本发明涉及一种高固含自发泡环保型合成革,a.将水性聚氨酯混合浆料涂覆在离型纸上,b.步骤a所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料再次涂覆;上述两步中涂覆形成的水性聚氨酯面层;c.再将环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料涂覆再已经干燥的水性聚氨酯面层上;d.将高密低弹针织布重叠在步骤C中的环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料涂层上面之后,再经压辊的压力下复合;e.经烘箱烘烤;f.经过冷却轮冷却至常温,将皮革和离型纸分离,既可得到高固含自发泡环保型合成革。优点是利用高固含聚氨酯浆料热固化和醋酸甲酯的沸点低的特点,在聚氨酯高温固化时伴随着发泡剂的挥发,形成致密均匀的泡孔结构,以获得与真皮类似的手感和结构;且成品不会存在AC发泡剂带来的刺激性味。

高固含自发泡环保型合成革
技术领域
本发明涉及皮革生产领域,具体涉及一种高固含自发泡环保型合成革。
背景技术
皮革制品在日常生活中使用广泛,档次最高的真皮产品在制造过程中使用的各种化学试剂会对环境产生极大的污染,不符合环保需求;真皮形状不规则,表面瑕疵较多,利用率低,客户使用成本高;传统湿法合成革结构由基布、发泡层和涂覆层组成,和真皮手感、结构最为接近,但是传统湿法合成革利用水和DMF任意比例互溶原理,进行置换发泡,该工艺会产生大量废水,污染大/能耗高/工序复杂生产效率底下,且溶剂残留量很高,限制了其应用领域,特别是有REACH要求的地区和产品。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种高固含自发泡环保型合成革,设计合理,操作方便。
本发明的技术方案:
一种高固含自发泡环保型合成革,具体步骤如下,
a.将水性聚氨酯混合浆料涂覆在离型纸上,90-130℃烘干2-3分钟,涂布量在80-120g/㎡。
b.步骤a所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料再次涂覆,90-130℃烘干2-3分钟,涂布量在75-115g/㎡;上述两步中涂覆形成的水性聚氨酯面层。
c.再将环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料涂覆再已经干燥的水性聚氨酯面层上,120-130℃烘烤1-2分钟,涂布量在180-220g/㎡。
d.将0.6-0.9mm的基布(针织布、机织布或无纺布)粘合在步骤C中的环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料涂层上面之后,再经压辊在0.2-0.3MPa的压力下复合。
e.经120-135℃的烘箱烘烤5-7分钟。
f.经过冷却轮冷却至常温,将皮革和离型纸分离,既可得到高固含自发泡环保型合成革。
所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料,其中:水性聚氨酯:100质量份、色浆:3-10质量份、润湿剂:0.3-0.5质量份、流平剂:0.3-0.5质量份、固化剂0.5-2质量份、消泡剂0.1-0.3质量份。
所述的环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料,其中:高固含聚氨酯:100质量份、胺类(两官能度或三官能度)固化剂0.7-1.4质量份、环保PPG色浆2-3质量份、醋酸甲酯5-10质量份。
所述的高固含自发泡环保型合成革包括面层、高固含聚氨酯层和基布层(针织布、机织布或无纺布),高固含聚氨酯层位于面层与高密低弹针织布层之间且三者复合形成一体;所述面层是两层水性聚氨酯层复合而成。
所述的水性聚氨酯层的厚度为0.05-0.09mm。
所述的高固含聚氨酯层的厚度为0.15-0.3mm。
所述的基布层(针织布、机织布或无纺布)的厚度为0.6-0.9mm。
本发明的优点是水性聚氨酯是传统溶剂型聚氨酯升级产品,具有不含溶剂、高固含、低Voc的特点,利用高固含聚氨酯浆料(固含量95-98%)热固化和醋酸甲酯的沸点低的特点,在聚氨酯高温固化时伴随着发泡剂的挥发,形成致密均匀的泡孔结构,以获得与真皮类似的手感和结构;且成品不会存在AC发泡剂带来的刺激性气味。

