本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,具体讲是一种高挺度包装薄膜及其生产方法。
背景技术
纸巾是现代生活不可或缺的一种重要家庭使用消耗品,如餐巾纸,面巾纸,卫生纸等,这些产品以其使用方便、卫生美观而渐渐成为了人们不可缺少的日常生活用品,产品外包装也不断发展更新和进步,逐渐将档次比较低的聚乙烯薄膜替换成透明度更好的PP薄膜。包装薄膜通过增挺剂的添加来提高产品的挺度,并通过流延挤出的方式使产品变薄,但少有其它功能,有待进一步地改善。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的一个目的在于:提供一种高挺度包装薄膜。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术解决方案是:高挺度包装薄膜,它由外表层、次外表层、中间芯层和次内表层和内表层组成,其中:
外表层由共聚聚丙烯、抗氧剂、HDPE、叔丁基过氧基异丙苯、硬脂酸镁、硅灰石、防粘连爽滑母料组成;
次外表层由共聚聚丙烯、钛酸酯偶联剂、LLDPE、聚烯烃热塑性弹性体、光稳定剂、滑石粉组成;
中间芯层由均聚聚丙烯、抗静电剂、增挺剂、抗氧剂、脱氧剂、稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂组成;
次内表层由共聚聚丙烯、均聚聚丙烯、碳酸钙、钛酸酯偶联剂、HDPE、液体石蜡和增韧剂组成;
内表层由共聚聚丙烯、防粘连爽滑母料、抗静电剂、氢氧化镁、稀土偶联剂、交联剂、丁苯橡胶、润滑剂、抗氧剂、纳米碳酸钙和β晶成核剂组成。

本发明还提供一种上述高挺度包装薄膜的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)外表层、次外表层、中间芯层和次内表层和内表层各组分比例分别称取原料,外表层、次外表层、中间芯层和次内表层和内表层,混配后的原料均进行干燥;
(2)干燥后的外表层、次外表层、中间芯层和次内表层和内表层原料分别送入各自挤出机进行熔融混炼塑化;
(3)分别将熔融态熔体送入模头,熔体在模头中汇合后通过扁平状的模头口形成熔融态片材;
(4)用气刀将片材贴附于激冷辊上骤冷形成未定型的片材,激冷辊温度为20-35℃,然后经过水浴冷却后将片材定型形成铸片;
(5)铸片经拉伸后形成薄膜;
(6)薄膜通过红外线检测厚度将对应厚度偏差反馈到模头,通过对应位置螺栓加热功率微动,对薄膜厚度偏差进行修正;
(7)电晕面进行高频高压火花处理,诱发其表面化学键断裂,改善薄膜的表面润湿性和极性;
(8)将电晕处理后的产品进行冷却并收卷;
(9)对薄膜进行表面张力检测、热收缩率检测、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率弹性模量检测、摩擦系数检测、热封强度检测。
进一步地,步骤(9)中,热收缩率检测具体为:
用100mm*5mm的取样条沿试样宽度方向均匀截取横向和纵向试样4组,在试样的端部标记横、纵向及序号;将试样放入烘箱中进行加热,加热时间为5-10min,加热温度为100-120℃,加热完后取出冷却5-10min,再对试样的长度进行测量。
本发明的有益效果是:
外表层通过共聚聚丙烯和HDPE共混改性,使薄膜不但具有较高的拉伸强度,和具有消光效果;
次外表层通过共聚聚丙烯和LLDPE共混改性,可以提高薄膜的韧性和耐环境应力开裂性,同时添加聚烯烃热塑性弹性体进行增韧,使薄膜的韧性大幅度提高,用滑石粉进行增刚,保证薄膜有足够的刚性;
中间芯层通过增挺剂的添加来提高产品的挺度,并通过抗氧剂、脱氧剂、稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂来提高抗老化性能;
次内表层通过共聚聚丙烯、均聚聚丙烯、HDPE和增韧剂共混改性,薄膜具有较高的塑性和韧性保持率;
