Abstract

Description

装有接地装置的盒式磁带录象机
本发明涉及盒式磁带录象机(VCR),更特别地涉及其中装有易于组装和使用的改进的接地装置的盒式磁带录象机。
如所公知的,盒式磁带录象机是通过将印刷电路板安装于主底板上,然后在印刷电路板的顶面上安装板组件而加工成的,该板组件包含磁头鼓和用来装载、卸载磁带盒的壳体。上、下盖分别设置在主底板的顶面和底面。而且,盒式磁带录象机包含用来从板组件和印刷电路板上去除静电的接地装置。通常,这种接地装置设置有与下盖和板组件相连而形成电信号环路的接地板,因而,防止静电出现。
图1中示意性地示出了一种用于盒式磁带录象机的典型的接地装置。该现有的接地装置包含:板组件10,其具有形成在其一侧的孔12;主底板30,其具有向上突伸与板组件10的孔12相配合的凸起部34和与凸起部34相邻形成的凹陷部32;印刷电路板20,其具有第一贯通孔22和与第一贯通孔22相邻形成的第二贯通孔24,主底板30的凸起部插入于第一贯通孔22;以及接地板50,其具有带孔54的第一水平部52、焊接于印刷电路板20的第二水平部58、连接于第一水平部52和第二水平部58之间的第一倾斜部56、插入于主底板30的凹陷部32中与位于主底板30的底部的下盖40接地连接的第三水平部62、以及连接于第二水平部58和第三水平部62之间并被插入到印刷电路板20的第二贯通孔24中的第二倾斜部60。螺钉66穿过板组件10的孔12和接地板50的第一水平部52的孔54而插入于主底板30的凸起部34的中空部36中,因而,使接地板50被夹设于板组件10和主底板的凸起部34之间。
在该传统的接地装置中,接地板50的第二水平部58和印刷电路板20必须被固接在一起,在组装接地板50的过程中引入了额外的步骤,降低了其生产效率。而且,在盒式磁带录象机的组装过程中,焊接可能会变得偶然地脱开,使接地板的第三水平部与下盖脱离连接,因而,妨碍接地装置完成其要完成的功能。
因此,本发明的主要目的是提出一种易于组装并可靠地操作的改进的接地装置。
本发明的上述和其它目的是通过在盒式磁带录象机中装入改进的接地装置而完成的,该接地装置用来形成从盒式录象机的板组件到下盖的电信号环路,所述接地装置包含:
主底板,其具有向上突伸并与形成在板组件的一侧的孔相配合的凸起部、与凸起部相邻形成的支撑突部和与支撑突部相邻形成的凹陷部,该支撑突部具有从其上突伸的导销,凹陷部设置有变形防止爪;
印刷电路板,其具有主底板的凸起部插入其中的第一贯通孔和与该第一贯通孔相邻形成的第二贯通孔;以及
接地板,其具有带孔的第一水平部、带插入孔的第二水平部、连接于该第一水平部和第二水平部之间并穿过印刷电路板的第一贯通孔的竖直部、插入到主底板的凹陷部中的与下盖接地连接的弯曲部、从弯曲部水平延伸使弯曲部与变形防止爪弹性相接触的末端、以及连接于第二水平部和弯曲部之间的倾斜部,支撑突部的导销插入于第二水平部的插入孔和印刷电路板的第二贯通孔中,因而,使接地板的第二水平部被夹在印刷电路板和支撑突部之间。
本发明的上述和其它目的、特征和优点将从下面的参照附图所作的详细说明中变得明了。其中,
图1是表示传统接地装置的局部剖视图;
图2是表示根据本发明的接地装置的部分剖视图。
现在参见图2,其示出了根据本发明的优选实施例的发明的接地装置。其中所示的接地装置形成了从板组件10到盒式录象机的下盖40的电信号环路,并且包含主底板330、印刷电路板20和接地板150。如图2所示的板组件10和印刷电路板20具有同于图1所示相应部件的结构。板组件10具有形成在其一侧的孔12,印刷电路板20包含第一贯通孔22和第二贯通孔24。主底板330包含向上突伸与板组件10的孔12相配合的凸起部334、与凸起部334相邻而形成的支撑突部338和与支撑突部338相邻而形成的凹陷部334。而且,主底板330的支撑突部338具有从其上突伸的导销342,主底板330的凹陷部332设置有变形防止爪335。接地板150包含具有孔154的第一水平部152、具有插入孔168的第二水平部158、连接在第一水平部152和第二水平部158之间并穿过印刷电路板20的第一贯穿孔22的竖直部156、插入到主底板330的凹陷部332中与下盖40接地连接的弯曲部162,从弯曲部162水平地延伸以使弯曲部162与变形防止爪335弹性地接触的末端164,以及连接于第二水平部168和弯曲部162之间的倾斜部160。
另一方面,板组件10和接地板150的第一水平部152通过螺钉66与底板330的凸起部334的中空部336而相互配合,因而,接地板150的第一水平部152起着接地表面的作用。而且,第二水平部158的插入孔168和印刷电路板20的第二贯通孔24中插入主底板330上的支撑突部338的导销342,因而,使接地板150的第二水部158被夹在印刷电路板20和支撑突部338之间。结果,接地板150的第二水平部起着接地表面的作用。此时,第二水平部158的上表面可以优选地涂镀薄的铜涂层。此外,接地板150的末端164与变形防止爪335相接触,因而,弯曲部162与变形防止爪335弹性地接触。结果,弯曲部162起着接地表面的作用。
尽管本发明已被示出并结合优选实施例作了描述,但对于本领域技术人员来说可以理解的是,一定的变化和改型可以做出而没有脱离权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围。

Claims (2)

1、一种装有接地装置的盒式磁带录象机,该接地装置用来形成从盒式录象机的板组件到下盖的电信号环路,所述接地装置包含:
主底板,其具有向上突伸并与形成在板组件的一侧的孔相配合的凸起部、与凸起部相邻形成的支撑突部和与支撑突部相邻形成的凹陷部,该支撑突部具有从其上突伸的导销,凹陷部设置有变形防止爪;
印刷电路板,其具有主底板的凸起部插入其中的第一贯通孔和与该第一贯通孔相邻形成的第二贯通孔;以及
接地板,其具有带孔的第一水平部、带插入孔的第二水平部、连接于该第一水平部和第二水平部之间并穿过印刷电路板的第一贯通孔的竖直部、插入到主底板的凹陷部中的与下盖接地连接的弯曲部、从弯曲部水平延伸使弯曲部与变形防止爪弹性相接触的末端、以及连接于第二水平部和弯曲部之间的倾斜部,支撑突部的导销插入于第二水平部的插入孔和印刷电路板的第二贯通孔中,因而,使接地板的第二水平部被夹在印刷电路板和支撑突部之间。
2、如权利要求1的盒式磁带录象机,其中,第二水平部的上表面用薄的铜涂层涂镀。
