Abstract
本发明属于益生菌制剂技术领域,公开了一种益生菌冻干粉及其制备方法。该益生菌冻干粉富含多种益生元、多种膳食纤维和多种维生素,精选多种菌株,采用多层包埋技术获得的成品。该成品中含有超过18000亿CFU。该益生菌冻干粉具有调节肠胃、补充维生素和多种微量元素、明显增加了吸收率,促进吸收的同时也有助于提高使用者的免疫力。可加速小肠内食物的分解,抑制腐败菌的生存繁殖,改变了蛋白质的代谢途径,消除氨气、硫化氢等挥发性有机气体的释放,同时,口感好,易于肠道吸收的矿物质、维生素、膳食纤维。

技术领域
本发明属于益生菌制剂技术领域,具体涉及一种益生菌冻干粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
益生菌是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,其定植于人体肠道、生殖系统内,可改善宿主微生态平衡、发挥有益作用,随着人们生活水平的提高,益生菌的保健功效也被普遍接受并广泛应用。益生菌益生元的研究和产品开发成为了潮流,该领域的研发。生产,目前在乳酸菌、双歧杆菌的研究和应用方面尤为突出,这方面的产品有传统的酸奶,以及新开发的各种酸奶,乳酸饮料,各种单复合菌保健品、食品,还有用于治疗肠道疾病的益生菌制剂,因为益生菌的保存条件苛刻。
对食物的消化吸收是人体健康的重要组成部分,相对人类小肠绒毛的孔隙结构来讲经过咀嚼后的各种食物还都是大分子,需要益生菌帮助分解成小分子后才能被消化吸收。如果这些营养物质被有害菌分解就产生臭味异味和毒素。被有害菌分解产生的臭味异味主要由氨气、甲烷、硫化氢等挥发性气体。
冻干粉是采用冷冻干燥机的真空冷冻干燥法预先将药液里面的水分冻结,然后在真空无菌的环境下将药液里面被冻结的水分升华,从而得到冷冻干燥而成。简而言之,在低温环境下抽中药液里面的水份,保留其原有的药物作用。
然而现有产品普遍存在着活菌易死亡,菌数不稳定,导致益生菌产品保质期短。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种益生菌冻干粉及其制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种益生菌冻干粉,所述益生菌冻干粉主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
益生菌剂30-220份,膳食补充剂20-150份,维生素20-150份,微量元素15-110份,乳粉70-250份,低聚乳糖20-60份和果胶20-60份。
作为优选地,所述益生菌冻干粉主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
益生菌剂80-150份,膳食补充剂60-100份,维生素60-100份,微量元素40-75份,乳粉100-180份,低聚乳糖25-45份和果胶25-45份。
作为优选地,所述益生菌冻干粉主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
益生菌剂100份,膳食补充剂80份,维生素80份,微量元素50份,乳粉120份,低聚乳糖30份和果胶30份。
作为优选地,所述益生菌剂包括植物乳杆菌、双歧杆菌和乳酸片球菌;
所述植物乳杆菌包括植物乳杆菌Lp90、植物乳杆菌N13、植物乳杆菌CN2018、植物乳杆菌CW006、罗伊氏乳杆菌LR08、鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、干酪乳杆菌LC89、罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17938、鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、发酵乳杆菌CECT5716和嗜酸乳杆菌LA85中的一种或多种;
双歧杆菌包括长双歧杆菌BL21、动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、乳双歧杆菌BLa80、青春双歧杆菌BAC30、短双歧杆菌M-16V、两歧双歧杆菌BBi32、乳双歧杆菌HN019和婴儿双歧杆菌BI45中的一种或多种;
所述乳酸片球菌为乳酸片球菌CCFM7902。
