The moisturizing multifunctional eye cream with heavy oil feeling as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the T ultra-lubricating composition is a composition containing more than 3 of algal oligosaccharide, diglycerol, glycerol glucoside, hydroxyethyl urea, glycerol polyacrylate, carbomer, tween-20 and oat beta glucan.

The moisturizing multifunctional eye cream with heavy oil feeling as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the multifunctional composition D is a composition containing more than 3 of vitamin C, vitamin D, caffeine, compound amino acids, pearl powder, alpha-arbutin, nicotinamide, lactobacillus, hydrolyzed rice extract, rice wine lees, rose extract and water-soluble collagen.

The moisturizing multifunctional eye cream with heavy oil feeling as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the emulsifier is a composition containing more than 3 of glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, cetearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate SE, ceteareth-6, ceteareth-25, steareth-21, polysorbate-60, sorbitan stearate, and PEG-20 stearate.

6. The method for preparing the multifunctional eye cream with heavy oil feeling special moisture according to the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing an aqueous phase mixed solution A, dissolving the algal oligosaccharide, diglycerin, glycerol and glucoside in the T super-lubricating composition in deionized water, mixing and stirring to prepare an aqueous phase mixed solution A;
