饲料中添加有益生菌复合剂,益生菌复合剂中的乳酸菌促进饲料发酵,促进猪对饲料的吸收,同时,抑制了粪尿的恶臭气味,减少了温室气体地排放,提高了饲料的利用率,促进了生猪的生长,通过芽孢杆菌产生的细菌素对大肠杆菌和沙门氏杆菌进行抑制,通过双歧杆菌产生的挥发性脂肪酸、乳酸和过氧化氢对大肠杆菌和沙门氏杆菌进行灭杀,能够促进乳猪健康发育,预防黄、白痢和腹泻等疾病,增强了生猪的抵抗力,显著降低了生猪的死亡率,促进了生猪的生长,同时,增加了生猪的免疫力和抗应激能力。

一种用于生猪养殖多种益生菌发酵饲料,由以下重量份的原料组成:
麸皮20份,玉米16份,豆粕16份,玉米秸秆23份,骨粉7份,地衣芽孢杆菌3份,维生素5份,高温处理后的酒糟9份,益生菌复合剂1份,所述益生菌复合剂中酵母菌、乳酸菌和双歧杆菌的重量占比为:4:3:4。