作为优选地,所述膳食补充剂包括水苏糖、聚葡萄糖、大豆低聚糖、低聚异麦芽糖、结晶果糖、抗性糊精、赤藓糖醇、乳果糖、壳寡糖、多聚果糖、低聚果糖和低聚半乳糖中的一种或多种。
水苏糖,是天然存在的一种四糖,是一种可以显著促进双歧杆菌等有益菌增殖的功能性低聚糖。纯品为白色粉末,味稍甜,甜度为蔗糖的22%,味道纯正,无任何不良口感或异味。其分子结构:“半乳糖-半乳糖-葡萄糖-果糖”。水苏糖对人体胃肠道内的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌等有益菌群有着极明显的增殖作用,能迅速改善人体消化道内环境,调节微生态菌群平衡。它能促进形成有益菌在消化道内的优势菌地位,抑制产气产酸梭状芽孢杆菌等腐败菌的生产,另外产生大量生理活性物质,调节肠道pH值、灭杀致病菌,阻遏腐败产物生成,抑制内源致癌物的产生和吸收,并且分解衍生出多重免疫功能因子。俗称:有益菌的食物。水苏糖为功能性低聚糖类,不存在任何依赖性。因为肠道内的有益菌也和我们一样,每天都要吃饭,一顿不吃,可能也会营养不良,长时间不吃,有益菌就会被饿死。靶向定殖,效果明显。与酸奶等益生菌产品对比:双歧杆菌通过胃酸时大部分菌失活,而且此类菌对氧气非常敏感,真正到达肠道则少之又少;水苏糖则具有良好的稳定性,可直达定殖于肠道各个部位。作用迅速,安全可靠。与普通益生元对比:能以40倍递增速度增殖双歧杆菌等有益菌,效果快且不会发生腹胀不适的感觉。来源于天然植物提取,安全无副作用。作用:1.水苏糖可以有效防止并缓解婴幼儿便秘及腹泻,抑制肠道疾病。2.水苏糖可以全面增强婴幼儿的免疫能力,提高婴幼儿的机体抗病力。3.水苏糖具有清肠道,排毒排铅的效果。4.水苏糖在可以置换金属离子,从而促进钙等矿物质吸收。
大豆低聚糖,低聚糖(或寡糖Oligosaccharides)是指其分子结构由2~10个单糖分子以糖苷键相连接而形成的糖类总称。分子量300~2000,界于单糖(葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖)和多糖(纤维、淀粉)之间,又有二糖、三糖、四糖之分。作为“特定保健用食品”的低聚糖是指具有特殊生物学功能,特别有益于胃肠健康的一类低聚糖,故又称“功能性低聚糖”。大豆低聚糖是大豆中可溶性糖质的总称。主要成分是指单糖数为3~4的蔗糖(双糖)、棉子糖(三糖)和水苏糖(四糖)等。1.通便洁肠:便秘患者多半是因肠内缺少双歧杆菌所致。尤其是老年人。随着年龄增长。肠内双歧杆菌逐渐减少而极易患上便秘。试验证明,健康人每天摄取3克大豆低聚糖,就能促进双歧杆菌生长,产生通便作用。大豆低聚糖还能促进肠蠕动加速排泄。2.促进肠道内双歧杆菌增殖:经实验研究证明,每天摄入10-15克大豆低聚糖,17天后双歧杆菌可由原来的0.99%增加到45%。在肠道内的双歧杆菌特别容易利用大豆低聚糖,产生乙酸和乳酸及一些抗菌素物质,从而抑制外源性致病菌和肠内因有腐败细菌的增殖:双歧杆菌还可通过磷脂酸与肠粘膜表面,形成一层具有保护作用的生物、膜屏障,从而阻止了有害微生物的入侵和定殖。3.降低血清胆固醇:双歧杆菌直接影响和干扰了p-径基-p-甲基戊二酰酶A还原酶的活性,抑制了胆固醉的合成,使血清胆因醇降低。4.和保护肝脏:长期摄入大豆低聚糖能减少体内有毒代谢物质产生,减轻丁肝脏解毒的负担,所以在防治肝炎和预防肝硬化方面也有一定的作用。5.抑制肠内腐败物质的生成:预防和治疗便秘和腹。功能作用:改善肠道生态环境,增殖双歧杆菌。防治便秘,预防洗肠引起的肠黑变,肠麻痹,抑制有害菌,提高机体抗病力,降血脂,调节血压,纠正儿童偏食厌食。促进钙锌吸收,防止骨质疏松,促进维生素合成,抗衰老。
低聚异麦芽糖,低聚异麦芽糖浆(粉)味质美好,可用来代替部分蔗糖,改善食品口感,降低甜度。低聚异麦芽糖浆与相同浓度蔗糖溶液粘度很接近,食品加工时比饴糖容易操作,对于糖果、糕点等食品的组织与特性无不良影响。低聚异麦芽糖耐热、耐酸性极佳。浓度50%糖浆在pH3、120℃之下长时间加热不会分解。应用到饮料、罐头及高温处理或低PH食品中可保持原有特性与功能。低聚异麦芽糖具有保湿性,使水分不易蒸发,对各种食品的保湿与其品质的维持有较好的效果,并能抑制蔗糖与葡萄糖的形成结晶。面包类、甜点心等以淀粉为主体的食品,往往稍加存放即行硬化,而添加低聚异麦芽糖就能防止淀粉老化,延长食品的保存时间。低聚异麦芽糖所含糖分子末端为还原基因,与蛋白质或氨基酸共热会发生Maillard反应而产生裼变着色,着色程度的深浅与糖浓度有关,并与共热的蛋白质或氨基酸的种类、PH、加热温度及时间长短有关。所以,采用低聚异麦芽糖加工各种食品时应考虑到上述各种因素的配合。低聚异麦芽糖水分活度:在浓度75%、25℃时为0.75。接近蔗糖,用于代替部分蔗糖在食品配方中的换算颇为方便。
