The working principle is as follows: firstly, connecting the frame 1 with a power machine through a connecting plate 51 and a threaded hole 52, then putting different fertilizers into a stirring box 2 from a feed hopper 3, starting a rotating motor 7 to drive a second synchronous wheel 8 to rotate, driving a stirring rod 4, a stirring blade 5 and a first synchronous wheel 6 to rotate through a synchronous belt 9 by the second synchronous wheel 8, further stirring the fertilizers, fully mixing the different fertilizers, and not needing manual fertilizer stirring in advance, secondly, pressing a spring 20 at one end of an L-shaped plate 19 inwards to start compression, rotating one end of the L-shaped plate 19 outwards to separate a clamping block 21 from a clamping groove 22, releasing the braking of the clamping block 21 on a turntable 17, then rotating the turntable 17 to drive a rotating rod 15 and a first gear 16 to rotate, wherein the first gear 16 is meshed with a rack 14, and a control panel 13 and the rack 14 start to move upwards along with the rotation of the first gear 16, the distance in the fertilizing box 11 can be enlarged, the fertilizing concentration can be controlled, then the pressure on the L-shaped plate 19 is released, the clamping block 21 of the L-shaped plate 19 is clamped into the clamping groove 22 again under the action of the elastic force of the spring 20, the rotary disc 17 is braked again, the third step is to rotate the rotating plate 48, the protruding part of the rotating plate 48 is aligned with the through hole 46, the braking of the rotating plate 48 on the rotating ring 44 is released, the rotating ring 44 is rotated upwards, the braking of the semicircular gear ring 45 on the second gear 42 can be released, the fourth step is to drive the disc 40 and the worm 39 to rotate through the handle 41 when the braking on the second gear 42 is released, the worm 39 is meshed with the worm wheel 37, the screw 35 is in threaded connection with the screw nut 36, the screw nut 36 and the worm wheel 37 are driven to rotate along with the rotation of the worm 39, the up-and-down movement of the screw 35, the fixing plate 25 and the sliding plate 24 can be controlled, the soil turning depth can be controlled, and fifthly, starting the driving motor 32 to drive the second belt pulley 33, driving the first belt pulley 31, the rotating shaft 26, the roller 27, the connecting block 28 and the soil turning shovel 29 to rotate through the belt 34 by the second belt pulley 33 to start soil turning, starting the electromagnetic valve 55 while the frame 1 advances along with the power machine and turns soil, and fertilizing the mixed fertilizer through the discharge pipe 10 and the fertilizing box 11.
