Abstract
The invention relates to a polypeptide anti-aging repair essence and a preparation method thereof, wherein the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence consists of a skin conditioner, a humectant, a pH regulator, a chelating agent, a thickening agent, an antioxidant and a solvent, wherein the skin conditioner is selected from one or more of allantoin, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, a Tremella (TREEMALIFICIFORMIS) fruiting body extract, 1, 2-hexanediol, bioglycan-1, a schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, a mixture consisting of ergothioneine, agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol, carnosine, acetyl octapeptide-3 and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4. The product of the invention is alternately rough and dry to the skin due to seasons; become tired and dull due to excessive stress; the original balance of the skin is damaged due to long-distance travel and long-time sunburn; has good cosmetic effect when aging occurs due to aging or hormone change.

Technical Field

Background
The essence is divided into water aqua and oil solution, and the extracted high-nutrient substances are concentrated. In the prior art, the patent application for invention with publication number CN109010120A invention name hydrous vitamin C double-layer essence, a preparation method and a use method discloses a non-discoloring hydrous vitamin C double-layer essence, a preparation method and a use method, wherein the double-layer essence has a double-layer structure comprising: the alcohol component, the water and the vitamin C are mutually dissolved to form an essence main body layer, the oil component is attached to the upper surface of the essence main body layer to form an essence covering layer, and therefore the essence main body layer and the essence covering layer jointly form the double-layer essence. The solubility of the vitamin C is improved by the alcohol component, the content of water is reduced by adding the alcohol component, and the problem of color change of the vitamin C is effectively reduced; meanwhile, the vitamin C is dissolved in the mixed solution of the alcohol component and the water, so that the viscosity of the essence body formed by the alcohol component, the water and the vitamin C is greatly reduced, and the problem of viscosity of the existing anhydrous formula VC essence is solved. The essence solution has effects of refreshing, relieving pain and itching of red and swollen part after mosquito bite, rapidly relieving swelling and itching, and treating mosquito bite.
The existing makeup industry designs skin care products with different types and different effects aiming at people with different skin states, and it is very necessary to design a mild anti-aging repair essence liquid suitable for most people. Therefore, it is an objective need to provide a fixed formula anti-aging repair essence, which is convenient for consumers to use and provides ideal cosmetic effects.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the existing skin care products, the invention aims to provide a polypeptide anti-aging repair essence; the invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence.

In the technical scheme of the invention, the mixture consisting of ergothioneine, agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexylglycerin is a mixture consisting of 0.01-0.03 part of ergothioneine, 90-120 parts of agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 3.0-5.0 parts of 1, 2-pentanediol and 0.07-0.1 part of ethylhexylglycerin in parts by weight; the solvent water is preferably deionized water.

step one, stirring and heating the phase A to 86-94 ℃, preferably 88-91 ℃, most preferably 90 ℃, preserving heat and sterilizing for 25-35 minutes, preferably 28-32 minutes, most preferably 30 minutes, and then cooling at constant speed; the phase A comprises deionized water, acrylic acid (ester)/isodecyl acid vinyl ester cross-linked polymer, EDTA disodium and allantoin.
And step two, cooling the phase A in the step one to 62-67 ℃ at a constant speed, preferably 64-66 ℃, most preferably 65 ℃, adding the preheated and dissolved phase A1, and stirring uniformly. The A1 phase comprises glyceryl polyether-26, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and 1, 2-hexanediol;
and step three, adding the A2 phase into the product obtained in the step two, uniformly stirring, and continuously cooling. The A2 phase is triethanolamine;
step four, when the product of the step three is cooled to 44-54 ℃, preferably 46-52 ℃, and most preferably 50 ℃, adding the dispersed phase B, and stirring and dissolving uniformly; the phase B comprises glyceryl polyether-26, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, and Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract;
step five, step four products are cooled to 35-43 ℃, preferably 37-40 ℃, most preferably 38 ℃, and phase C is added in sequence, wherein the phase C comprises bioglycan-1, yeast fermentation lysate of schizosaccharomyces, mixture of ergothioneine, agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol, carnosine, acetyl octapeptide-3 and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4.
And step six, qualified self-inspection, filtering and discharging, standing for 24 hours and reporting inspection.