结晶果糖,
作为优选地,所述维生素包括维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、β-胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素D和维生素E中的一种或多种。
作为优选地,所述微量元素包括碳酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌、葡萄糖酸亚铁和富硒酵母中的一种或多种。
作为优选地,所述乳粉包括牛初乳粉和乳粉的混合物;
所述牛初乳粉和乳粉的比例为0.1-0.3wt%:10-40wt%。
牛初乳粉中含有免疫球蛋白IgG,添加量为1%。
一种益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:按照相应比例选取益生菌剂,加溶剂,加温后,加入膳食补充剂、维生素、微量元素、乳粉、低聚乳糖和果胶混匀,干燥,灭菌,获得成品。
作为优选地,所述溶剂为蒸馏水;所述益生菌剂与溶剂的比例为1:0.5-0.8wt%;
所述加温至25-28摄氏度;
所述干燥温度为40-45摄氏度;
所述成品为固体粉末状。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供了一种益生菌冻干粉,该益生菌冻干粉富含多种益生元、多种膳食纤维和多种维生素,精选多种菌株,采用多层包埋技术获得的成品。该成品中含有超过18000亿CFU。

实施例1:
一种益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:按照相应比例选取益生菌剂30克,加蒸馏水6克,加温至25摄氏度后,加入膳食补充剂20克、维生素20克、微量元素15克、乳粉70克、低聚乳糖20克和果胶20克混匀,在40摄氏度下干燥,灭菌,获得固体粉末状成品。
实施例2:
一种益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:按照相应比例选取益生菌剂220克,加蒸馏水20克,加温至28摄氏度后,加入膳食补充剂150克、维生素150克、微量元素110克、乳粉250克、低聚乳糖60克和果胶60克混匀,在45摄氏度下干燥,灭菌,获得固体粉末状成品。
实施例3:
一种益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:按照相应比例选取益生菌剂80克,加蒸馏水40克,加温至25摄氏度后,加入膳食补充剂60克、维生素60克、微量元素40克、乳粉100克、低聚乳糖25克和果胶25克混匀,在40摄氏度下干燥,灭菌,获得固体粉末状成品。
实施例4:
一种益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:按照相应比例选取益生菌剂150克,加蒸馏水75克,加温至28摄氏度后,加入膳食补充剂100克、维生素100克、微量元素75克、乳粉180克、低聚乳糖45克和果胶45克混匀,在45摄氏度下干燥,灭菌,获得固体粉末状成品。
实施例5:
一种益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:按照相应比例选取益生菌剂100克,加蒸馏水50克,加温至25摄氏度后,加入膳食补充剂80克、维生素80克、微量元素50克、乳粉120克、低聚乳糖30克和果胶30克混匀,在40摄氏度下干燥,灭菌,获得固体粉末状成品。
上述实施例中,选用的益生菌剂包括植物乳杆菌、双歧杆菌和乳酸片球菌;
植物乳杆菌包括植物乳杆菌Lp90、植物乳杆菌N13、植物乳杆菌CN2018、植物乳杆菌CW006、罗伊氏乳杆菌LR08、鼠李糖乳杆菌LRa05、干酪乳杆菌LC89、罗伊氏乳杆菌DSM17938、鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG、发酵乳杆菌CECT5716和嗜酸乳杆菌LA85;