内表层不但为薄膜提供阻燃效果,还通过共聚聚丙烯与丁苯橡胶共混改性,具有增韧效果,具有较高的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度。
具体实施方式
为比较直观、完整地理解本发明的技术方案,现进行非限制性的特征说明如下:
实施例一:高挺度包装薄膜,它由外表层、次外表层、中间芯层和次内表层和内表层组成,其中:
外表层由共聚聚丙烯、抗氧剂、HDPE、叔丁基过氧基异丙苯、硬脂酸镁、硅灰石、防粘连爽滑母料组成;
次外表层由共聚聚丙烯、钛酸酯偶联剂、LLDPE、聚烯烃热塑性弹性体、光稳定剂、滑石粉组成;
中间芯层由均聚聚丙烯、抗静电剂、增挺剂、抗氧剂、脱氧剂、稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂组成;
次内表层由共聚聚丙烯、均聚聚丙烯、碳酸钙、钛酸酯偶联剂、HDPE、液体石蜡和增韧剂组成;
内表层由共聚聚丙烯、防粘连爽滑母料、抗静电剂、氢氧化镁、稀土偶联剂、交联剂、丁苯橡胶、润滑剂、抗氧剂、纳米碳酸钙和β晶成核剂组成。

次内表层的组分按质量比为:共聚聚丙烯32%、均聚聚丙烯16.5%、碳酸钙20%、钛酸酯偶联剂0.3%、HDPE 21%、液体石蜡0.2%、增韧剂10%。
内表层的组分按质量比为:共聚聚丙烯50%、防粘连爽滑母料1.3%、抗静电剂1%、氢氧化镁15%、稀土偶联剂2%、交联剂3%、丁苯橡胶12%、润滑剂0.5%、抗氧剂0.2%、纳米碳酸钙14%、β晶成核剂1%组成。
本发明还提供一种上述高挺度包装薄膜的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)外表层、次外表层、中间芯层和次内表层和内表层各组分比例分别称取原料,外表层、次外表层、中间芯层和次内表层和内表层,混配后的原料均进行干燥;
(2)干燥后的外表层、次外表层、中间芯层和次内表层和内表层原料分别送入各自挤出机进行熔融混炼塑化;
(3)分别将熔融态熔体送入模头,熔体在模头中汇合后通过扁平状的模头口形成熔融态片材;

(7)电晕面进行高频高压火花处理,诱发其表面化学键断裂,改善薄膜的表面润湿性和极性;
(8)将电晕处理后的产品进行冷却并收卷;
(9)对薄膜进行表面张力检测、热收缩率检测、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率弹性模量检测、摩擦系数检测、热封强度检测。
次内表层的原料进行混配时,先将碳酸钙在110℃下干燥4h,按配方比例加入高速混炼机中混合1min,然后加入钛酸酯偶联剂和液体石蜡低速混合3min,进行表面活化处理,然后将共聚聚丙烯、均聚聚丙烯、HDPE、增韧剂及经表面活化处理的碳酸钙混合搅拌均匀,混合搅拌温度为100℃,时间为5min。活化处理的目的在于增加无机填料碳酸钙与共聚聚丙烯、均聚聚丙烯之间的混溶性。
步骤(9)中,热收缩率检测具体为:
用100mm*5mm的取样条沿试样宽度方向均匀截取横向和纵向试样4组,在试样的端部标记横、纵向及序号;将试样放入烘箱中进行加热,加热时间为10min,加热温度为120℃,加热完后取出冷却5min,再对试样的长度进行测量。

1.高挺度包装薄膜,其特征在于:它由外表层、次外表层、中间芯层和次内表层和内表层组成,其中:
外表层由共聚聚丙烯、抗氧剂、HDPE、叔丁基过氧基异丙苯、硬脂酸镁、硅灰石、防粘连爽滑母料组成;
次外表层由共聚聚丙烯、钛酸酯偶联剂、LLDPE、聚烯烃热塑性弹性体、光稳定剂、滑石粉组成;
中间芯层由均聚聚丙烯、抗静电剂、增挺剂、抗氧剂、脱氧剂、稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂组成;
次内表层由共聚聚丙烯、均聚聚丙烯、碳酸钙、钛酸酯偶联剂、HDPE、液体石蜡和增韧剂组成;
