A topical pharmaceutical composition for promoting hair growth is characterized in that: the external medicine composition for promoting hair growth consists of 1-10 parts by weight of cordyceps sinensis, 1-10 parts by weight of ginseng, 1-10 parts by weight of astragalus membranaceus, 1-8 parts by weight of black sesame, 1-20 parts by weight of liquorice, 1-20 parts by weight of cacumen biotae and 1-8 parts by weight of radix sophorae flavescentis.

The topical pharmaceutical composition for promoting hair growth according to claim 1, wherein: the external medicine composition for promoting hair growth consists of 5 parts by weight of cordyceps sinensis, 5 parts by weight of ginseng, 5 parts by weight of astragalus membranaceus, 4 parts by weight of black sesame, 15 parts by weight of liquorice, 15 parts by weight of cacumen biotae and 4 parts by weight of sophora flavescens.

The topical pharmaceutical composition for promoting hair growth according to claim 1, wherein: the external medicine composition for promoting hair growth consists of 8 parts by weight of cordyceps sinensis, 8 parts by weight of ginseng, 4 parts by weight of astragalus membranaceus, 6 parts by weight of black sesame, 12 parts by weight of liquorice, 16 parts by weight of cacumen biotae and 5 parts by weight of sophora flavescens.
4. A method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition for external use for promoting hair growth according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: pulverizing Cordyceps, Ginseng radix, radix astragali, semen Sesami Niger, Glycyrrhrizae radix, folium Platycladi, and radix Sophorae Flavescentis, and sieving with 50-100 mesh sieve;
s2: mixing the pulverized medicinal composition, and adding 85-95% ethanol for reflux extraction for 1-4 times to obtain reflux liquid;
s3: standing the reflux liquid, filtering for 2-3h to obtain filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain composition extract in form of thick paste;
the ethanol content of the thick paste composition extract is not less than 30%.