In this example 1, the following raw materials were weighed in order: skin conditioner allantoin 0.16 g, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate 0.08 g, Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract 0.08 g, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.74 g, bioglycan gum-1 0.4 g, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate 0.4 g, mixture consisting of ergothioneine, matsutake mushroom (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexylglycerin 0.4 g, carnosine 0.16 g, acetyl octapeptide-3 0.4 g, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 0.8 g; the humectant is 4 g of glyceryl polyether-26; thickener acrylate/vinyl isodecanoate crosspolymer 0.32 g; chelating agent EDTA disodium 0.024 g; the pH regulator is triethanolamine of 0.32 g; antioxidant p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.4 g; 72 g of solvent water.
In this example, the mixture consisting of ergothioneine, matsutake (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexylglycerin was a mixture consisting of 0.01 g of ergothioneine, 90 g of matsutake (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 3.0 g of 1, 2-pentanediol and 0.07 g of ethylhexylglycerin.
The polypeptide anti-aging repair essence of the embodiment is prepared by the following steps:

and step three, adding the A2 phase into the product obtained in the step two, uniformly stirring, and continuously cooling. The A2 phase is triethanolamine;
step four, when the product of the step three is cooled to 50 ℃, adding the dispersed phase B, and stirring and dissolving uniformly; the phase B comprises glyceryl polyether-26, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, and Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract;
cooling the products of step five and step four to the most preferable temperature of 38 ℃, and adding C phase in sequence, wherein the C phase added in sequence comprises biogum-1, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, mixture consisting of ergothioneine, agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol, carnosine, acetyl octapeptide-3 and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4; and uniformly stirring to obtain the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence liquid.
Example 2
In this example 2, the following raw materials were weighed in sequence: allantoin 0.24 g, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate 0.12 g, Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract 0.12 g, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.96 g, bioglycan-1 0.6 g, Dischizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate 0.6 g, mixture consisting of ergothioneine, Armillaria matsutake (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol 0.6 g, carnosine 0.24 g, acetyl octapeptide-3 0.6 g, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 1.2 g; 6 g of humectant glycerin polyether-26; thickener acrylate/vinyl isodecanoate crosspolymer 0.48 g; the chelating agent is EDTA disodium 0.036 g; the pH regulator is 0.48 g of triethanolamine; the antioxidant is p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.6; 108 grams.
In this example, the mixture consisting of ergothioneine, matsutake (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexylglycerin was a mixture consisting of 0.03 g of ergothioneine, 120 g of matsutake (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 5.0 g of 1, 2-pentanediol and 0.1 g of ethylhexylglycerin.
The preparation method of the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence comprises the following steps:
step one, stirring phase A, heating to 90 ℃, preserving heat, sterilizing for 30 minutes, and then cooling at a constant speed; the phase A comprises deionized water, acrylic acid (ester)/isodecyl acid vinyl ester cross-linked polymer, EDTA disodium and allantoin.
And step two, cooling the phase A in the step one to 64 ℃ at a constant speed, adding the preheated and dissolved phase A1, and stirring uniformly. The A1 phase comprises glyceryl polyether-26, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and 1, 2-hexanediol;
and step three, adding the A2 phase into the product obtained in the step two, uniformly stirring, and continuously cooling. The A2 phase is triethanolamine;
step four, when the product of the step three is cooled to 46 ℃, adding the dispersed phase B, and stirring and dissolving uniformly; the phase B comprises glyceryl polyether-26, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, and Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract;
cooling the product of step five and step four to 37, and adding a C phase, wherein the C phase comprises bioglycan-1, zymolite lysate of schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae, a mixture consisting of ergothioneine, agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol, carnosine, acetyl octapeptide-3 and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4; and stirring uniformly to obtain the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence.
Example 3
In this example 3, the following raw materials were weighed in sequence: skin conditioner allantoin 0.18 g, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate 0.09 g, Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract 0.09 g, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.72 g, bioglycan gum-1 0.45 g, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate 0.45 g, mixture composed of ergothioneine, agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol 0.45 g, carnosine 0.18 g, acetyl octapeptide-3 0.45 g, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 0.9 g; humectant glycerin polyether-26 is 4.5 g; thickener acrylate/vinyl isodecanoate crosspolymer 0.36 g; the chelating agent is 0.027 g of EDTA disodium; the pH regulator is 0.36 g of triethanolamine; the antioxidant is 0.45 g of p-hydroxyacetophenone; the solvent was 82 g of water.
In this example, the mixture consisting of ergothioneine, matsutake (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol, and ethylhexylglycerin was a mixture consisting of 0.03 g of ergothioneine, 100 g of matsutake (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 5.0 g of 1, 2-pentanediol, and 0.1 g of ethylhexylglycerin.
The preparation method of the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence comprises the following steps:
step one, stirring phase A, heating to 91 ℃, preserving heat, sterilizing for 32 minutes, and then cooling at a constant speed; the phase A comprises deionized water, acrylic acid (ester)/isodecyl acid vinyl ester cross-linked polymer, EDTA disodium and allantoin.
And step two, cooling the phase A in the step one to 66 ℃ at a constant speed, adding the preheated and dissolved phase A1, and stirring uniformly. The A1 phase comprises glyceryl polyether-26, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and 1, 2-hexanediol;
and step three, adding the A2 phase into the product obtained in the step two, uniformly stirring, and continuously cooling. The A2 phase is triethanolamine;
step four, when the product of the step three is cooled to 52 ℃, adding the dispersed phase B, and stirring and dissolving uniformly; the phase B comprises glyceryl polyether-26, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, and Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract;
step five, step four products are cooled to 40 ℃, and phase C is added, wherein the phase C comprises bioglycan-1, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, mixture consisting of ergothioneine, agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol, carnosine, acetyl octapeptide-3 and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4; and stirring uniformly to obtain the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence.
Example 4
In this example 4, the following raw materials were weighed: the skin conditioning agent is selected from allantoin 0.22 g, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate 0.11 g, Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract 0.11 g, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.88 g, bioglycan gum-1 0.55 g, yeast lysate of Schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae 0.55 g, mixture composed of ergothioneine, Armillaria matsutake (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol 0.55 g, carnosine 0.22 g, acetyl octapeptide-3 0.55 g, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 1.1 g; 5.5 g of humectant glycerin polyether-26; thickener acrylate/vinyl isodecanoate crosspolymer 0.44 g; the chelating agent is 0.033 g of EDTA disodium; the pH regulator is 0.44 g of triethanolamine; the antioxidant is 0.55 g of p-hydroxyacetophenone; 99 g of solvent water.
In this example, the mixture of ergothioneine, Armillaria matsutake (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexylglycerol was prepared as described in example 3.
The preparation method of the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence comprises the following steps:

In this example 5, the raw materials were weighed: skin conditioner allantoin 0.2 g, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate 0.1 g, Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract 0.1 g, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.8 g, bioglycan gum-1 0.5 g, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate 0.5 g, mixture composed of ergothioneine, agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol 0.5 g, carnosine 0.2 g, acetyl octapeptide-3 0.5 g, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 1 g; 5 g of humectant glycerin polyether-26; thickener acrylate/vinyl isodecanoate crosspolymer 0.4 g; the chelating agent is EDTA disodium 0.03 g; the pH regulator is triethanolamine of 0.4 g; the antioxidant is p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.5; the solvent was 89.27 grams of water.
In this example, the mixture of ergothioneine, Armillaria matsutake (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexylglycerol was prepared as described in example 3.
The preparation method of the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence comprises the following steps:
step one, stirring phase A, heating to 90 ℃, preserving heat, sterilizing for 30 minutes, and then cooling at a constant speed; the phase A comprises deionized water, acrylic acid (ester)/isodecyl acid vinyl ester cross-linked polymer, EDTA disodium and allantoin.

and step three, adding the A2 phase into the product obtained in the step two, uniformly stirring, and continuously cooling. The A2 phase is triethanolamine;
step four, when the product of the step three is cooled to 50 ℃, adding the dispersed phase B, and stirring and dissolving uniformly; the phase B comprises glyceryl polyether-26, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, and Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract;
step five, step four products are cooled to 38 ℃, and phase C is added, including biogel-1, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, mixture consisting of ergothioneine, agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol, carnosine, acetyl octapeptide-3 and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4; and stirring uniformly to obtain the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence.

The polypeptide anti-aging serum according to claim 1, wherein the skin conditioner is selected from one or more of the group consisting of allantoin, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, extract of fruit body of Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS), 1, 2-hexanediol, bioglycan-1, lysate of Saccharomyces bifidus fermentation product, ergothioneine, extract of Armillaria matsutake (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE), mixture of 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexylglycerin, carnosine, acetyl octapeptide-3, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4;
the humectant is glyceryl polyether-26;
the thickening agent is an acrylic acid (ester)/isodecyl vinyl ester cross-linked polymer;
the chelating agent is EDTA disodium;
the pH regulator is triethanolamine;
the antioxidant is p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the solvent is water.