内表层由共聚聚丙烯、防粘连爽滑母料、抗静电剂、氢氧化镁、稀土偶联剂、交联剂、丁苯橡胶、润滑剂、抗氧剂、纳米碳酸钙和β晶成核剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高挺度包装薄膜,其特征在于:外表层、次外表层、中间芯层和次内表层和内表层的组分按质量比为:外表层15%,次外表层10%,中间芯层50%,次内表层10%,内表层15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高挺度包装薄膜,其特征在于:外表层的组分按质量比为:共聚聚丙烯56.6%、抗氧剂0.1%、HDPE 39%、叔丁基过氧基异丙苯0.2%、硬脂酸镁0.1%、硅灰石2%、防粘连爽滑母料2%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高挺度包装薄膜,其特征在于:次外表层的组分按质量比为:共聚聚丙烯62%、钛酸酯偶联剂2%、LLDPE 20%、聚烯烃热塑性弹性体5%、光稳定剂1%、滑石粉10%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高挺度包装薄膜,其特征在于:中间芯层的组分按质量比为:均聚聚丙烯96.5%、抗静电剂1%、增挺剂1.5%、抗氧剂0.5%、脱氧剂0.2%、稳定剂0.1%、紫外线吸收剂0.2%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高挺度包装薄膜,其特征在于:次内表层的组分按质量比为:共聚聚丙烯32%、均聚聚丙烯16.5%、碳酸钙20%、钛酸酯偶联剂0.3%、HDPE 21%、液体石蜡0.2%、增韧剂10%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高挺度包装薄膜,其特征在于:内表层的组分按质量比为:共聚聚丙烯50%、防粘连爽滑母料1.3%、抗静电剂1%、氢氧化镁15%、稀土偶联剂2%、交联剂3%、丁苯橡胶12%、润滑剂0.5%、抗氧剂0.2%、纳米碳酸钙14%、β晶成核剂1%组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高挺度包装薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)外表层、次外表层、中间芯层和次内表层和内表层各组分比例分别称取原料,外表层、次外表层、中间芯层和次内表层和内表层,混配后的原料均进行干燥;
(2)干燥后的外表层、次外表层、中间芯层和次内表层和内表层原料分别送入各自挤出机进行熔融混炼塑化;
(3)分别将熔融态熔体送入模头,熔体在模头中汇合后通过扁平状的模头口形成熔融态片材;
(4)用气刀将片材贴附于激冷辊上骤冷形成未定型的片材,激冷辊温度为20-35℃,然后经过水浴冷却后将片材定型形成铸片;
(5)铸片经拉伸后形成薄膜;
(6)薄膜通过红外线检测厚度将对应厚度偏差反馈到模头,通过对应位置螺栓加热功率微动,对薄膜厚度偏差进行修正;
(7)电晕面进行高频高压火花处理,诱发其表面化学键断裂,改善薄膜的表面润湿性和极性;
(8)将电晕处理后的产品进行冷却并收卷;
(9)对薄膜进行表面张力检测、热收缩率检测、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率弹性模量检测、摩擦系数检测、热封强度检测。
9.根据权利要求8所述的高挺度包装薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(9)中,热收缩率检测具体为:
用100mm*5mm的取样条沿试样宽度方向均匀截取横向和纵向试样4组,在试样的端部标记横、纵向及序号;将试样放入烘箱中进行加热,加热时间为5-10min,加热温度为100-120℃,加热完后取出冷却5-10min,再对试样的长度进行测量。