双歧杆菌包括长双歧杆菌BL21、动物双歧杆菌Bb-12、乳双歧杆菌BLa80、青春双歧杆菌BAC30、短双歧杆菌M-16V、两歧双歧杆菌BBi32、乳双歧杆菌HN019和婴儿双歧杆菌BI45;乳酸片球菌为乳酸片球菌CCFM7902。
上述维生素包括维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、β-胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素D和维生素E中的一种或多种。
上述微量元素包括碳酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌、葡萄糖酸亚铁和富硒酵母中的一种或多种。
上述乳粉包括牛初乳粉和乳粉的混合物。
适用对象:不适用婴幼儿。
产品规格:5g/袋。
冲调方法及食用量:建议6岁以下儿童每日1次,每次1袋;6岁以上儿童及成人每日1-2次,每次1袋。
用37摄氏度以下的温水或者牛奶冲调后饮用,也可以加入辅食中冲调。

1.一种益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,所述益生菌冻干粉主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
益生菌剂30-220份,膳食补充剂20-150份,维生素20-150份,微量元素15-110份,乳粉70-250份,低聚乳糖20-60份和果胶20-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,所述益生菌冻干粉主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:
益生菌剂80-150份,膳食补充剂60-100份,维生素60-100份,微量元素40-75份,乳粉100-180份,低聚乳糖25-45份和果胶25-45份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,所述益生菌冻干粉主要由以下质量份数的原料制备得到:

5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,所述膳食补充剂包括水苏糖、聚葡萄糖、大豆低聚糖、低聚异麦芽糖、结晶果糖、抗性糊精、赤藓糖醇、乳果糖、壳寡糖、多聚果糖、低聚果糖和低聚半乳糖中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,所述维生素包括维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、β-胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素D和维生素E中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,所述微量元素包括碳酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌、葡萄糖酸亚铁和富硒酵母中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种益生菌冻干粉,其特征在于,所述乳粉包括牛初乳粉和乳粉的混合物;
所述牛初乳粉和乳粉的比例为0.1-0.3wt%:10-40wt%。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一所述的益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:按照相应比例选取益生菌剂,加溶剂,加温后,加入膳食补充剂、维生素、微量元素、乳粉、低聚乳糖和果胶混匀,干燥,灭菌,获得成品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种益生菌冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂为蒸馏水;所述益生菌剂与溶剂的比例为1:0.5-0.8wt%;
所述加温至25-28摄氏度;
所述干燥温度为40-45摄氏度;
所述成品为固体粉末状。