The polypeptide anti-aging essence according to claim 2, wherein the mixture consisting of ergothioneine, matsutake (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexylglycerin is a mixture consisting of, in parts by weight, 0.01-0.03 parts of ergothioneine, 90-120 parts of matsutake (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 3.0-5.0 parts of 1, 2-pentanediol and 0.07-0.1 parts of ethylhexylglycerin.
4. The polypeptide anti-aging repair essence according to claim 2 or 3, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the skin conditioner is selected from one or more of the group consisting of 0.16-0.24 parts of allantoin, 0.08-0.12 parts of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.08-0.12 parts of TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract, 0.74-0.96 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.4-0.6 parts of biogel-1, 0.4-0.6 parts of schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, 0.4-0.6 parts of mixture consisting of ergothioneine, agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexylglycerin, 0.16-0.24 parts of carnosine, 0.4-0.6 parts of acetyl octapeptide-3 and 0.8-1.2 parts of palmitoyl pentapeptide-4;
4-6 parts of humectant glycerin polyether-26;
0.32-0.48 part of thickener acrylic acid (ester)/isodecyl vinyl ester cross-linked polymer;
the chelating agent is 0.024-0.036 parts of EDTA disodium;
the pH regulator is 0.32-0.48 part of triethanolamine;
the antioxidant is 0.4-0.6 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the solvent is 72-108 parts of water.

4.5-5.5 parts of humectant glycerin polyether-26;
0.36-0.44 part of thickener acrylic acid (ester)/isodecyl vinyl ester cross-linked polymer;

step one, stirring phase A, heating to 86-94 ℃, preserving heat, sterilizing for 25-35 minutes, preferably 28-32 minutes, most preferably 30 minutes, and then cooling at constant speed; the phase A comprises deionized water, acrylic acid (ester)/isodecyl acid vinyl ester cross-linked polymer, EDTA disodium and allantoin;
cooling the phase A in the step one to 62-67 ℃ at a constant speed, adding the preheated and dissolved phase A1, and stirring uniformly; the A1 phase comprises glyceryl polyether-26, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and 1, 2-hexanediol;
step three, adding the A2 phase into the product obtained in the step two, stirring uniformly, and continuously cooling; the A2 phase is triethanolamine;
cooling the product obtained in the step three to 44-54 ℃, adding the dispersed phase B, and stirring and dissolving the mixture uniformly; the phase B comprises glyceryl polyether-26, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, and Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract;
step five, step four products are cooled to 35-43 ℃, and phase C is added, wherein the phase C comprises bioglycan-1, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, mixture consisting of ergothioneine, agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol, carnosine, acetyl octapeptide-3 and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4; and stirring uniformly to obtain the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence.
8. The method for preparing the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence according to claim 7, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
step one, stirring phase A, heating to 88-91 ℃, preserving heat, sterilizing for 28-32 minutes, and then cooling at constant speed; the phase A comprises deionized water, acrylic acid (ester)/isodecyl acid vinyl ester cross-linked polymer, EDTA disodium and allantoin;
cooling the phase A in the step one to 64-66 ℃ at a constant speed, adding the preheated and dissolved phase A1, and stirring uniformly; the A1 phase comprises glyceryl polyether-26, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and 1, 2-hexanediol;
step three, adding the A2 phase into the product obtained in the step two, stirring uniformly, and continuously cooling; the A2 phase is triethanolamine;
step four, when the product of the step three is cooled to 46-52 ℃, adding the dispersed phase B, and stirring and dissolving uniformly; the phase B comprises glyceryl polyether-26, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, and Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract;
step five, step four products are cooled to 37-40 ℃, and C phase is added, wherein the C phase comprises bioglycan-1, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, mixture consisting of ergothioneine, agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol, carnosine, acetyl octapeptide-3 and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4; and stirring uniformly to obtain the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence.
9. The method for preparing the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence according to claim 8, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
step one, stirring phase A, heating to 90 ℃, preserving heat, sterilizing for 30 minutes, and then cooling at a constant speed; the phase A comprises deionized water, acrylic acid (ester)/isodecyl acid vinyl ester cross-linked polymer, EDTA disodium and allantoin;
step two, cooling the phase A in the step one to 65 ℃, adding the preheated and dissolved phase A1, and stirring uniformly; the A1 phase comprises glyceryl polyether-26, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and 1, 2-hexanediol;
step three, adding the A2 phase into the product obtained in the step two, stirring uniformly, and continuously cooling; the A2 phase is triethanolamine;
step four, when the product of the step three is cooled to 50 ℃, adding the dispersed phase B, and stirring and dissolving uniformly; the phase B comprises glyceryl polyether-26, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, and Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) fruiting body extract;
step five, step four products are cooled to 38 ℃, and C phase is added, wherein the C phase comprises bioglycan-1, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, mixture consisting of ergothioneine, agaricus (ARMILLARIA MATSUTAKE) extract, 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol, carnosine, acetyl octapeptide-3 and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4; and stirring uniformly to obtain the polypeptide anti-aging repair essence.