具体实施方式
参照附图1,高固含自发泡环保型合成革包括面层1、高固含聚氨酯层2和高密低弹针织布层3,高固含聚氨酯层2位于面层1与高密低弹针织布层3之间且三者复合形成一体;所述面层1是两层水性聚氨酯层复合而成。
实施例1
一种高固含自发泡环保型合成革,具体步骤,
a.将水性聚氨酯混合浆料涂覆在离型纸上,90℃烘干2分钟,涂布量在80g/㎡,所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料,其中:水性聚氨酯:100质量份、色浆:3质量份、润湿剂:0.3质量份、流平剂:0.3质量份、固化剂0.5质量份、消泡剂0.1质量份。
b.步骤a所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料再次涂覆,90℃烘干2分钟,涂布量在75g/㎡;上述两步中涂覆形成的水性聚氨酯面层。
c.再将环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料涂覆再已经干燥的水性聚氨酯面层上,120℃烘烤1分钟,涂布量在180g/㎡;所述的环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料,其中:高固含聚氨酯:100质量份、二胺类固化剂0.7质量份、环保型PPG色浆2质量份、醋酸甲酯5质量份。
d. 将0.8mm的高密低弹针织布重叠在步骤C中的环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料涂层上面之后,再经压辊在0.2MPa的压力下复合;高固含聚氨酯浆料为反应型材料,需要经高温预交联成型至70%左右,方能达到最佳的粘结效果和粘接牢度。
e.经120℃的烘箱烘烤5分钟。
f.经过冷却轮冷却至常温,将皮革和离型纸分离,既可得到高固含自发泡环保型合成革。
实施例2
一种高固含自发泡环保型合成革,具体步骤,
a.将水性聚氨酯混合浆料涂覆在离型纸上, 130℃烘干3分钟,涂布量在120g/㎡,所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料,其中:水性聚氨酯:100质量份、色浆: 10质量份、润湿剂: 0.5质量份、流平剂: 0.5质量份、固化剂2质量份、消泡剂0.2质量份。
b.步骤a所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料再次涂覆, 130℃烘干3分钟,涂布量在115g/㎡;上述两步中涂覆形成的水性聚氨酯面层。
c.再将环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料涂覆再已经干燥的水性聚氨酯面层上,130℃烘烤1.5分钟,涂布量在220g/㎡;所述的环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料,其中:高固含聚氨酯:100质量份、二胺类固化剂1.4质量份、环保型PPG色浆3质量份、醋酸甲酯10质量份。
d. 将0.9mm的高密低弹针织布重叠在步骤C中的环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料涂层上面之后,再经压辊在0.3MPa的压力下复合;高固含聚氨酯浆料为反应型材料,需要经高温预交联成型至80%左右,方能达到最佳的粘结效果和粘接牢度。
e.经135℃的烘箱烘烤7分钟。
f.经过冷却轮冷却至常温,将皮革和离型纸分离,既可得到高固含自发泡环保型合成革。
实施例3
一种高固含自发泡环保型合成革,具体步骤,
a.将水性聚氨酯混合浆料涂覆在离型纸上115℃烘干2.5分钟,涂布量在100g/㎡,所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料,其中:水性聚氨酯:100质量份、色浆:6.5质量份、润湿剂:0.4质量份、流平剂:0.4质量份、固化剂1.25质量份、消泡剂0.15质量份。
b.步骤a所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料再次涂覆,115℃烘干2.5分钟,涂布量在95g/㎡;上述两步中涂覆形成的水性聚氨酯面层。
c.再将环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料涂覆再已经干燥的水性聚氨酯面层上,125℃烘烤1.25分钟,涂布量在200g/㎡;所述的环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料,其中:高固含聚氨酯:100质量份、二胺类固化剂1.05质量份、环保型PPG色浆2.5质量份、醋酸甲酯8质量份。
d. 将0.85mm的高密低弹针织布重叠在步骤C中的环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料涂层上面之后,再经压辊在0.25MPa的压力下复合;高固含聚氨酯浆料为反应型材料,需要经高温预交联成型至75%左右,方能达到最佳的粘结效果和粘接牢度。
e.经128℃的烘箱烘烤6分钟。
f.经过冷却轮冷却至常温,将皮革和离型纸分离,既可得到高固含自发泡环保型合成革。
本发明采用环保低沸点发泡溶剂醋酸甲酯,替代以往二甲基甲酰胺与水交换发泡成型的方式,不但加热易挥发起到发泡作用,还由于发泡膨胀过程中产生气孔,该气孔形成带来意外的技术效果:形成致密均匀的炮孔结构,以获得与真皮类似的手感和结构。以往面层与超纤层之间采用不发泡的粘结层,粘结层的厚度0.02-0.03mm,现在改成发泡形成的高固含聚氨酯层代替以往粘结层,厚度为0.15-0.3mm,厚度增加;以往的超纤层或高密低弹针织布层厚度1.0-1.2mm,现在超纤层或高密低弹针织布层减小为0.6-0.9mm,厚度减少,整体成本则降低,皮革更加柔软舒适,回弹性好。

经上述表对比,可以看出本发明的皮革完全能够达到正常皮革要求,同时还带了更加柔软舒适,回弹性好,形成致密均匀的炮孔结构,获得与真皮类似的手感和结构。

Claims (7)

1.一种高固含自发泡环保型合成革,其特征在于,具体步骤如下,
a.将水性聚氨酯混合浆料涂覆在离型纸上,90-130℃烘干2-3分钟,涂布量在80-120g/㎡,
b.步骤a所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料再次涂覆,90-130℃烘干2-3分钟,涂布量在75-115g/㎡;上述两步中涂覆形成的水性聚氨酯面层;
c.再将环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料涂覆再已经干燥的水性聚氨酯面层上,120-130℃烘烤1-2分钟,涂布量在180-220g/㎡;
d.将0.6-0.9mm的基布(针织布、机织布或无纺布)粘合在步骤C中的环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料涂层上面之后,再经压辊在0.2-0.3MPa的压力下复合;
e.经120-135℃的烘箱烘烤5-7分钟;
f.经过冷却轮冷却至常温,将皮革和离型纸分离,既可得到高固含自发泡环保型合成革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固含自发泡环保型合成革,其特征在于,所述的水性聚氨酯混合浆料,其中:水性聚氨酯:100质量份、色浆:3-10质量份、润湿剂:0.3-0.5质量份、流平剂:0.3-0.5质量份、固化剂0.5-2质量份、消泡剂0.1-0.3质量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固含自发泡环保型合成革,其特征在于,所述的环保型高固含聚氨酯浆料,其中:高固含聚氨酯:100质量份、胺类(两官能度或三官能度)固化剂0.7-1.4质量份、环保PPG色浆2-3质量份、醋酸甲酯5-10质量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固含自发泡环保型合成革,其特征在于,所述的高固含自发泡环保型合成革包括面层、高固含聚氨酯层和基布层(针织布、机织布或无纺布),高固含聚氨酯层位于面层与高密低弹针织布层之间且三者复合形成一体;所述面层是两层水性聚氨酯层复合而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高固含自发泡环保型合成革,其特征在于,所述的水性聚氨酯层的厚度为0.05-0.09mm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种高固含自发泡环保型合成革,其特征在于,所述的高固含聚氨酯层的厚度为0.15-0.3mm。
