Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile fabric dyeing and finishing, and particularly relates to a single-side rhombic lattice biological base fabric and a dyeing process thereof.
Background
The chemical fiber industry in China forms a complete industrial chain matching system and can provide reference for the development of bio-based chemical fibers. Bio-based chemical fibers possess a number of excellent properties, such as: green and pollution-free, wide raw material source, high yield, biodegradability and the like, and can effectively solve the problems of resource and energy shortage, environmental pollution and the like. At present, the state is greatly promoting green and environment protection, advocating a low-carbon life style, and the bio-based chemical fiber is taken as a low-carbon, environment-friendly and biodegradable chemical fiber and becomes a hot point of industrial investment.
The bio-based nylon takes bio-substrates (starch, straws and the like) as raw materials, adopts advanced gene modification technology, converts L-lysine prepared by saccharide fermentation into pentanediamine through a biological fermentation process, and is polymerized with petroleum-based oxalic acid to develop the bio-based nylon 56 fiber, wherein the amino acid conversion efficiency can basically reach 100%. The performance of the bio-based nylon 56 is similar to that of nylon 6 and nylon 66, and the bio-based nylon can replace part of petroleum-based polyamide fiber products from the aspect of environmental influence. In the field of clothing, the fabric has wide application prospect due to softness, pilling resistance, hygroscopicity, flame retardance and the like.
However, the fabric has poor touch comfort and air permeability, immature dyeing technology and poor color. Therefore, a single-sided rhombic lattice bio-based fabric and a dyeing process thereof capable of solving the problems are needed.
